Every year we stop and think of all the things we are thankful for, and again this year we have some great things.
Getting to see Austin on a weekly basis and Jake having two movies that came out this year.
Both giving back to help others.
Getting to see them together sometimes when they knew it
and when they didn't
and some worth the wait.
And you then of course ... well....
And today ...we'll it's Thanksgiving and that means lots of Football and Turkey.
And for Jake, football and Turkey ; )
To everyone at OMG, thank you for coming and sharing this past year. OMG was created as a place to come together and have fun and enjoy, here's hoping to find the fun and joy each day.
To everyone have a blessed year ahead.
Happy Thanksgiving!
Happy Thanksgiving everyone, and a special thanks for Special for all of the hard work she has put into the blog over the past year.
ReplyDeleteSame to you Destiny, and to everyone here who is part of this remarkably creative, revelatory and thought-provoking community. Have a wonderful day with friends and family. And don't forget to make a few memories that will last until next year and, hopefully, beyond.
ReplyDeleteAnd, to Special. Another great post down memory lane. Thanks so much for all of your hard work, positive spirit and generosity. You are a calm in the storm who, regardless of the provocation, loves these guys with all your heart. Don't change.
HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE
ReplyDeleteWe Canadians have to endure another work day while our American neighbours celebrate the holiday, and prepare for the next in such grand syle. Giving thanks for all that we each bring to the table here at OMG with a special thank-you to our cool, calm, and talented Special.
Happy Thanksgiving Everyone. Enjoy your Day. Thanks for all you do SK and keeping us going.
ReplyDeleteHappy Thanksgiving, our dear SpecialK, and to everyone at OMG. :*
ReplyDeleteHappy Thanksgiving to all. And a special thanks to Special for making this site our favorite.
ReplyDeleteSlept in till 11:00 am and am catching up on the taped Patriots game while drinking a Meyer Lemon Gin Fizz. Our lemon tree's bounty and the best use for a Meyer Lemon I have found yet. No turkey for us today. Dungeness crab and pasta instead since it is just the 2 of us today.
Hope you all have a wonderful day.
Hope those who celebrated had a great Thanksgiving.
ReplyDeleteAnd hope everyone just had great day.
Turkey and all the trimmings and Drunken Apple Pie Martinis led to a long long nap on the couch. After the Pats win over the Lions of course.
It was nice to see an interview with Jake and Anne that was more than a few minutes on Charlie Rose last night.
ReplyDeleteA lot of the focus seem to be Anne, but Jake added a few things we haven't heard him mention before.
If you missed the interview you can watch here on Charlie Rose's website.

ReplyDeleteDear Ted:
ReplyDeleteYou've said several times that Jake Gyllenhaal is not Anne Hathaway's type and vice versa, but have you seen their interviews together? They are both good actors, but not that good. The gooeyness is bordering on disgusting, and they can't seem to not touch each other at some point in an interview. Is it really just the spectacular Hollywood promo machine, or are these two getting busy?

Dear Hopeless Romantic:
Actually, they are that good. You're confusing strong friendship with strong romance. But put one more "eva" at the end of your name, and we'll reevaluate.
Bitch Back
Yum, all that sounds so good - Dungeness Crab and Pasta, Turkey and all the trimmings. And of course the drinks! lol Traditional turkey and all the trimmings for me too, and some beaujolais nouveau. :)
ReplyDeleteI have a Meyer Lemon tree also that I grow indoors, and it's one of the most beautiful plants I have ever owned. It's flowering right now, I guess whenever it feels like it. Hooray! :)
Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving,
