And through all the craziness that the Tree and the like has produced over the past 4 seasons, it did give us:And Austin a chance to make a few subtle shout outs of his own And some hair hijinks. Julian. We know that Victoria hired Alexander, but did she know something about Julian Brooke didn't. Was there foreshadowing in Victoria's and Brooke heart to heart about Julian or just thinking of her daughter? Then again will Alexander seduce Brooke or Julian or both?
Jake's Sesame Street episode number of the day is the number 12, but will Austin' One Tree Hill's number be 3 as in threesome?
Austin is no stranger to threesomes, and the devil's threesome at that, on screen, Six Feet Under and The Informers. But will One Tree Hill be third times a charm?

What the heck is happening on OTH. Skills is leaving and maybe taking Mouth with him, Nathan Haley and Jackson are packing up and heading out, Clay doesn't have any reason to stay and then there's Julian. Who's going to be left beside Brooke and Victoria?
Brooke literally ordered Julian to leave Tree Hill for a while and take up another movie project. The order came after more issues rose from his friends meet work, with Alex. “He moved there for Brooke....and he finds someone who's in his world and in that part of the country and it's nice to collaborate with them because it's a highly collaborative business...and who knows when the next opportunity will lie and he's like, I'm here with my girlfriend and I can't go back to Hollywood and I wanna work so this is kind of my opportunity to work and be here”, Austin said about his character's reason for not ending his work with Alex, which only led him to problems with Brooke.
Julian had started out to helping Alex with her script, but ends up sharing with her a secret about him wanting to have kids after realizing Brooke can't. Brooke takes the guilty of it all how it tears her up that she made Julian give up what he was doing leave LA and come to Tree Hill and really doesn't have to do. "I feel like everybody likes to be liked and wanted. He's definitely let that sort of survive”, on why last week's episode ended the way it did for Brooke and Julian. “He's been very clear about where his loyalties lie...he hasn't done anything wrong but he hasn't told her to stop because at the same time he's working with her and he wants to continue to develop these projects so it's kind of a slippery situation”.
But is breaking up a bad thing for Julian? Could it be a way for Julian to get some cajoles to stand up to her and stop being this supportive, apologetic boyfriend that doesn't seem to do anything but wait on Brooke while Brooke makes everything about herself.
Is it going to be "Don't let let the door hit you on your way out. " for Julian?
It might create a better story one that would give Julian a chance to actually talk to other people and not just sit and wait for Brooke to come home so Julian to apologize for something else that she is upset about. Let Julian get the pants back. Ditch the coffee errand /yes boy, and bring back the devious with a little bit of edge Julian. That was the Julian that was interesting, sadly the Julian as of late is about as edgy as safety scissors that look like real scissors but don't cut jack.

Located in NATO's Southern Region, is located in İncirlik, 5 NM (9.3 km; 5.8 mi) east of Adana, Turkey's fifth largest city, and 56 km (35 mi) from the Mediterranean Sea. The airbase is home to United States Air Force (USAF) 39th Air Base Wing. The name 'incirlik' in Turkish means 'place of fig trees' (or 'place of figs')
In response to the September 11, 2001 attacks, Operation Enduring Freedom began in October 2001. Incirlik served as a main hub for missions in support for the war in Afghanistan, including humanitarian airlift operations, MC-130 special operations missions, KC-135 refueling missions and sustainment operations for deployed forces.
On March 12, 2004, 39th Air Base Wing was activated to provide the best mix of required support and, as new mission requirements emerge, to shoulder the burden and better contribute in the global war on terrorism and support those troops seving in Iraq and Afghanistan. Many traveled through Incirlik on their deployment and return.
Austin USO tour continue to Wednesday November 25th. And with a long trip it looks like Austin still we be able to be home in the US to celebrate Thanksgiving.
It is interesting how things connect. As Austin is meeting men and women who are going into or coming home from combat as Jake's movie about what happens when they come home comes out.
After a screening and press conference on Saturday, Jake had to scoot back to Pittsburgh to finish his work on Love & Other Drugs, while Natalie, Tobey and Jim Sheridan were there for Sunday nights premiere at the School of Visual Arts.
More reviews are coming in and overall there are good comments about the performances of the movie. Here is an interview with Jake about Brothers and a little more about his character.
No new Crazy Tree tonight, a little Thanksgiving break, it returns next Monday, but there is One Tree Hill news.
One Tree Hill and Gossip Girl will go on hiatus next year to make room for a new CW drama series, it has been announced. Life UneXpected, which stars Britt Robertson, Kristoffer Polaha and ER's Shiri Appleby, will arrive Monday, January 18 in a 9pm timeslot after a lead-in from One Tree Hill. Tree Hill will then go on hiatus Monday, March 8, with UneXpected taking over its slot. The same night, Gossip Girl will return to its 9pm period.
From April 19, both One Tree Hill and Gossip Girl will resume their respective 8pm and 9pm slots and continue airing until their season finales in May.

