Shawl'n for it

Somewhere in Utah, ok Park City, after numerous sighting, some one captured the Squatch in one of his favorite environments. (Anything to do with film)

It is not known if he was lured with  movie popcorn or "just a hey can I get a picture", but he stopped and stared at the camera.

Something familiar when looking at his coverings.

Perhaps it is the sweater he seems to have shawl'n for

Who else shawls for it?

 Guess this one button'd  up.

Thanks to PG for finding the Sudance Kid.

  2. I really enjoyed the Spotlight and the interview excerpts on Jen Brister Special and PG. I'm going to see if I can find any of her routines on YouTube.

  3. Ha ha!! I forgot you were a Broncos fan. Hey, after that non-thinker Richard Sherman shot off his mouth on Sunday, I figured I'll probably root for the Broncos, Destiny. LOL. Did anyone else see that guy? That was something else. What in the heck?
I was following along on Twitter and I tell you, those tweets on him were absolutel killers. I was dying laughing.

Glad you enjoyed the Spotlight, too. I thought she shared a lot of stuff she didn't have to, but it's beneficial for so many others.

  4. Nice post, Special. Nice sweater on Austin and I've always liked the shawl collar on Jake. That 4th picture down, Jake in the oatmeal colored sweater, I'll never forget those pictures, remember that time? Austin was due home from being somewhere and Jake was coming from getting his hair cut, perhaps getting a little spiffed up for the big guy.

    I said, PERHAPS. lol

Jake never looked better - absolutely beautiful.

Does anyone else find it strange that Johnny Depp, 50, is marrying Amber Heard, age 27? Didn't he just get out of a long-term relationship? As if that wasn't kind of interesting enough, there's this quip from People:

A source close to Depp tells us, "She's a great match for him and his individuality. She's a free spirit." Another source adds, "They couldn't be happier." And that's really all that matters, right?

'She's a free spirit'. and 'And that's really all that matters, right?'
She's a great match for his individuality? What does that mean? The guy is 50 years old and he needs a free spirit?

There's something up with all of that, that's all I have to say. You know, there are certain red flag phrases or words that public relation teams use and they're so stupid, they don't realize that some of us are building our own little glossary of PR terms.

    I'm just sayin'.

    and they're so stupid,

Do you know what sounds stupid?

they don't realize that some of us are building our own little glossary of PR terms.

    That.

  6. It always makes me cringe when they start tossing out certain words. Even if it is the real deal, the words are just so slick, and yeah, we can see through them now.

I did see Sherman shoot off his mouth, boy oh boy.

    BWAH!!!! **titter**

Ha ha ha ha. Ooooops, excuse me, I forgot that I was in mixed company. No offense, but then hey, you hang around eavesdropping, you might hear something that could be a little ego busting.

    lol. That cracked me up.

  8. That. LOL!

Twitter is so fun when something goes viral on TV as it is happening. Richard Sherman's rant did just that and I had so much fun reading tweets as they were flying.

Of course, not so much fun if your team is blowing a cinch lead and loses, I.e. the Chiefs. lol, that was awful!

  9. You mean the, "“Well I’m the best corner in the game. When you try me with a sorry receiver like Crabtree, that’s the result you’re going to get! Don’t you ever talk about me!”

LOL! Sherman has never been known for his humility and I guess he and Crabtree have been trash talking one another for some time now. He cracked me up in the post-game interview with a room full of reporters though, when he casually said that Crabtree was mediocre so what did you think was going to happen.

After a few days, I think Sherman now realizes that with the build up to the Super Bowl maybe he doesn't want to be the center of the media frenzy for the next two weeks so he's explaining that his outburst was a result of an understandable adrenaline rush, but he's still not backing down about Crabtree. "I simply don't like him." I guess as he said later, "It is what it is." You can't deny his candor. LOL!

Sherman is a graduate of Stanford University. A very bright guy. Still, he proves, once again, that intelligent people are not always the smartest. His rant took away from the team's victory. Probably, something he regrets now, but a little too late to retract.

