Spot of T's

Austin reminded us that today is Two Wheel Tuesday.

People all over the world are sending me messages about riding their bikes today. Everyone jump on this train. #twowheeltuesday

With Crazy Tree doing a Source Code (ie it's in repeats until April 19th) Austin has time to catch this train too:

And now that OTH is wrapping up the season, Austin can take time to learn something new too.

Think Austin will want to try his hand at using the candle, the feather, and the wooden spoon to search for the Chametz this year?

.......

We know it is Two Wheel Tuesday, but it can also be a Take Action Tuesday too.

The need is great in Japan, so many lost lives, even more are missing, and hundreds of thousands of people displaced. The nation of Japan is facing more challenges each day, with more aftershocks and now the potential of a nuclear meltdown, this is something no other country has faced. The need for food, shelter, water - the basics of everyday living is great. Many of us have friends, family or know someone with a connection to the crisis. Some are gathering supplies, food and clothing to be sent to Japan, other are raising money to pay for the supplies needed. We all can do our part in some way.

Please contact the Red Cross or the agency in your country who is helping in the aide effort. OR text - redcross - to 90999. And $10 will be charged to your cell phone bill.

Austin did.
I just texted REDCROSS to 90999. Let's all get together on this. Its not very much for one person, but if we all contribute--$$$$$$$ #japan

Why wasn't Ted's Toothy/Crotchalastic mutual attraction discussed here yesterday when it was posted?

You trolls really can't read. Ted simply indicated that he definitely thought there was a mutual attraction between Toothy and Crotch-U-Lastic. So what? He also said he didn't believe they ever hooked up either. I'm married and am mutually attracted to lots of guys. Perfectly human and normal. Oh, that's right. You don't think Jake is either.

  2. I have always loved this song. I needed some cheering up today, as the situation in Japan is so dismaying, wishing there was something I could do. Trust Special to come up with just the right song. I'm texting $10 as well. Thanks Special and Austin!

I'm going to stay strong and not watch the first 5 minutes of Source Code, will wait to see it in the theater! :)

  3. Jake is so adorable in that Shalom Sesame clip. :)

  4. That extended clip for SC really sucked me right in; I can't wait to see it. Yes, I'm sure there's going to be some annoying plot holes, but still looks like fun.

The Shalom Sesame clip is adorable.

  5. I can see where they get the Hitchcokian comparison for Source Code even from that 5 minute clip. A little Strangers on a Train and even a touch of North by Northwest. I agree it sucked me in I was already looking around the train, not just at the passengers but the everything else too for the clues.

  8. This video of a contestant on a Thai version of You've Got Talent is amazing and very touching, I'm not going to say anything more as I don't want to spoil it.

  10. Jake also says he's good at hiding things in that Shalom Sesame clip.

Oh my god. That bathroom tape is hilarious. Not just the banana peen, but the way he doubles over needing to pee during his source code presentation. Jake has a good sense of humor. I'm sure he's laughing at it too.

I still have some unwatched OTH episodes. I tried to watch one last night but kept falling asleep. I'd wake up at the end of the reel, wind it back and replay, then immediately fall asleep. I did that about 4 times before giving up.

  19. Dear Ted:
I love the Blind Vices, and I have some pretty good guesses, but there is one that I can't quite figure out. There is a very popular guess out there for Toothy Tile, and I kind of believe it, except I'm not sure how Baby Tile comes into the picture. Is it really possible for a celeb to keep their child a secret? He can't be a very active father. Does the kid live with the birth mother or maybe with some relative of his? I'm totally confused.
    —jade_blossom26

    Dear Doubt Before You Think:
Exactly why I don't get the popular guess. Does no one realize there is a baby involved and that Toothy is not doing a good job letting us all in on how the babe's doing these days? Either way, we're told someone is raising that little nugget in the proper non-vicey environment.

    ReplyDelete
  20. If the popular guess is not correct why hasn't Ted elimanated Jake?

    ReplyDelete
  21. What he is saying is that people say Jake can't be Toothy because he doesn't have kid.

Then Ted gets snarky about how private Toothy is.

And finally he is giving Jake some praise that that they are raising Baby T in "a proper non-vicey environment."

    ReplyDelete
  22. LOL at Toothy raising that little nugget. What do you think of when you hear nugget? Gold, right? A little gold nugget. Well guess what, the first part of Gyllenhaal, the Gyllen part, means gold in Swedish. It was no accident that Ted described Baby Tile as a little nugget.

    ReplyDelete
  23. Good catch AT. Also the abbreviation for the chemical compound Gold is Au.

    ReplyDelete
  24. So back to just one BT then?

    ReplyDelete
  25. There's no way Jake and Austin are doing all of their gyrations for just one kid.

I honestly don't know why Ted is saying nugget in a singular form but the man is definitely pissing me off with his teeter totter ways.

    ReplyDelete
  26. I think Ted uses the term Baby Tile more as a concept that conveys Toothy's domesticity and family ways. I wouldn't be surprised if E's legal team advised him to tread very carefully around the topic of Toothy's offspring when it comes to anything more specific than him being a father.
