Happy Earth Day!
OMG's known from the beginning that Jake's not the only Green hottie in the house. Now others are catching are recognizing Austin for his environmental consciousness too.
Austin is up against such green guys as Matt Damon, Leonardo DiCaprio, Adrian Grenier and Ian Somerhalder for Green Hottie you want to hug a tree with over at MTV.com.
Austin's the tallest of the bunch, even if he doesn't win it, the Jolly Giant award is his.
And Jake's no Sprout.He's getting a nifty prez, an environmentally conscious gift bag from Distinctive Assets, today. He is one of a few stars who will be getting "an array of organic and socially responsible products and services to let him know their Earth friendly efforts are appreciated."
No doubt Jake he will share some of it with Austin.

I went and saw SC again this morning--took my mother-in-law to an 11:30 showing. I know it's spring break and Good Friday, but still I was pleasantly surprised at how many people were there, I'd say close to a 100. Usually when I go to the before noon showings on the weekend it's me and maybe 10 other people in the theater, except for mega hits like Avatar.
Don't like the shaved head, but Jake looks pretty decent with one. Good to see him working.

I constantly see good reactions on Twitter to Source Code so maybe that's helping more people to go see it. That would be a great benefit and way of getting the word out.
It really held up for a second viewing; I was even okay with the ending this time around.
Source Code has continued to maintain a consistent daily take week after week. It has never gone below half a million a day. In fact it made more yesterday ($792,807 domestic) than the Thursday before ($601,432). That's what a really good solid movie and great word of mouth can do.
As of yesterday Source Code has made $39,601,2444 domestically and $18,600,000 worldwide for a total of $58,201,244.
That world wide number should go up this week, with SC releasing in a few more countries this week.
Source Code has passed LaOD, Brothers, Rendition,Zodiac and October Sky, in Lifetime Gross so far, and is Jake's 5th best box office performing movie behind TDAT, PoP, BBM, and Jarhead.
Must admit what caught my eye when I saw the new pics of EoW was how hot Jake looked in the uniform, more than his hair.

Great selection of photos today. I'm still not liking the hair on Jake, even after viewing more photos from the shoot. Maybe it will look better with the proper lighting. We are seeing the pap shots, not the final intended photos. Still, I think Jake does not have the best luck when it comes to his hairstyles in movies. His own natural hair is so beautiful, they have to mess with it every time.
