Dear Ted: Is Toothy Tile Chad Michael Murray? Would you even tell us if we guessed correctly? —cjpulvini
Dear Murray Mistake: It ain't Murray—we'd have no problem giving Chad's bedroom habits away. Toothy's much juicier than some One Tree Hill chump.
Dear Ted: You've kept the toothpaste cap on Toothy Tile's identity for too long! Toothy is like your "Who Shot J.R." of the digital age. —Flicky
Dear Mystery Man: We promise we won't pull a Dallas and make it all just a dream at the end of the A.T.'s run. Which ain't happening anytime soon, kiddos, worry not.
Dear Ted: I love that you print all those nasty letters. I don't know anyone who wouldn't be just a little insulted, yet you go and publish them to the world. Nice. So, is Tobey M. our boy Toothy? —niliyolin
Dear Blinded By the Bisexuality: Thanks and no. Think prettier. Kinda right on the rest, though!
Toothy's much juicier than some One Tree Hill chump
Pretty blatant dig at Austin there. I guess that's why we don't hear much about Grey Goose, Ted just doesn't find him that interesting. Hope he changes his mind as I'd just love to know how the first time father is coping with a baby, a distant partner and a new job.
Ted has a very soft spot for Grey Goose--he has referred to him repeatedly as very good looking and well-equipped (he has called him prissy though). I think he means Chad whom he plainly dislikes.
I don't think that is a dig at Austin in that way. I've always gotten the sense that Ted likes Austin because he has really been more protective of his identity and has of course referred to him as "gorgeous" and "well-equipped." If there is a dig here I think it is more likely that Ted means Austin is a chump for putting up with everything Toothy is doing.
Ever wonder if there are tabloid employees creeping onto blogs like this and other similar places? Well wonder no more. US has a blurb about Jake using an accent in POP. Even a note that he uses it when not in a scene and how seriously he is taking his role. Word for word from the Babblers source.
Janice give your employees a research and travel budget! No wonder no one buys your magazine!
Anyone on earth would be a better than Bonnie. She was evil. Janice is unimaginative, spineless and cheap. She also has no concept of what people are really interested in reading. Her editors will try to get her away from constant Heidi/Spencer coverage or Anna Nicole and Janice sticks to her guns...nicely though. Bonnie would fire them for disagreeing but at least Bonnie was usually right.
Also, when Bonnie was recently fired as editorial director of Star (she was rarely in) by David Pecker (yes, that's his name) of American Media, you could hear a loud collective yell of glee resound throughout the magazine publishing industry.

Destiny my first thought about "Blinded by the Bisexuality" was that Ted was referring to the large amount of Hollywood celebs who are Bisexual. Including Jake/Toothy and Tobie.
Dear Ted: Heather Graham is one hot babe. Maybe not very smart. But hot. Looks good in anything. By the way, are you gay? Mike
Dear Captain Obvious: No, I just spend inordinate amounts of time writing cute little boxes about outfits and bad hairdos. Let's say I'm no more gay than Toothy Tile.
I think that when Ted said that Toothy and Ben Affleck were from the same age range, he wasn't talking numbers and he's realised that this and the over the top bearding has made people start to question whether Jake is Toothy.
Since then, Ted has gone to great lengths to point out that Toothy is who we've always thought him to be.
Re the Chad Michael Murray question, I think that Ted is calling CMM the chump (well that's probably too nice a word for him, really) but is mentioning One Tree Hill to remind us that Austin is the Grey Goose. There are still people who are on the Chris is Grey Goose bandwagon after all.
Overall I think Ted has realised his word play allows too many questions and he's talking a little straigher (as it were).
You are really naughty Special. :-D

I get Titanic being No. 1, but BBM really should be No. 2.
ReplyDeleteI've seen all of these except Once. I really need to see that. I didn't like Moulin Rouge at all. I thought the romance was totally unconvincing.
ReplyDeleteI liked Molin Rouge and Once, but I don't think they deserve to be rated so highly. I would move up Eternal Sunshine, I love that movie.
ReplyDeleteBitch-Back! Toothy Tile Forever!

Ted's still up to his stuff. He let's us know it's not made up and that A.T is not going anywhere. And it sounds like neither is Ted talking Toothy.
ReplyDeleteNotice the alliteration of the names Ted uses to address his responses.
We noticed! ;)
ReplyDeleteI guess the "blinded by the bisexuality" is to address the chatter about Jake being bi, ergo Reeke is real.
ReplyDeleteWonder if Ted has any idea Austin is going to be in OTH.
I think Ted totally knows about the Goose flying South(East). I find the inclusion of the bit on Sophia interesting timing.
ReplyDelete“Notice the alliteration of the names Ted uses to address his responses.”
ReplyDeleteSpecial K, could you explain this please. I don’t get the meaning of the way Ted addresses the responses.
Ted is relentless!
ReplyDeleteLovely Austin Friday today :)*

ReplyDeleteStrange, I didn't see covering's comment before I posted, even though it has a much earlier time. Sorry for duplicating anything you already said.
ReplyDeleteI think the prissy and snob remarks were references to Austin's characters in Wimbledon and TDAT.

Janice is a MUCH better boss than Bonnie Fuller. She's treats her staff well and is a real "mensch."
ReplyDeleteInside US Weekly, don't just stop now!

ReplyDeleteBonnie is/was DEFINITELY more inspired than Janice but an awful person to work for--a monster. Janice is a very nice person.