  10. The guy made himself look like a nut case, so I don't have any sympathy for him. Because of the rant and that the team knocked the 49ers out of the picture both. Not that they played well, but heartbreaking nevertheless.

Amazing how similar Jake and Austin's choice of attire!

  12. Jake looks great in all those pics. Don't see him looking that way too often anymore.

So Austin just happened to be in Utah during the movie fest. Oh my how important it must have been to place Jake in NYC.. Sure he was :-)

  13. So Austin just happened to be in Utah

Another Berlinale! Great to see the guys sharing something they both love.

    ReplyDelete
  14. Ah Berlinale when Jake Dumped anyone to be with Lea Seydoux! Good times!

    ReplyDelete
  15. Yeah, whatever happened to that Lea Seydoux pairing? Oh, that's right. Nothing. Zilch. Nada. Yet, Austin went to events with Jake and even was photographed with the infamous Twirly Coat. Actual good times instead of PR created nonsense.

  16. Excuse me, upon further review, I must correct myself.

It would appear that the exquisite shawl collared sweater in the 4th picture down from the top, is more of a shade of putty rather than oatmeal.

  17. Jake and Leah have met a little 'too many times in a couple of months,I bet "something"is happen, she even came to New York in the middle of shooting a beautiful and complicated film that won the Palme d'Or at Cannes . Remember the blue hair and all the rest?

    ReplyDelete
  18. I do remember the blue hair photo op. Jake was picking his nose, I believe. Guess he wasn't into her, huh? The pics were floated on March 10, 2012, the weekend Jake was spotted at the South by Southwest Festival in Austin, TX.

  19. "Actual good times instead of PR created nonsense."

What PR nonsense? Nobody talked about Jake and Leah, because he was a juror and she was in the competition. I bet she was with him at the famous Jana salon. Only those who follow him closely knows that Jake has followed Lea in Paris and has been with her for about three days, and when she came to NY no one knew who she was.

    ReplyDelete
  20. lol. Oh man, M & M, thanks for reminding us of that pictorial essay of gold digging by Jake.

    Ugh.

  21. 2342, your local library would be the best venue for that kind of storybook telling.

    ReplyDelete
  22. No, I do believe that was a man's arm and a plaid shirt next to Jake at the Jana Salon. Sorry, wrong again. Jake didn't follow Lea anywhere. That's what the planted tweets wanted you to think. I never saw any video or pictures of her with Jake at Berlinale. There were several of him and Austin, however. #TrueLove

  23. "the weekend Jake was spotted at the South by Southwest Festival in Austin, TX."

No Jake was not the film festival in Austin that year, because the encounter with the "blue haired girl" was almost "live tweetting" and it has been the same day at a distance of 20 minutes from the only tweet that pointed Jake in Austin Texas ,

    ReplyDelete
  24. Don't forget that Austin followed Jake to Berlin from London where they both had been staying to shoot the Shoes Video.

No Lea in sight there either. In fact, after the "picking my nose photo", Seydoux was never seen around Jake again. She served her purpose. Just like all the other female "associations".

if this is the tenor of your argument is useless answer, there is no video or photos of the 99 percent of things that you take for assodate, as Jake and Austin at Sundance, or Marfa etc etc etc

    ReplyDelete
  26. Your spelling and grammatical mistakes indicate just how uninformed and ignorant you are. What the heck does "tenor of your argument" even mean? Does that have something to do with an opera?

  27. Jack, time to call it a night, buddy.

You have no knowledge of facts. What you have is the concentrated dose of PR's version of the story.

And you hate what we expose here. That's why you are obsessed with OMG on your blog next door and it's why you're hanging around over here late at night.

    Good night.

  28. Calling people liars is pretty offensive.

  29. That is not Jack. It is the Italian fangirl, aka the Lea Seydoux shipper, previously known as the Minka Kelly shipper. She pops up every few months with this gibberish.
