Easter is to tree as Jake is to Bunny?

It's all about the candy, huh.

Tisket a' tasket...a Texas Easter Basket

Don't think he likes candy? Or wouldn't steal candy of one? Heck bet he still want his own Easter basket.So what would you put in a basket for this Texan? Yeah you could do Cactus Candy and Armadillo Dropping but that's not Easter so maybe we should go a little more traditional.

Eggs - come on that that's a given, its an Easter basket, its spring, and well its a bird thing
But what kinds? Cadbury, Reese's Peanut Butter? Chocolate? Marshmellow?

Peeps - What's an Easter basket without Peeps? Bird and Bunnies sounds familiar. Sticky and sweet... well ... ah...Now in Laker's Colors ; )

Smarties - Smarties for a Smartie. We've gotten to see more of Austin through SoGo and know that these English favorites are just right to put in his basket.

Cadbury Roses - these are chocolate and English but a great representation of The Yellow Rose of Texas

Baci's - You have to include this Italian classic. Austin has talked about his appreciation for Italy. And who can not include "kisses"

But you need fruits and vegetables, you can't live on chocolate and marshmallow, so how about some peaches, fruit salad, raspberries, and you need carrots. Now you know carrots attract rabbits. And candy ones attract...
....Chocolate Rabbit. A classic in any Easter basket and you have to put one since Austin seems to be inspired by rabbits from reading his writing
You know Jake got a chocolate bunny last year, well he was walking around with it, so was it for him or for someone at home? I'd say Jake's a go for the ears kind of guy.


But there is one more thing for this Easter Basket to make it just for Austin. Let's just say its "When Lincoln meets PoP"



Now about hot cross buns..... ohhh now I'm going to get in trouble.
