Bet he's going to send healthy snack next.
He went shopping yesterday all healthy stuff
Healthy cookies made with agave juice WFT!!

He doesn't know I grabbed some tacos when
I said I'd go get more juice,
thank God had some toothpaste in the truck.

Going to the Arclight when Jake's at the gym and
gonna get the caramel corn, he'll never know.

party from two years ago.

Grabbed In -n Out on the way home. Busted by Jake. Burger breath.


What no mention of striped socks anywhere?

Good Humor Man

You might think of the Good Humor man like this, I mean they are snappy dressers. But think again.


The one neat thing about Source Code is that this first movie that Jake's done that we have the director so involved in talking about what they are doing.


Telling us where they are in the process.

"Into our third week of shooting... Can you believe it?! Crazy... I'm getting to the "wish I was editing" phase of the shoot."

And what the plans are too.

"Believe we are in principle till the end of April/start of May. Then I'm in LA for the edit! Very excited!"

Another thing he does is answer questions and comments.

Like this morning Duncan got this tweet.

"@ManMadeMoon what's it like to work with Jake?"

And what did the tweeting director say?

"@andreascliment Jake is fantastic. Really get on well with him. Very good sense of humour and a snappy dresser"

Well we all know Jake's great sense of humor. And we've got more pictures of the snappy dresser.



About that. Think most of us are under the impression that these new pictures of the photo shoot were connected to the recent GQ shoot. But thinking about it more, it is the less likely. They really wouldn't release pictures they weren't using before they release the photos they were. And look at the background in the outdoor shots, it doesn't feel very New York.

And have we seen Jake with a bruise on his arm? At least it looks like a some kind of mark.


But the one thing that really made me think it was a from an earlier photo shoot Jake did early this year, was this:

And see the black sweater here?

Now we have seen pants from previous photo shoots go courtside. Why can't a sweater from one go South?

Why so Serious?

It's kind of funny we know that Austin loves to laugh and seems to crack Jake up but we've haven't seen him in comedy. Yeah, we've seen glimpes of it in some of his movies, but he hasn't yet to get cast in a comedy.

What kind of comedy do you think would work?

More of a black comedy like Harold and Maude, Fargo or Dr. Strangelove ?

Or parody like Airplane ,Young Frankenstein, or Sean of the Dead?

A classic screwball comedy? Brining up Baby, His Girl Friday, or What's up Doc?

Or just something completely goofy? What is that movie... you know the one with the guy...in a bubble?

Then again would it be a tried and true romantic comedy that Hollywood seems to be in love with?




So who's Austin more like - is he more Coen Brothers humor or more Apatow?

More a The Big Lebowski or Pineapple Express kind of guy?

Come on Nichols we know you know how to tickle a funny bone, but let's see it on the big screen.

She's Just Not That Into You

You think it's all about you Jake, Jen's affection. But there's something you've got to know. She's just not that into you. Sorry it must be said. She's using you to get to Austin. But how? And why?

It seems America's (other)Sweetheart has a crush on Tom Brady. Jen is a big investor in SmartWater, and is the brains behind luring No. 12 to be the company’s male pitchman.

But we know it's all a front. She is using Tom just to get to that doppleganger of a dude. Austin! While she's hugging you she's looking at him. Keep you hands on your man, because Friends like this will give you a peck and grab his bushel.

Inside Track - Jen's Smart Move

Nyuk, Nyuk, Nyuk

Goofy, silly, giggly, grinning, a laugh is never far away.

Jake loves to laugh, and make everyone around him laugh as well. Always up for a joke, even if he is the butt of it, he finds humor in everything.

Growing up, you imagine him going for the laugh - getting out of trouble with it, getting attention, or when he didn't know what else to do - make 'em laugh.

As they say "he got bones" (natural born comedian). You're either funny or you're not. Everyone thinks they are funny, but not everyone is. Kind of like, being attractive, everyone thinks they're good looking but not everyone is. Somehow Jake's got both of those in spades.
