80 2 80

The soundtrack listing for The Informers has been released and includes classic early 80's synth cuts as well as three original songs by Justin Meldal-Johnsen, Jason Falkner and Justin Stanley (and one featuring Dave Palmer).

The '80s classic include A Flock Of Seagulls, Men Without Hats, Wang Chung, Simple Minds and Gary Numan. The soundtrack to the film comes out April 28th on Lakeshore records. The Informers opens in theaters April 24th.

01. New Gold Dream - Simple Minds
02. Dance Hall Days - Wang Chung
03. Shadows Of The Night - Pat Benatar
04. Only You - Justin Meldal-Johnsen, Jason Falkner, Justin Stanley and Dave Palmer
05. Safety Dance - Men Without Hats
06. I Ran (So Far Away) – A Flock Of Seagulls
07. Cars - Gary Numan
08. The Devil Made Me Do It - 7RAY
09. Gone For Good - Justin Meldal-Johnsen, Jason Falkner and Justin Stanley
10. Another Night - Justin Meldal-Johnsen, Jason Falkner and Justin Stanley
11. In A Scarlet Sky - 7RAY

New Order Blue Monday was used in the trailer but isn't included on the soundtrack, makes you wonder if they didn't have the cash or couldn't get the rights.

Now the Donnie Darko "soundtrack" is:

1. "Never Tear Us Apart" by INXS
2. "Head Over Heels" by Tears for Fears
3. "Under the Milky Way" by The Church
4. "Lucid Memory" by Sam Bauer and Gerard Bauer
5. "Lucid Assembly" by Gerard Bauer and Mike Bauer
6. "Ave Maria" by Giulio Caccini and Paul Pritchard
7. "For Whom the Bell Tolls" by Steve Baker and Carmen Daye
8. "Show Me (Part 1)" by Quito Colayco and Tony Hertz
9. "Notorious" by Duran Duran
10. "Stay" by Oingo Boingo
11. "Love Will Tear Us Apart" by Joy Division
12. "The Killing Moon" by Echo & the Bunnymen
13. "Mad World" by Gary Jules
14. "Mad World" by Tears for Fears

If you had to do the Jake & Austin 80's movies mix what would you pick?

  1. Special locked the other post, but I wanted to say this:

This is a Jake and Austin blog, so it's natural that is who people are going to talk about.

Except that people always talk about other actors that they feel are so much better than Jake when it comes to the bearding.
How many times have we now heard that Jake is so much worse than everybody else?
Exhibit A: The rest of your post following that sentence. Why is it okay to bring up these people as long as long as they make Jake look bad in your mind, but when someone asks why it's never the other way round it's somehow because it's a J&A blog?

They're also a lot younger than most of the other closeted stars people talk about, and other than Zac (someone I have little interest in), no one Jake's age is bearding so aggresively.

You already mentioned Zac, then there's Hayden who just got engaged (something that everybody here says would be the next step in Reeke bearding), there's James Franco bringing his "gf" to award shows, there's Chase and Ed both talking about being straight every chance they get, Justin Timberlake talking about Jessica as his gf in interviews; Pete Wentz, Vin Diesel and McBongo just had kids with their beards (the next step after the engagement according to everybody here), ...

But obviously Jake - while having never said anything about Reeke except for denying it - is the worst of that age group because his beard likes to use her kids to help her promote herself.
Oh, and pictures! So much worse than all of the things those others do!

  2. Woohoo!! The Vermont Legislature just overrode the Governor's veto of the Gay Marriage Legislation. Gay Marriage is now legal in four states.

    ReplyDelete
  3. Double Standard your not making sense. Most people here I believe have interest in those other people and would love to see them come out. BUT this again is a J and A blog.

    Way to go Vermont.

    ReplyDelete
  4. I agree with you Jersey Tom. Sure, there are lots of stars leading closeted lives and I wish they had the freedom and courage to be themselves. To hear Ted tell it, half of HW is gay and I do believe it's true. But I am not interested in any other stars. I do care about Jake and Austin though. I fell in love with Jake/Toothy, and so Austin was part of the mix. I grew to love Austin just as much as Jake. That is why I am here, addicted to OMG and WFT2 both.

