Past, Present and Future?

NEW: Jake Leaves Longtime Manager By NIKKI FINKE | Wednesday December 7, 2011 @ 10:32am EXCLUSIVE: Management 360′s Evelyn O’Neill tells me it’s a “very amicable parting” and she hopes he comes back since she and Jake Gyllenhaal go back such a long time — 8 years. “Sometimes people like change in their life. I think he’s amazing, I’m very proud of the work he did together, he was nominated for an Oscar, I want him back, and the door is always open. It is what it is.” I understand Gyllenhaal is not leaving for another manager and he’s not leaving his talent agency CAA. I have a feeling this may be the start of a trend as the movie biz is so muddled with the box office slump that stars who can’t put people in theater seats will see projects falling apart one after another. Rough sledding for the rep business.

It's been full days for Austin as he finishes up his third day in Israel with the big guns from his Jeep tour near the Golan Heights today.

I found a tank on the Syrian Border. Hit this- - Aus10

The group traveled to the northern part of Israel on Tuesday, starting with briefing by Editor in Chief of Israel’s daily newspaper “Ha’aretz”.

Then it was Austin making new friends in music class at the Rogozin Bialik School in South Tel Aviv.

Tuesday afternoon they traveled to Sderot, we they got briefed on the geo-political situation, visited with residents and went to an overview of the Gaza strip. Then they met and talk with a group of film students at local college.

It was then northward and spent the evening at Bayit BaGalil Spa Hotel in the mountains near Safad.

Today it was a visit to the famous Ari Synagogue in Safad and a chance for the guys (no ladies allowed) to spiritually purifying in the Ari Mikveh at Safat. Located in the side of a mountain...it is a climb up or a descent from the top to get to the spring and " plunge back 800 years into the mystical, ritual-immersion pool fed by pure cold waters from the spring directly underneath." Important places in the mystic tradition of Judaism. And how cold was the water ? Check out what fellow traveler Justin's tweeted.

And while it doesn't seem like fans find Austin in the US, they can easily spot him when he's traveling.

And if that isn't enough Nichols to fill up the bank today. How about this new picture from a shoot Austin did earlier with photographer Davis Factor?

Austin of the past? The coat, the suspenders.Nice grey...scarf there mister.

The pic we've seen earlier from that shoot.

Clothing Option(and)all

The jokes always been that Austin seems to take some of the clothes with him after he's done a project to fill out his wardrobe.Looking at what's left of Julian wardrobe that's going to be up for sale when the massive OTH lock stock and barrel auction happens in the beginning of December, seems like old times.
No doubt this went home with him. And come on you know he had to take this one, even if just to torment.
Wanna bet this went home to entertain, maybe some not so talls? But you think some of these others found their way home to entertain someone not so small?

And for Two Wheel Tuesday a bike that would be a challenge even for Austin to "bring" home.

Couple of Coats

"You try on a coat, you wear for it a while and you give it back. That's what acting is."

There is just something about the dark aviators and all black that is so very cool and steely. A different look indeed by not a bad one. But maybe a bad ass one . It creates a totally different energy.

Think about that strutting out in slow mo out of cool ride with a great soundtrack underneath it.

Put this one on the list of projects, good cop gone bad, flirting on the edge, go rogue or just all out bad ass. Kinda want to see the dark side to really come out and play. Risky. But worth it.

But a quick change and it's all business. And this suit is all about the business.

Another custom made suit with impeccable tailoring. And it all about the details. And hand picked details. Check out the peek of lining in the sleeve, definitely not standard, wonder who favors blue & white stripes? Or the hand knit silk tie. Definitely personal choices for very personal reasons.

Another day in Russia you think he'd go for Gogol's overcoat ?