While most avoid things on Friday the 13th, ladders, hockey masked camp staff with chainshaws, black cats, here at OMG we embrace the Gray Goose , the number 13 and a bat or two.
Austin again is doing his civic duty. This time at the signing of the new NC Film legislation, good both for the economy of North Carolina, and another positive step for small and independent films as well as larger budget productions being made outside of Hollywood.
Governor Perdue looks about as tall as Sophia in these pictures, and you can see how Austin how far he has to bend down to hug it out. And you know that he turned on all his natural Southern Charm, and who could resist that?
episodes are in the can more than half of OTH Season 7 is done. Can we expect more Austin in the back 9+ ? Will Julian get to make a movemovie without Brooke Davis' approval?
Austin has talk about a Notebook kind of romance for Brooke and Julian. Really? Seriously.. Really? Cause it is seems so not that and more like The Devil wears Prada and has a boyfriend instead. (And no I don't mean Annie either)
Enough to make you batty, or drink a batinni. The millions of bats in Austin may have gone further south for the winter, but that doesn't mean you can't drink till their return. The Four Seasons Hotel in Austin is one of the best places to watch the annual evening flight of the bats under the Congress Bridge. They have also won the best Batini in Austin several times.

* 2 ounces vodka * 1/2 ounce blue curacao * 10 fresh blackberries * Splash simple syrup * Splash grapefruit juice * Splash Champagne * Blackberry and bat-shaped mint, for garnish
Directions
Add vodka, blue curacao, blackberries, simple syrup and grapefruit juice to a martini shaker and shake vigorously until the drink turns a deep purple. Strain into a cocktail glass and top with a splash of champagne. Garnish with a blackberry and a bat-shaped mint.

All the hair jokes aside. Jake has got it. He did it. He is the hero. Prince of Persia looks incredible. Incredible! It is worth the wait. Knew it would be big and epic, but this has exceeded any expectation. Blew me away. It looks like Bruckheimer has finally done what no one else has done before, translated a video game to the big screen. It is damn good! The look, the action, everything. Jake, Gemma, Ben work. Gemma is great playing against Jake, the wit and banter are great, and can tell that she holds her own against all those men. And the accent.... it works . This has all the makings of a true summer blockbuster, and it making Jake the hero/action star that he's always wanted to be.

Julian admits he's not a guy's guy and he doesn't have homies. - Seriously do they just like to bait audience with these scripts? But Julian ordered by Brooke Davis (TM) heads off to a weekend in the woods with guys, as (Up)Chuck is the Greek Chorus for the group, starting it all off with "Who the hell is Julian?"
Julian struggles to fit in and finds out something surprising. Brooke slept with Nathan and they made a sex tape. (Color us shocked)
Meanwhile Brooke Haley and Quinn get a little girl time. Friends, psychics and pot brownies. So Gossip Girl got Tyra Banks and One Tree Hill gets Dionne Warwick as their guest star. Feats of Clay continues with his angel Sarah who helps lead him to Quinn. It makes you wonder if they will pull out Jeff Healey Band's Angel Eyes, if they are going that retro with an episode named after Cutting Crew's one hit wonder - (I Just) Died In Your Arms Tonight.
Got this sent to me about Austin on OTH, from Stubborn TB, and thought it was interesting. I am so not a numbers person, so this is one thing I would not have calculated.
"Austin had a little over 3 minutes screentime in the latest episode. That's 7% of the whole episode. (Now the percentage of that 7% spent in some state undress is what ...60-75%?) "

" OTH is an ensemble show with 6 main charaters and 4 major storylines with 4 B-storylines so that is a lot to balance and fit in everyweek. So maybe that's why we don't see Austin as much as we like.
This isn't Austin's first esemble show. But with Milch, it was dialog heavy and lots of last minute rewrites. He worked in FNL, Surface, and Pasadena. All ensembles Working in an esemble cast does have it's advantages. You have time to work on other things when you are waiting for others to film, or on the days you have off. And your days on the set you can learn as much as you can about production.
We know that Austin has behind the scene interests. He reads, he writes everyday, and we've seen him talking with the directors and in video village on several projects he's done. He takes advantage of the on the job training. You think we will see him get a chance to director a episode if OTH is renewed for another season?

It's not her home office because that's the kitchen for a fashion mogul like Brooke Davis. Too afraid he will make it into a mancave spend time reading, building houses of cards, and going over scripts? Playing backgammon?

DENIED POVICH DENIED. Quinn tries to figure what went wrong with the Hubs - David, while Feats of Clay and mystery girl Sara discuss their past. What past and where did this past happen? Wait did this happen in the magical 14 months of mystery that Mark Schwahn's hopped skipped and jumped over again or the other two times they did the Time Warp?
Meanwhile, Brooke comes clean with Julian about her true desires. "I love being the boss and not just in the office", "You're my future trophy wifehubby" ""You must call me, my trademark name Brooke Davis, not just Brooke. Oh that's $5.18 each time you say it, you know licensing/trademark fees. You can just do a monthly check to Brooke Davis Inc, easier for my accountants."