This is a toughie, I'll have to think about it! :)

The joys of travel, PG, but glad you were able to have such a great visit in DC. Welcome back!

  8. Whoa! DC Council votes to recognize other states' same-sex marriages

Hmm, maybe the Mrs. and I should come up to Boston when PG visits Spesh. And then you guys could be guests at our wedding! Of course, Tom would have to be there too. And NE, because she lives close. And Dest, because New York is not too far either. And anybody else who would be cool! :)

  9. We would so be there if you decided to get married.

I'm bad at coming up with things off the top of my head, so no suggestions at the moment for a soundtrack. I do thing the DD soundtrack is just about the best ever.

Although I like some of the artists on The Informers soundtrack, I wouldn't call it my dream for that movie.

Soundtracks can be tricky to pull together, not only because of the money involved, but also because some artists/labels don't want their work coming out on another label or there are disputes over how to split the royalties from sales. Sometimes songs will be licensed for a film even if they are not licensed for the soundtrack too.

  10. Hey, thanks, netb!! It was fantastic.

Here, here's a funny. When I arrived at BTW, I hadn't heard Wicked's phone message yet that said she was on her way. So I'm looking around at all the people who are standing at the gate, a mix of people picking up & others getting ready to board. I had my Cheez It sign out and finally saw this lady looking around, as if looking for someone who would've gotten off the plane. So I circled behind her & finally tapped her on the arm. I held up the ol' Cheez It sign (and it had a big picture of a Hitchhiker's thumb on it) and asked, "Would you be looking for this?" And, not smiling or even looking curious, startled, spooked, or amused, dismissed me after a glance at my sign and replied with a short, "No."

    LOLLLL!!

And so then I also got a few strange, curious looks from other people as I stood outside, waiting for Wicked to pull up.

    Time & Tide by Basia
Love is a Battlefield by Pat Benatar
    Tenderness by General Public

anything by Billy Idol, Bruce Hornsby & the range, INXS, Greg Kihn Band, Kool & the Gang, Cyndi Lauper,Heart, the Outfield.

Suddenly, Last Summer by the Motels
    early Madonna
867-5309 by who was that, Tommy something or other?

Boy, the 80's were great. It was the decade of Hair!!! The boy bands with big hair.

"Hungry Heart" by Bruce Springsteen. Everytime I hear that, I think of the carnivals near my college in Miami, FL. They played that song TO DEATH on the rides there. But what a great song it was.

How about early George Michael? Boy, he sang some great stuff.

'Course, I don't know how these songs would fit into the soundtracks. There're other songs of Duran Duran I liked better than "Notorious". Come on.
Save a Prayer. New Moon on Monday.

Prince had a ton of hits. Yet, all you hear on the radio is Kiss. Same as Chicago. Chicago had a huge catalog of hits. Yet all you ever hear is "Does Anybody Know What Time It is". What about Colour My World? Feelin' Stronger Every Day? Make Me Smile?

    Oops, getting off subject here.

Okay, well, I have got to go. Got a mountain of stuff here. Popcorn & yogurt. And did not burn the popcorn. I neglected to notice how my poppage factor went. I do believe it was pretty good. Probably a decent 90%.

  11. Wicked, I can't believe I saw this article this morning; it was from Friday's NYT, which I didn't get a chance to read before coming down to D.C. It's a review of a show at the Smithsonian on Mami Wata, a mermaid goddess! It sounds like a lot of fun.

    Mermaids

  12. Good grief, what a long comment. lol!!

Hey Wicked!!! I must say, it sure is quiet. It was very quiet in the morning without Tink barking! I sure miss all the little animals.

That is wonderful about Vermont. Great news!

And yes, that would be June 5, when I head on down, oops - er, "up" to Beantown. I just looked at my calendar. Hey, and Special, I am a whiz now at putting in my Metro ticket, just ask Wicked!! But I have to be elbowed to get over to the right on those escalators as I haven't gotten that down pat yet. But give it a little time & I would've been there!

You all are so lucky to have those public transit systems. What a great way to travel and also to meet people & talk to them.

