The classic Triumph. "Parallel-twin, spoked-wheels and lashings of quality chrome. Twin pea-shooter exhausts, two-tone paint and that Triumph embossed seat say ‘classic British motorcycle’" but while the T100 may look like it comes straight out of ‘the day’, the technology and ride experience most definitely do not.
It has a 865 cubic-centimeter engine, modern day suspension and brakes. Motorcycles today have a fuel injection system,gives a cleaner, low emissions way to ride, you just have to push a button rather than old way of pulling the choke to start the bike. No carburetor. Triumph has done a little bit of a fake out, you think you are pulling out the choke to start the bike. NOT SO! Total styling fake out, they use throttle bodies to house the fuel injection system and when you "pull the choke", it does the same thing as pushing the button on more modern looking bikes. Jake's staying green in style.
Totally classical British. Wonder if he got it this spring as a thank for from his British director or British cast from PoP, if Duncan sparked his interested in bikes?
But Jake has made a modification to the bike. And and interesting one. Look at these 2010 Bonneville T100's and now look at Jake's
Notice anything? There is little chrome, no flash, no two-tone paint job, it is all black and very very subtle as to not draw attention. The black jacket and that Darth Vader of a helmet can get you in and out just like one of those spies from the 60's who would have ridden, Triumph like Jake's.
And that long seat has plenty of room for two too.
Hmmm maybe that's reason for this fashion choice. ' Cause you know he had the helmet.

Austin is so hot right now they are camping out with camera and phones at the ready for him in Wilmy. And he is charming them all, with that devilish grin and big hugs, and even does some phone time for fans who couldn't make it with their friends.
Haven't heard one bad fan encounter about him. But have the buzz of fangirls of he's "a major player" "a ladies man" is getting louder. Buck you see, I guess. As the Wilmy Turns. : )
Just announced is that there will be another female cast member to use that Southern charm on. Creator Mark Schwahn tells TVGuideMagazine.com that India de Beaufort will join the cast as Miranda Stone, "a smart, successful record executive who has been sent to Tree Hill to oversee the day to day operations of boutique label Red Bedroom Records."
With that many female characters and fashion, is Tree Hill doing a Sex in the City for Season 7? Don't think former JFC co-star Willie Garson, would even to him an tips with so many ladies, think Austin's got it all covered.
Speaking of the city....Austin, is burning up, with over 45 days of 100F degree temperatures and no rain, it is hot times in that Texas town.
The lakes are drying up and islands are popping up everyday.

For a cinephile Austin, he knew exactly what they were wanting to create in this scene for an upcoming episode of OTH.
The famous beach scene from Here to Eternity with Burt Lancaster and Deborah Kerr.
Based on the book, Here to Eternity is the story of soldiers, (played by Burt Lancaster, Montgomery Clift, Frank Sinatra, and Ernest Borgnine) stationed on Hawaii in the months leading up to the attack on Pearl Harbor. Deborah Kerr and Donna Reed portrayed the women in their lives. Because of the censors it is less obvious that Kerr and Lancaster's characters have actually been having sex than it is in the novel and the later, in 1979 miniseries based on the book.
The on-screen chemistry between Lancaster and Kerr may have spilled off-screen; Lancaster alleged that the stars became romantically involved during filming.
One question. So if Austin is Burt would that make Jake Ernie?
