It looks like the movie went into witness protection.   It got a new name and new location and all connection to David O. Russell is wiped away or is that Russell wiped away any relation to it.

"Screen Daily reports that Arrow Films has snapped up the UK rights to the film that’s now called “Politics Of Love” with plans for a 2015 release."

No word if or when it can return to the US.

The somewhere -  Cal Lutheran is in Thousand Oaks, CA - an outlying  suburb of LA.   - So where was Austin if he had to board a flight to there, obviously not LA?

The pretend to be someone else - He was there to talk about acting. So what would he have pretend and make believe?

Tennis Twinning

There's a tweet that has popped up more than few times  (Thanks PG!) about the resemblance of a tennis player who's playing at Wimbledon and Austin.

Life Imitating Art.

Up and coming tennis player Grigor Dimitrov is from Bulgaria. His career high singles ATP ranking is World No. 12, which he achieved in May 2014 and his highest ranking in doubles is No. 66 in the world.

Dimitrov was defeated today by veteran and #2 ranked player Novak Djokovic  6-4, 3-6, 7-6 (2), 7-6 (7) who advise to the Men's Finals.

So for this Wimbledon Austin Friday there's no way we'd miss a chance to check Austin out in Wimbledon.  Then again we've never needed an excuse before.

That's sure to make the rockets red glare and bomb busting somewhere.... or for   someone who knows all about Sparkle(r) Motion.

But if Tommy is back in dramas front of the cameras it also means Tommy's back in drama off camera.

And it's doubtful it's a one and done for Austin with the Donovan boys this season. Keep your eyes out for more Tommy Trouble.

It's been a while...

It's that time of year again ... Austin City Limits

ACL is spread out over two weekends -  last weekend and this weekend with a line up that covers everything from Vampire Weekend, Depeche Mode, Questlove and Arctic Monkeys to Lionel Richie, Blind Boys of Alabama and Queens of the Stone Age.  And it wouldn't be ACL with Asleep at the Wheel.

So when this twitpic of the handsome Tall Texan at a show popped up today - it looked like he going home to raise ACL.

He was definitely rocking it out and looking fine.  And he makes totally makes curl up and die take on a whole new meaning.

That picture is of Austin... in Austin ... but it's not Austin City Limits.

While the multiple stages at Zinkler Park the site of ACL run on the two weekends, it doesn't stop Austin (the city) from having some late night fun. There are some late night shows during the week between the two weekends.

Prisoners took the US box office this past weekend, making 21.4 million.
September is a good month for Jake.  EoW opened at #1 last September domestically.
