L'Shanah Tovah!

For a good year! As Jake and others around the world celebrate Year 5768, we wish for both Jake and Austin a good year, full of the sweetness of life.

You know Jake loves his Goy Boy.

  2. If the last post was "Every Picture Tells a Story..." then this one is definitely "A Picture Speaks a Thousand Words".

  3. Every time I look at this picture I think "I just can't see this intimacy being the result of str8t boy-bonding, joy over an Oscar nomination, what all guys do at a b-ball game....and the many other reasons the trolls roll out for these pictures". This is what made me convinced!

Thanks for posting it, SK. You're doing a great job here BTW.

  4. Nice pic. Hopefully we'll see more of the same in the future.

Happy New Year to all our Jewish friends!

  6. To respond to Frenchy in the last thread- I have also read "Outline of My Lover" based on Scylla's recommendation. It's a quick read, very well-written. I read it in one gulp. I highly recommend it.

Happy Jewish New Year to all!

  7. They will never again be this un-guarded in public again IMO. Sadly.

  8. I do feel sad at times looking at the old pictures, but hopefully one day they will be able to be themselves again in public. And I always thought they were bashert which is one of the reasons I got so caught up in their story.

  12. Interesting little interview there, special.

Wonder what happened to Boo...? :(

Also thought this comment said a lot:
Q Do you ever read anything about yourself on the Internet?

A (Another pause) Sometimes people send me funny things ... I'll leave it at that.

  13. I already said this at WFT, but re-watch Letterman and look closely at Jake when the 'Bu is being discussed - he hears "Boo" and you can see the pain :(

  14. As Rendition's release approaches, Jake, Reese and the film are all over the tabloids this week.

Us Weekly has the same article that was posted above plus a comment from Reese: "We're both so busy working, we don't hang out" Witherspoon tells Us.

Also US has the pic of Jake alone watching the US open.

Then there is an article that talks about Rendition and mentions that the film had extra exposure due to Reese romance with Jake. It says: "Has director Hood ever talked to Witherspoon and Gyllenhaal about their hookup? "I've never asked, and they've never volunteered any info" he tells Us"

In Touch, Life & Style and OK! are comparing Jeese's body language to Brangelina as proof they are hiding a romance.

OK! also has the Jake airport picture with the comment that he was very happy to be there because he was meeting his girlfriend Reese later, plus a lot about Reese, and Rendition is included in the fall movies special article.

In touch also has the picture of Jake at the Toronto airport.

  15. Thanks for the report!

  16. Looks like the Jeese has generated a lot of publicity for a film that would normally be overlooked by a lot of the average movie-going public.

  17. The saddest part of all of this is that poor Gavin Hood is spending more time answering questions about something I'm sure he has zero interest in to begin with, rather than about the courage shown to get such an important movie out there.

  18. Bringing this over from the other thread:

While I'm here I'm just going to throw my hat into the 'Wildly Speculating about Baby T' ring.

That recent pic of Jake leaving a medical office in which he looks like he's holding an ultrasonic scan picture made me think an unborn baby might already exist. (And I was a real baby skeptic before that).

Somebody previously had said nine months of visits to a doctors around the same time each months implies a baby.

Well, ovulation is at the same time every month. (A couple who are friends of mine used donor sperm and it took them 6 gos to conceive). Some of those visits could be just providing sperm, and the more recent to see the result. Ted never said September for a baby.

Saying that if Baby T exists one should turn up by early next year. So I'll wait a bit longer. :-)

You know, while I want Jake and Austin, along with Baby Tile, to come out, like, yesterday--LOL--I can definitely see this scenario. For the reasons given by convinced but also for a couple of more.

It would explain Ted's, "Give 'em time" when asked abt Baby Tile.

It would also explain the tabs' hesitancy. I think if Baby Tile were imminent they'd be taking more chances. But if it's several months away, they'll remain cautious.

Also, Ted first talked abt Baby Tile as though it were in the planning stage. It MIGHT be born around the time of Naomi's baby.

Maybe it wasn't just attempts that failed, maybe Jake and Austin waited so that the baby came after Rendition and the Oscars. Esp.ly since Jake seems to have nothing but the play--possibly--on the horizon. As for Milch, I don't think he cared. As for A's new film, if it's common knowledge in HW that J&A are coming out with or without a baby, it doesn't seem to have mattered to the producers of the film.

Whatever the reason or time table I'm with convinced--I'm willing to give them time.

  19. Check out the last pics added on IHJ the day Jake was leaving the doctor's office. What seems like an ultrasonic scan picture in his hand is more visible.

Wow that is pretty good. I take it it is some sort of bubble jet printer onto the glossy film stock type of paper? Must be pretty far along for you to want to have a picture to take and show people. Anyone who has been through the modern hi-tech birthing process know more about this prints?

  21. A interesting theory about the timing and Baby Tile. Especially about Jake's upcoming projects.

While everyone in HW is scrambling to get projects signed before the impending writer's strike,Jake was still available, according to a mention in Defamer.

I wonder if that "clear" schedule is actually scheduled with a different kind of production.

  22. Press Now, you seem really convinced Baby Tile and coming out will happen. How do you account for the fact that according to Ted, Toothy was thinking about coming out, but scrapped it? Is Ted not quite in the know on this one?

    ReplyDelete
  23. I have to admit that the idea of Baby Tile doesn't excite me in the least. I'm still finding it very hard to believe that J&A are planning to have a baby without coming out or that they would come out at the same time that they make the baby public. It seems too great a leap from the recent light bearding and statements of denial.

  24. It would explain Ted's, "Give 'em time" when asked abt Baby Tile.

I'm more than ready to give them time. Plenty of time. :)

  25. blue velvet, I totally agree with you. As for the thing Jake has in his hand in those office pictures, looks all white so could really be anything. Since at some point he puts it in his pocket with apparently a whole lot of other things(!), I doubt it could be a baby ultrascan. JMO.

  27. Ted simply isn't going to scoop them. If anything he may say a simple comment no more than a day before. I did check his 20 questions and as of to day only about 10. This could mean things are still a ways off so you don't know. Ted actually cant telegraph their moves without upsetting a lot of careful planing.

Hey Austin and his little mid west mayhem is a big of enough problem for them. Not insurmountable they may even be able to get away without talking too much about it. I don't see Austin as the type to use all this as an excuse and I don't think any Judge would buy it if they tried to force it but you could see a judge looking on the circumstance a bit differently.
