wormhole: A theoretical distortion of space-time in a region of the universe that would link one location or time with another, through a path that is shorter in distance or duration than would otherwise be expected.
And for Jake's version it's a bit more deconstructed.
First there's the "delicacy" of a handpicked fresh very organic worm.
Farm to table ? Please! Jake's done better than that. Try earth to mouth.
And what can you say about Jake and a hole? Sure that you can think of something on your own.
Nothing like the smell of sulfur and dead sheep, mmmm mmm good. Bet Jake couldn't wait to try Sheep a la Wild.
And how did Jake do to prepare for Bear and his wild adventure?
Absolutely nothing.
and the Time Travel?
Source Code will be available on video on demand in the US tomorrow. DVD and Blu-Ray versions of Source Code will be available on July 26th.
Something you might not know, Source Code has grossed worldwide $123,221,377 at the box office, that is before VOD,DVD,Blu-Ray sales and television rights have been sold. And the budget for Source Code? 32 million.
Well done on Source Code. That thing took off mildly but it just stayed steady and I would just constantly see good word of mouth on Twitter.
ReplyDeleteHave I seen it? No, it's just not my kind of movie and just because I like Jake doesn't mean I have to see all his movies. But I'm very glad it did so well.
Well, sheets are in the washer and the ol' Curl and I are waiting for his Mama to get home. I told him his Mama was coming home tonight. (Dad too, but you know how it is.) Special treat for Curl tonight - fresh hot McD Fries. Boy, was he excited. LOL.
Destiny, I didn't know you were such a Neil Young fan. I happened to hear a song of his on the internet radio at work the other day and I really liked it so I downloaded it on ITunes. "Old Man". I recognize it but I hadn't heard that song in so long. Great song.
Another good one I heard while listening to some patriotic music on the internet radio. "Back Where I Come From" by Kenny Chesney. Great song. Also one called "You're Missing" by Bruce Springsteen. The only reason I can think of why "You're Missing" was being played on the patriotic music station was that it could be about a soldier who hasn't returned home yet. Very poignant lyrics.
ReplyDeleteAnd so Mr. Austie has finally emerged from his shy cocoon. The man speaks!!!
Just read the first two scripts. My character is pretty much dominating the universe this season. Gonna be epic.

Jake's expression when he's chewing that worm is classic.
ReplyDeleteGuess he let's Austin have the worm in Mezcal.
Jake does have the ultimate upper hand over potential picky eaters in the family though.
Brussel sprouts - yuck!
I ate a live worm you can eat a brussel sprout.

ReplyDeletePeople getting away with murder. The US is out of money. Jake Gyllenhaal still isn't out. Yep, 2012 is the year the world will end.

Neil Young is one of my all-time favorites.
ReplyDeleteNot sure if Austin is being genuine or just facetious about what they are doing with Julian as a character. Here's hoping they realize that he can do more than be an accessory to BrookeDavis'(TM) crying and wardrobe changes.

ReplyDeleteMaybe OTH this season will be good for Buckin fans. This is from an interview with Robert Buckley:
ReplyDeleteQ: Haha. It seems you have a couple of bromances on the show now.
A: I do and I want to call something out for our fans, because there's a scene… oh boy. It was episode 17 or so where Clay, Nathan, Chase and Julian were in the diner talking. And if you pay attention to the episode, it kind of seems like the scene comes out of left field, because the episode is happening and it just cuts to us talking like Sex and the City-style for 4 minutes. And it was such a funny thing to shoot because I have a crazy monologue about having smuggled cocaine… in your butt. And we had so much fun shooting it and then The Soup ended up calling out the scene and kind of making fun of it. And I was like, "Oh no, why is it…" It was [actually] for something small, like the way the waitress poured the ice tea.
But, I encourage anyone who has the show Tivo'd or has it on DVD, go back and watch that scene, and then watch the very end of it. Stephen leaves and then James leaves, and it’s just Austin and I sitting next to each other. And I don’t know if it was the choice of the editor or the director, but he left like, three good seconds of just he and I sitting there (laughs). And if you watch, we definitely have a moment. And there’s something happening there -- we look at each other and then we both look away -- that I think is so ambiguous that I couldn’t believe that no one called attention to it. No one made fun of it. Because I watched it and I was like, "What just happened?" Like, we totally just started a new relationship. What’s going on here? Are these two going to be dancing in the next scene? What’s happening? So, I think Clay and Julian, we definitely have a "Clulian" or something, but I think we have another relationship happening.
Q: That’s great. Maybe they’ll save that for next season!
A: Yea, exactly, right?

Optimus Prime for President of Earth.

Epic! Only Austin.
Optimus Prime vs. Megatron
Optimus Prime is the leader of the Autobots, the hero force of the Transformers.
Oh if you can't figure which on he is, he's the big Red Truck.
The scene between them in the dinner is classic.
ReplyDeletewe definitely have a "Clulian" or something,
BrookeDavis won't be having a "Clulian" about it.
His voice just makes me feel so safe.
ReplyDeleteLOL!
So what is in my Better Oats Apple Cinnamon oatmeal this morning?
Flax seed seeds.
I guess I missed that episode, but any moments like that are so spread out that it is meaningless.
ReplyDeleteI'm sticking with White Collar for my bromance fix, not to mention the kick-ass lesbian FBI agent. Finally got to see her girlfriend in a recent episode, and they showed them kissing and being affectionate, and on a double date with Matt's character and his girlfriend this season---here comes the OTH tie-in again--Hilarie Burton. Definitely one of the best episodes I've seen on TV in terms of showing a gay couple so naturally and for lack of a better word, normally.
Always thought it was strange that with the exception of the actor that was in a few episodes, there is nary a gay person in OTH.

ReplyDeleteI saw that episode but that all blew right past me. I did not save any of them needless to say. Too much drivel and crying. However we have in fact seen major chemistry between Buckley and Nichols when they were caught off camera. If OTH exploits that chemistry and gives Austin back his balls, I may watch again.
ReplyDeleteBuckin!!! Buckin rules!