You know what's so funny about airports now is that everyone hogs all the seats on the ends because those are the ones near outlets and of course, everyone wants to be able to plug in their laptops. Good grief. And if they're not on their laptops? They're texting or talking on the phone. No one reads the paper anymore in the airport. It's all about the electronic gadgets.
Hey, and when I deboarded at KCI, who was there at the baggage unloading thing, but Danny Manning, the great KU basketball player. I would've thought I would've noticed if he'd been on my flight, he's so tall.

Okay, I have to go. I think it'd be awesome to have a get together in Beantown. Although, I'm not sure as we couldn't get into some BIG TROUBLE while there. Tom, you would have to leave your Florida kharma behind in Florida. I will leave my airport kharma behind if you leave your Florida one there. And I will sit beside Tom at dinner so I wouldn't be waving my hamburger in Wicked & Destiny's face, eh? lol

I don't know if this was for the 4 pics but Men Without Hats?

I read yesterday about the Vermont Gov planning to veto and it was sad. So good to see the House vetoed his veto and the Senate did too with even more of a majority. I hope this helps California.

Crap or not I'm looking forward to Informers! I'll buy the dvd for sure!

  14. Save a Prayer.

My favorite Duran Duran song and one of my favorite songs from the 80s.

I have GOT to see that Mami Wata exhibit!

    ReplyDelete
  15. When I think of LA in the early to mid 80s, I think of Depeche Mode. It's the mix of catchy, upbeat sounding music combined with dark lyrics.

The Vermont House overrode the veto by the bare minimum number of votes needed, the Senate had a much bigger margin, as expected. It's the House that was the big surprise. This also makes it the first state to have gay marriage by an act of the legislature. It will be interesting to see what the wingnuts have to say about this, as one of their biggest arguments is that these decisions should be made by the legislature, not the courts.

  18. Good evening you all ,

Hope you are all fine and safe, it's a sad day for the poor italians. I knew someone , an old friend from university, who lives in the area where the earthquake took place. I worry for her and wish she is in security!
oh well I need to change my mind

The comparaison between informes's soundtrack and Donnie Darko's is quite interesting. It's a new birth for 80's tubes, not my favorite musical period but quite surprising sometimes , some pieces are really masterpieces.
I am a huge fan of Donnie, I think this movie seriously hurt my brain lol but it feeled good. All these nebulous theories seen here and there on specialised fan sites, great enthousiastic experience.
But the soundtrack of course, gives the movie all it specificity and mystery, unforgattable.

I read the informer's summary and all I can say it's: odd !
    Exactly what I need lol
I hope it will be released in France, fingers crossed!

PrairieGirl wow!! your trip is an adventure, you and the others glorious OMG members shared wonderful eternal moments! Really glad for you all.

  31. Interesting WaPo chat about the DC Council bill

Councilman Catania thinks DC will introduce legislation to allow DC to perform same sex marriages in the near future.

    ReplyDelete
  32. Double Standard, I agree with your assessment. I think everyone here loves and cares about Jake, some just gives him a hard time. Most of it I don't understand. Yes, Austin gets a pass. Don't understand this either. I think he is as guilty as some think Jake is. JMO.
Reese, well, not threatened by her at all. So no need for nastiness from me.

Special that last picture of Jake on the last thread in the ballpark was one beautiful picture of him. What an awesome smile while with his best bud or, "Whatever", Chris.

    ReplyDelete
  33. ^^To be fair to Austin, he isn't in a bearding relationship, at least to our knowledge. So if that gets construed as giving him a pass, perhaps that's why. I think you'll find that most people don't have anything against Reese, but don't like Reeke. We do love and care about Jake, Austin, Heath, et al, individually and together. :)

  35. I personally do have something against Reese but I guess I'm in the minority. Someone asked the other day if Abbie was in Africa a reporter who worked as an extra in The Bang Bang Club wrote that Ryan introduced her to the extras he was working with. I doubt Reese ever came and met the extras he worked with or anyone for that matter since she never visited him on set.

