Jake stopped by The Late Show to chat with Dave on Thanksgiving Eve. He promoted Nightcrawler (with a interesting question from Dave about unions) as well as Constellations which opens in previews next month.
They didn't talk turkey, but the conversation went to salmon.
Earlier in day Jake was took a picture at The Rose Center for Earth and Space.
Brushing up on physics to understand his Constellation co-star's part, perhaps?
And as Thanksgiving finished up we saw Jake out for a walk in NY.
Hey Austin. Thurday Texas Tweet does not have the same ring as Tuesday Texas Tweet buddy, but Thanksgiving Texas Tweet is not too bad. Although in your house it might be Thanksgivukkah Texas Tweet.
Today Hanukkah falls on the same day as Thanksgiving. This has not occurred since 1861, and will not happen again for another 79811!
Happy Thanksgivukkah!!
Here's hoping that all celebrated today have a wonderful time with friends and family and reflected on all the wonderful things they are grateful for.
Just call him a bunhead. Wait - can't do that unless you can belt it out like Sutton Foster Jakey. ; )
But Jakey if you get any thinner, while those Hollywood Mean Girls will love your cheek, collar and wrist bones they'll gang up and cut you on your next juice run. You are getting too close to the lollipop their signature look.
Thankfully Nightcrawler is a short shoot, so Jake can get back to his
regular fighting weight. He's a good middleweight and not meant to be a
lightweight.
By November he can put down the juice and pick up nice big meal like
turkey and all the trimmings.
Speaking of Turkey and Trimmings - OMG wants to say Happy Thanksgiving to our friends in the North.
We hope you had a wonderful day gathering with family and friends and reflecting on what is to be thankful.
Today also gives me a chance to say THANK YOU! for all of you who come to OMG and for all the friendships that have been made through this little blog about two people who found the Big Love of a lifetime.
So many of you have been there to help through stopping by, lending an ear, giving advice, sharing information, and just giving on going support.

Rethink Breast Cancer: Your Man Reminder
A new approach to encourage women to do monthly self-exams.
(and guys, men need to check too) Men have a 1 in 1000 chance of getting breast cancer. This year in the US: About 2,140 new cases of invasive breast cancer will be diagnosed among men and about 450 men will die from breast cancer.
And don't think Austin is the only one getting the message out.
Jake has been doing his part with his subtle take on breast self-exams over the years in his photoshoots. And to Seaweed and all those OMG friends in Canada.
Every year we stop and think of all the things we are thankful for, and again this year we have some great things. Getting to see Austin on a weekly basis and Jake having two movies that came out this year.
Both giving back to help others.
Getting to see them together sometimes when they knew it and when they didn't and some worth the wait.
And you then of course ... well....
And today ...we'll it's Thanksgiving and that means lots of Football and Turkey. And for Jake, football and Turkey ; )
To everyone at OMG, thank you for coming and sharing this past year. OMG was created as a place to come together and have fun and enjoy, here's hoping to find the fun and joy each day.
To everyone have a blessed year ahead. Happy Thanksgiving!
