New York on Monday, LA on Tuesday Jake was spotted at LAX on November 4th.

Looks like his "home" might be in New York, but not his polling place is not.

What ever happened to Nailed?

It looks like the movie went into witness protection.   It got a new name and new location and all connection to David O. Russell is wiped away or is that Russell wiped away any relation to it.

"Screen Daily reports that Arrow Films has snapped up the UK rights to the film that’s now called “Politics Of Love” with plans for a 2015 release."

No word if or when it can return to the US.

Re-LAX 2

" Okay... making this easy.  ID. Out.  Shoes. Untied.  Jacket. Off. "

 Heading straight to security you can assume, Jake checked in and checked those bags at the curb.

 "Why do you have to go through this maze if there is no one in line?"

"Don't want to crush the kale chips."

" Shoes in the tray.  Phone and wallet in the dish.  My backpack's got nothing the latest Star magazine, a book about Mongolian throat singing and of course my Rescue Relief drops."

 "Hey lady, I'm moving as fast as the line is.  Seriously....." 

 "This isn't the one that sees through my clothes is it?  Don't sell it to TMZ"

 "I hope that banana looks like a banana in the x-ray"

" Oops! Ok, I took my belt off, but I've kept these thick chains on, that won't throw off the machine will it? "

Heading to the plane with a new backpack that looks inspired by the flag of a South American nation.

You'd think with Jake traveling so much he'd signed up for the prescreening programing.

For the first time in while Jake seen twice in one week at LAX, for what can be assumed as a coming and going.

So we can agree Jake owns 2 sweaters, 2 pairs of pants and the beanie on his head.

Now that backpack - it looks like it didn't make cut - maybe it's just an East Coast thing.

And  Holiday Surprise Surprise - file in the not a lot of hype file -  Jake and Denis were on Charlie Rose this week speaking about Prisoners.

No Question about it

Forget Batman, they should cast Jake as the Riddler with all the question marks that are stuck to him.

Let's talk about Jake "leaving" LA on Sunday.

Now why the heck is he going on Sunday with all the cities on the East Coast affected by the winter storm that day?   He did he really have to get to NYC no later than Sunday.

 Funny we don't see Jake in NYC today.  And funnier still is how Michael Strahan who has a daily television show and couldn't make it back to NYC to do the show today, but Jake who's in a holding pattern until Jan, seems to have made it no problem.

  Or did he?  And why are all the pictures outside the terminal when in he past they've "caught" him inside?

And on Ellen first there was the whole hand thing:



Which makes you wonder when and how he really cut his hand.

Now this one is a bridge too far so to speak.  Calling all New Yorkers to help out here.  How can you spend so much time on the Manhattan Bridge heading up to Upstate New York and end up on the Williamsburg Bridge that is between Manhattan and Brooklyn.  Because well I might know everything about NYC, but do know Brooklyn is not Upstate.

And where the heck to you pull over on the Williamsburg Bridge? Riddle me that Jakey.

And to round it out here's about his birthday.


And don't worry Austin - you're day's coming tomorrow.

But no matter all the questions that they create  it all comes back to this one thing.

Double Take

Appearing on screen as three main characters in two films, Jake did a double take of the red carpet at TIFF in three days.

Last night he worked the red carpet again this time for his second film with Quebecois director Denis Villeneuve for Enemy, where he stars as both Adam, a college professor and his doppelganger part time actor Anthony who meet and wind up becoming obsessed with one another,or could it be an "elaborate, schizophrenic case of self-obsession"?

Jake was looking sharp in a three piece Burbery corduroy suit and was sharpie as well, bringing his own silver sharpie to this party as well.

It was more great reviews for Jake's work this time for Enemy,  which is based on the book The Double by José Saramago. He seems to have found a great working relationship with Denis.

After another successful screening, red carpet and reviews and after party,

Jake was back on the move,  flying solo back to LA to do more press for Prisoners.  And that meant back to those comfy cozy clothes Jake loves and his handy dandy backpack. 

BTW where did that big North Face bag he was seen arriving in Toronto go? You just don't forget a bag that big when you check out.  Hmmmm.

 So who's left holding this bag?

There is no rest for Jake who will be working this week promoting before flying back to New York next week to do more East Coast gabbing.