  36. I am a Jake fan, but right now i'm a little icked by the way he's living his life. I'm disappointed for him, because i feel like he's selling himself short by living a life that he doesn't really believe in, and i'm disappointed for me because he's not fun for me to watch anymore. Granted, my own interests are irrelevant in the big scheme of things, and i KNOW that, but as a fan, i get to have my feelings about him.

I don't care for Reese because she just strikes me as NOT a nice person, and also because she's interfered with my Happy Jaking! If my feelings about Reese were to actually matter to her, i would probably be more circumspect in broadcasting them, but i trust you guys not to tell her, and i also trust her not to be worried by it.

As for Austin, i never even knew he was in the world till I got interested in Jake, and I've always been a J/H girl (RPS, go baby) so it's just now that i'm starting to give Austin some attention. He's cute and i love the pics of him with Jake. Jake seems happy when they are together, and so that's reason enuf to like him imho.

I miss seeing Jake with Chris. I wonder if they aren't friends anymore, or if they just had to go undercover in order to make it appear that he was 100% devoted to Reese.

That - in a nutshell - is why Reeke is so obnoxious to me. Jake isn't Jake anymore, at least not the Jake we used to see, and i just hate that his need for fame and straightness is so extreme that he's let it suck the life out of him. Ugh.

    ReplyDelete
  37. TR - I personally have a problem with celebs/politicians not being honest about who they are and what they are promoting. If your going to sell yourself to the world at least be honest about it.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Some of the revelations we've been hearing about Reese came as a big surprise to me, so I wonder about her now as well. I never knew much about her before, except for WTL which I loved, and Legally Blonde, which was better than I expected, but not usually my kind of movie. But from what I knew of her, she seemed sweet and nice. Jake doesn't seem as sexy as he once was for some reason, I can't describe it, but Reeke seems to take away his appeal. I hope to not let that cloud my judgement when his movies come out, but I see whenever I think of him, I think of Reeke. As you can imagine, not the most appealing of thoughts. lol! The other thing is that 100% devotion to Reese and Co. I found dismaying around the time of Heath's death. Surely he could have taken some time out for Heath. I will always adore Heath, always.

Which makes me think of RDJ; I'm glad he seems to have gotten his sh*t together, because he's a fine actor as well. I only wish Heath had been able to, or to have had someone there for him to encourage him to get help. He was such an amazing talent for one so young. I remember that at the pre-Oscars, or at one of the award shows, RDJ attributed his healthy and happy state of being to hanging out with "a better class of people" which I took to mean his supportive wife, whom he looked at and had his arm around when he said it. I hope, if RDJ ever does relapse, he has close friends and those who love him to intervene.

  41. I remember 2006 very well. We used to see Jake all the time, usually happy. Sometimes we saw him with Austin, sometimes with Chris, sometimes with Lance&Matthew and sometimes with his family among other people. He seemed happy then. I remember thinking it had to be arranged somehow with all these photos, but as i said, he seemed happy.
I thought he was gay, but i admired him for not bearding, so i didn`t really mind that he wasn`t out.
Today i just don`t see his charm anymore. I think his public life was pr-approved most of the time back then as it is now. I just think i accepted it more because Jake seemed happy, he wasn`t bearding, and in his "normal life", pr-people and Jake approved photos with friends and family, wich must have made it so much easier for him to hang out with them wherever he wanted to.
I feel very sorry for him today because i think he lives his life as a prisoner, but the charm is gone for me.
I understand it`s Hollywood`s fault things have to be that way, but in the end, Jake chooses to live this way. It`s very sad and wrong he can`t have it both ways, as he should be able to. But, it`s his choice. He could have chosen something else to do, but he didn`t. He could have just pretended to be an actor who is single, but he didn`t. He chosed to beard.
He seemes to sacrifies a lot to gain what`s most important to him, so hopefully one day he`ll get what he wants. Maybe then i will find another movie i like with him. But his charm to me is gone with his choices. Guess i`m not that much of a career-person.

  42. Just wanted to say that I know that Heath died of an accidental overdose, different than RDJs situation, but back pain, anxiety, sleeplessness are serious conditions, which needed serious attention, not just throwing medications at someone. Heath needed someone to look after him. End of.

