I really wonder if they are going to let Jake drive the cruiser. Somehow him driving around in a Crown Vic would move him from looking like a Pop to a PopPop (grandpa).

There has been lots of tweets in the last couple of days about Taylor writing a tell all about the guys she has dated. The story was written up by In Touch. Gossip Cop called this completely false rumor.
I bet this has come out of that story and Taylor is taking advantage for the renewed interest in her love life. And of course Jake is the last and biggest star on her rising ladder.
You're right, Special, that tell-all book rumor has been getting re-tweeted like crazy for the past couple of days.
But what I find curious about this story is that the cousin says this trip of Jaylor's happened earlier this year. Jaylor was toast by the end of last year.

Well, I can't say that Jake's eco-friendly advice was earth shattering, but sometimes reminding people about fundamentals everyone can carry out in their daily lives is a good thing. And I agree, PG. Jake can express himself with a soft spoken sincerity that is definitely easy on the ears.

We have Maggie, then Jake's people hooking them up, then Jake's Mom, and then I thought PR had finally settled in December on the story that Gwyneth Paltrow had introduced them. Now, we have some wannabe actress/Swift cousin, asserting seven months later that e-mail was the real "love" connection. This saga has got to qualified for the Guinness Book of World Records under the category of "The Most Implausible Bearding Anecdotes."

Obviously, old "hometowner" Lynn Humphrey didn't get the memo that Jake and Tay Tay officially broke up on January 4, 2011 and had not been seen together since that fake 911 helicopter mess on December 9th. Taylor Swift and Jake Gyllenhaal rang in 2011 solo and according to several reports, the couple have split. "They're over," a source tells PEOPLE. "It ended last month."
Looks like Swift uses her relatives like Soapy uses her friends (i.e. Brittany Snow) to support their fake relationships. To be fair, Jake has done his fair share of using relatives and friends too, but at least he appears to have moved on and is trying to live a more honest life.
