It's not surprising at all that Jake would be seen in LA this weekend. Special did an entire post about this special time last year. This is the anniversary of Jake and Austin's meeting at the TDAT audition. Both guys, in fact, were seen at an In 'N Out Burger late at night on May 11, 2012 on their Tenth Anniversary.
ReplyDeleteThe closer we are to the truth, the more frantic the troll becomes. It's becoming a real pattern. Everyone has a tell that becomes like a beacon sooner or later. Hilarious how they reveal themselves while thinking they are being clever.
ReplyDeleteIt's all in the timing, as I told someone yesterday. It's the timing of events that make a story or sighting more understandable.
ReplyDeleteAnd while I know this is a small respite for Jaustin fans and we'll see the resumed status quo sooner than later, I'm not going to gloss over this one and refrain from putting myself out there.
It's nice to see Jake and Austin still have romance and I'm proud of Austin for not giving the obligatory GPS 'heads up' for once. Scoffers can yap all they want about this, that and the other thing. This one was real and yeah, I loved it.
And Jake will now probably catch hell for this one and I hope he and Austin don't pay too badly. I wish I could offer support to them somehow in some way at times like this. But ah well, they're grown men, right? Yeah.

ReplyDeleteAnother surprising omission is the latest from “Incendies” director Denis Villeneuve. Many predicted his new psychological thriller “An Enemy” was a shoe in for Cannes this year – especially with an international cast that includes Jake Gyllenhal, Sarah Gadon, Isabella Rossellini, and Melanie Laurent - but for whatever reason the Toronto-shot film was not included as part of the lineup.

Am in LA, long flight, not bad but its bloody hot, as in dripping , and I got here in track uniform with heavy boots( idiot) , and walked around all day, going to chill tomorrow, that's why I am here for 2 days first, before I join the circus!

ReplyDeleteGreat to see that Jake is finally being associated with that Broadway musical we've been anticipating for years. We've often heard about Jake's terrific singing voice and "Into the Woods" is one of his favorite Sondheim productions. In fact, last August Jake was in the audience at The Delacorte in Central Park to see "Into the Woods," once again, with Amy Adams headlining. The play was part of The Public Theatre's Shakespeare in the Park series.