  45. Wow, some great comments tonight. So, so well said, NG, Clarity, Sienna, and ah-ta-ta-ta. I cannot say any better.

It is hard for me to separate what I see in a celebrity when they're in the news and the desire to see their movies. As I've said 100 times, I used to LOVE Legally Blonde; I'd watch it everytime I stumbled upon it on TNT or whatever. I haven't watched it ever since Reeke began and I won't ever watch it again because frankly, can't stand to look at the woman. I can't even watch OJ in the Naked Guns anymore without wincing. And those things just rip my sides, they're so stupidly funny. Nothing bothered me near so much as listening to "Forever" by Chris Brown after that incident with Rihanna. That song was just one of my all-time favorites, but I have to say I haven't played it hardly at all since that happened.

But I saw October Sky two Sundays ago and enjoyed it just as much as ever. So, go figure. I like the looks of the movie sets of PoP, but I swear, I just cannot get past what they did to his hair. I suppose that sounds pretty stupid, but the hair just kills the look as far as I'm concerned. But, we'll see. It hasn't even come out yet, so I'm not knocking it off the shelf yet.

  46. Boy, I was just confirming a couple of dogsitting jobs in April & May (there goes my Memorial Day weekend!!) and realized that my trip to Boston comes just a couple weeks after that dogsitting job over Memorial Day. Holy cow! It's going to be here before you know it. A wedding would be so awesome, wouldn't it?

Iowa. Now, Tom, I want to see you come to Iowa, lol. The land of corn.

tr, you cracked me up with your bluntness. snicker. Hey, as long as someone's honest, that's what I like. I would say I don't exactly have anything "personal" against her, BUT, like Clarity, I don't appreciate being deceived by how someone wants to come across. All people ever ask is that someone be themselves. And that girl does not seem to be at all like how she likes to come across on award shows, in interviews, and in her cover shoot pictures. There's even a huge difference between how she comes across in a coffee photo op and the ones where Reeke has done them for a big magazine spread, i.e. that shopping walk in London, appearance on the Morocco movie set, VF party, etc. It's totally false representation and I see that now.

    ReplyDelete
  47. And Lane you win too - you are right it's Men without Hats.

I'll be looking in my mailbox for that cash prize!

  48. I agree with Sienata, TR, Norwegian Girl and anyone else I missed who had similar comments about Jake and Reese. Like NG I realize a lot of what we saw before of Jake was pr-driven, but he seemed happy and I felt like I was seeing a bit of the real Jake. Not anymore. The bearding has totally affected how I feel about him. It's just one of those gut/heart reactions, something that cannot be changed no matter what the argument on the other side is.

I don't like Reese either, and that started before Reeke; I started to dislike her during the campaign for Walk the Line when I heard all the stories about her marriage. The fact that it is Reese Jake is bearding with just makes it all the worse for me.

No keys/remote in hand but he probably had it in his right pocket and pressed it when he was walking to the car. Maybe Austin was there but if its therapy you usually wouldn't wait in the car for someone, its something they go do by themselves. Jake looks nice and relaxed.

Oh Yeah - Save a Prayer

  61. Destiny at 10;26 I read your comment and would like to ask you, why are you here and continue to post? I Don't understand it because you seem to be so disappointed in Jake but You post about him often, Reese also, but it's always negative. Are you here because of Austin?
Jake seem to have let you and others down Greatly. Other original TBers have left and some who followed Jake closely and seem to take the bearding so personally just stop posting. I'm now wondering if this sites purpose is for venting about Jake and what he did to ruin his image or what he could have been for some posters. Although it's his image. Just wondering. Situations that are not that pleasant for me I avoid all together. Some time ago I thought Jake or Austin would be out as Gay or bi, but it did not happen. I have my beleifs about the both of them, but since it's only a feeling and a strong one, I also know that what my beliefs are may not be a fact. It would be nice if I knew Jake and could ask him the indepth questions I want to know, but I don't know Jake the real person and I never will. So What is said about him is still all speculation. That helps me with not directing anger in his direction because of being disappointed in him because of what he is doing, or seem to be doing.

