  3. Thanks for the very 'Special' Christmas Greetings Video from JibJab !

The boys look so comfy all tucked in waiting for Santa. LOL

Make the best of this day of family, light, and festivities, wishing one all health and happiness.

  4. The jib jab was so cute. Thanks for that. Once again Happy Holidays to all. Just the 2 of us today and I am making a small prime rib. We don't eat meat that often anymore, but once in a while I get a real craving for it. Hope all of you have a wonderful day.

  5. Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah.

Santa was good to me this year. Now we'll settle down and watch some movies and make turkey sandwiches out of the leftovers.

  6. Oh my dog. I just got home. It has been the longest Christmas Day in my life, I think. I was up until like about 1:30 this morning because I was still baking!!! And I messed up my Pumpkin Crunch Recipe, mixing the cake mix into the pumpkin batter and you weren't supposed to do that. So I was out at 10-10:30 last night trying to find Walgreen stores that had pumpkin but no luck. So had to use the one spare can I had which meant no pumpkin bread this morning. :(

Then Auntie Mame was on TCM and well, just had to watch that. I love that movie.

What a hoot it was last night. Walgreen Stores were PACKED. People were still shopping and they were buying crazy stuff, arms full. And this morning, the Walgreens where my mom lives was PACKED. People were buying sweetened condensed milk, paper plates, pop; I watched a guy with his little girl pick up a $2.99 bag of flour. LOLLL!! Like I paid $2.99 for a dumb yellow cake mix!! Just think how QuikTrip and Walgreen stores just rake it in over us numbskulls who do not plan accordingly or screw up recipes. LOLLLLL!! It was crazy!!

  8. We had a great ham dinner and this year, the grand-dog came for the first time, so that was real exciting. Little Reeses came complete with baby gate and all kinds of paraphernalia. We bought a special dog bone-shaped, memory foam rug for her to lie down on and she got all kinds of presents. lol.

But man oh man. After yesterday of all day shopping and cooking/baking and then today, I'm just exhausted. But what a great day; it's so exciting to have little Reeses with us this Christmas.

My nephew & niece are not little anymore and you sit back and wonder where those days went when they were just toddlers and small children.

I have no idea what else has been going on; it's been great to get away sort of from all the lies & shenanigans of Hollywood & closeted celebrities. I hope the guys had a nice one.

I do think it's hilarious that Adam Latrine does a photo op with his model girlfriend right after Ted's column AND after that "national release" of the twitpic of he & Jake in Feliz Navidad CA or wherever that was.

Levine wanted to make sure that a) everyone knew he was into girls and b) he was into girls. Oh, and c) he's into girls. Oh, and look at what a devoted boyfriend he is.

That guy could stand at a card table outside of Wal Mart and sell Boy Scout popcorn and I would STILL think he's a cad. Believe me, sometimes a female can just sense these things and that guy has never, ever come across as a good guy to me. And that was before I ever knew he was a childhood acquaintance of Jake's.

Now I'm off to bed and get some sleep.

  9. LOL! Wait, this is great, though.

Guess who did another "image-repair" photo op today with his model girlfriend?

    That is just awesome.

  10. What a great post. One of my fave pics of the guys, and the zebra menorah is the best.

Hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas! :)

  15. Looks like Michele williams has got a very big shot at winning the Oscar for Best actress. She has already won 8 awards for her performance in "A Week With Marilyn".