  62. Full description of Austin's palm on the sogoth site, but no reading of it. Nick read Hilary's palm yesterday. Maybe a reading of Austin's will come tomorrow. Does anyone here know palm reading? I have no clue what any of it means.

Had to laugh. Someone posted a video of Reeke leaving the RDJ party. You just know it was because of WFT2 and OMG comments. I did not bother to watch it.

I second most of the earlier comments about Jake. One of the biggest things that drew me to him was his good nature and charming, easygoing smile. Both, gone with the Reeke. I don't think he is going to draw a box office with the dour expression he now wears.

  63. Don't know who the lady is but Jake looks like he's having a great time joking and clowning around! Funny how when he's with other people he's relaxed and more himself from 3 years ago.

  64. Great speech by the leader of the Iowa Senate on why he wouldn't go along with the demands for a constitutional convention on gay marriage.

  65. I'll explain why I'm here after you explain why you're here Toothy Dentist. Not to mention that I've been here and at WFT1 since the beginning, and it should be clear to most people why I'm still here. You on the other hand seem to be some fly by poster, unless you care to reveal what other names you've posted under.

  66. I don't think Jake looks good in the new photos, I really hate that Unibomber look. And who in the heck wears a hat with a hoodie.

  67. I don't understand why it matters if we post positive comments or negative comments about Jake, as long as we are here because we actually care about him and are interested in his life and career. We could start an OMG blog about ME and let my mom and my husband and my best friends and my boss and coworkers and some of my readers post there, and the comments would range from the sublime to what an f'n basket case i am. But that's ok, because all of that is true and it's said with interest and concern, not to be mean. I've had moments where i've really wanted to be mean about Reese, because she's ruined my good thing, but i refrain from just going off on her for no reason. I say things that i think/believe/see as true and valid. I might not always be right, but i'm sincere and never mean just for the sake of it. As long as we keep an honest spirit about us, and as long as we are here because we truly like and are interested in Jake, i don't think it should matter what sort of comments we make.

Having said all that, i've been here for 2 weeks and have no room to comment, but there you go. At least i'm honest. And i do love Jake, but i don't really like him right now, and i'll be honest, my heart feels sad, like i've actually lost someone special, and not just some dude in a movie that i'll never no. Silly S!

  68. destiny destiny....it's not the Unabomber it's Donnie Darko. tsk tsk. You better go back and do your dvd viewing homework.

  69. Frank... maybe the Donnie Darko dress is Jake's way of saying he wants to turn back time to better days! We can hope! :)

  70. 80s songs for the Jaustin soundtrack:

    "One Night in Bangkok"

    "I Want Candy"

    "Johnny Are You Queer?"

    "I Know What Boys Like"

"Boom Boom Boom Let's Go Back to My Room"

  71. "Don't know who the lady is but Jake looks like he's having a great time joking and clowning around!"

The woman is Reese's (and Jake's) pr manager. She was with them in Madrid, the hair is distinctive to say the least.

And, sorry to be critical, but it looks to me that he's acting abit of a prat in those pics, trying to 'avoid' the paps. Surely, if you don't want to be papped he'd know by now to avoid Whole Foods in Beverley Hills, I'm assuming there are other food shops in LA.

  72. I think the woman with curly hair in the picture with Jake is the same one who was photographed with the beard many times in London last summer. I think she is her publicist or one of her PR people, maybe TR can confirm this.

    ReplyDelete
  73. Meg, I posted before reading your comment. I agree that Jake is giving his fake "hiding" act for the paps.

  74. Both sets of pics were taken yesterday in Beverly Hills. He is dressed the same. He is seen entering his car when he goes out of the medical building, but he gets in the passenger seat of a different car when he was at Wholefoods (I assume it was curly hair woman’s car) but who took his car? There is a third person.

  75. There is a third person.
Not Reese or she'd be in the middle of the picture.

  76. I've been here since the very start at wft1 before Dany started it. I occassionally post now. Just read mostly. Sometimes change names. Did not want to offend you it's just a ginuine interest because your tone seems mostly upset with Jake, or all the time. That's all.

  77. Toothy's Dentist I think most people are disappointed that Jake took the low road.

Whilst Austin has agreed to do this, he isn't running around all over the world with someone he looks like he can't even stand to be near.

If Jake was bearding with Jennifer Aniston or someone he seemed to like, I wouldn't have half the problem with it that I do.

As for Reese, I like a fair few of her movies and do think she has talent but my issue is that she comes across as a 'mean girl'.
Like attracts like. If you look at the majority of her fans and how they come across over the internet, they have that same 'mean girl' vibe.
I'm just not into that myself.

  78. The car at the medical building looks like the same one he was seen getting in with Reese with the "jogging" pictures, a Merecedes benz. I know they both have one but she drives hers all the time, I thought Jake drove a hybyrd? Is he back driving his Mercedes or is he driving her car.

It would make sense since her PR assistant was with him that day.

    ReplyDelete
  79. Checked, that is his Camry at the clinic, but that definately is Reese's assistant with him at the mart and I assume she is driving her own car.

    ReplyDelete
  80. Have the paps ever missed an opportunity to 'catch' Reeke together? In over two years? If Reese was there, she would have been in every shot. No doubt about that.

So, that begs the question, why crop out the rest of the car, if the person in it was the same one photographed with Jake at Whole Foods? Why go to all that trouble on one set, but not the other?

Makes no sense, unless the medical building wasn't PR scheduled, and neither was the person waiting for Jake.

  81. Good morning everyone!

"((Elinor)), I hope your friend is okay."

I hope so much too, hard to have news. I pray for her security and hope the governement will do all what is possible to help the homeless, for now it' seems a real mess alas!

Here is a mess too I see lol , not easy to ignore the issue.
I fear there is an definitive gap between people who have belief with doubt and those who have rooted belief.
Both teams , I think, have valid reasons but the discussion seems difficult and subject of quarrels.
For my mea culpa I would say I am not sure myself to have right and I keep in a corner of my head others possibilities . I am not always agree with all I read here but it's not disturbing , we are in free world and this site allows us to express what we have in mind!

I have been fan of Jake since Donnie, I wasn't interested in his life before but seeing him with Austin were a love after sight, impossible to explain, so I am here.

    ReplyDelete
  82. No one said that Reese was there, she never is when he goes there. The paps always catch Jake going to that medical building so he wasn't surprised. I doubt that anyone was waiting in the car for Jake on his weekly visits, seen pics of th car being cropped out before, check IHJ.

I assume he drove home and later went food shopping with Reese's assistant i her car.

  83. Aww, come on, you guys, don't start a great discussion when most of us are asleep! lol, it's not fair. And now I have to be really fast (just not possible, tho) because I need to get in early today, but I just have to make couple of quick points. So, no previewing, probably type-os & misspellings, so forgive me. Lots of repetitiveness, lol.

1st, Elinor, hello! Good morning to you. My heart & prayers go out to you and your fellow countrymen over this earthquake tragedy. I lift up your friend, hoping for the best outcome as to their safety & wellbeing.

I can't get to the pics, IHJ being fussy right now, so will have to later.

And lastly, the topic which seems to me to be a different but a really good one. Jake's life pre-Reeke. Actually, for that matter, pre-BBM? Contrived? PR driven? A big veil?

I really don't see how it could've been all that. I can't go into the reasons why I think that right now; not enough time. But come on, how could it have been?

And just say it was. Just say it was. What does that make all of this? It makes all of this, OMG, WFT, Atticus & Boo, Jake & Austin, Jake with his sister, Maggie, all a big farce. And I certainly don't think it is. I am not so familiar with Jake pre-BBM so I can't refer to other things he was photo'd doing, but I have seen a fair amount. I can't be saying this very well because I'm so hurried & rushed, but I think the subject bears discussion.

You all have a good day. I sense another boat departing for the big Depression Sea, so at least I'm going to try to steer myself away, at least for today. Elinor, you say it so well. I'm like you. I know I wouldn't be here if I still didn't care. I do, so I'll just see where today takes us.

Hey, everyone have a GREAT day! Okay, here goes. Mistakes & all.
