Now you can LOL

Is Austin a part of this party of six?  If he is it is doubtful we will get a peek at him but you can see Austin somewhere ....LOL

Yup LOL is now out on DVD, so set it on your Netflix queue and we won't tell anyone one that you are watching a Miley movie.  You could even double it up with the Olsens in Holiday in the Sun if you want.  Your secret is safe.

Or you could just wait to see if someone post Austy's part on YouTube.

But it does give you one more chance to check out those assets from his dividends.

And what would an Olympic Two Wheel Tuesday be without a cycling event:

OMG Olympics

Taking the best from Rhythmic Gymnastics and Open Road Cycling
- Rhythmic Cycling is not just about how fast you get there but also the style in which you do it.
Points are award for outfit,

Timed to a New York Minute

More pictures from  EoW, with six weeks to go more will be coming now doubt.

And this sentence basically is the movie in a nutshell: "buddy cops just trying to do their job until a major bust gets them in deep with the wrong cartel."

While EoW is getting closer, Jake is settling in for his fall in NY, with rehearsals starting their second week.  But Jake fit in

Another visit to Mom's set.
 A Ride on the subway.

And  dinner last night at Prune.  And he was sporting some good hair.

Interesting thing about this tweet, the person described sounds like one of his people who was on the set with him during one of the first visit to Mom's set.   Why would she be one of his people and not someone he's seeing.  Well she and another guy noticed the cameras pointed on Jake and they moved together to block the pap's shot, and then alert the security guy nearby who moved in as well. Classic staff behavior - protect the celeb.

What even more interesting is that tweets of Jake out to eat and mentions with "dates" seem to come more often from those in the fashion industry.   Why is that?  What is the connection? It's more than coincidental.

Speaking of tweets...

It's a part of this year's  OMG Olympics

Synchronized Tweeting:

A relatively new sport, this is exploding as a sport, but it is a controversial sport.  The object is to synchronize tweets with a non-tweeter, there are two contest,  the Not in the same place  at the same time  and more difficult, hints without saying the obvious.  There is a degree of difficulty for getting others to tweet in sync to create a diversion, how far you push your tweets,  and of course the greatest degree of difficulty awarded is if you escape getting tweeted where you really are.

While the GyllenNichol team had been training for this for the past two years, this past February the European trials fell apart with Austin getting tweeted in London even before the trial started.

Olympic Out Spotlight

Today's Out Spotlight is an Australian professional beach volleyball player and an Olympic medalist, she is competing in her 5th Olympics.

Natalie Cook was born January 19, 1975 in Townsville, Queensland. She attended Corinda State High (located in the western suburbs of Brisbane). She enrolled in pre-medicine college courses at University of Queensland, and also took up volleyball, captaining the Australian Indoor Junior Team in 1992. In 1993 she began playing beach volleyball. In 1994 she went professional and gave up her pursuit of a medical degree.

Cook partnered with Kerri Pottharst to represent Australia at the Atlanta Olympics in 1996, winning a bronze medal, the first time that beach volleyball was an Olympic sport.  That same year, the pair won a silver medal at the world championships, and came first in the World Tour Event in Japan.

Cook and Pottharst did not play together again until 2000 were finished third in the World Tour Events, held in France and Portugal, and then went on to participate in the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney. They dominated the competition, winning the gold medal. In the aftermath of their Olympic win, the pair were awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia.  They were also included in the Fédération Internationale de Volleyball's Team of the Decade.

After the 2000 Olympics, Pottharst retired, and Cook found a new partner in Nicole Sanderson. They went on to win a bronze medal at the 2003 Beach Volleyball World Championships in Rio de Janeiro, and by the end of the 2003 world tour, were ranked fourth in the world. They were subsequently selected to represent Australia at the 2004 Athens Olympics. After a promising start, they finished out of medal contention, losing to teams from Brazil and the United States. For the 2008 Summer Olympics, Cook partnered with Tamsin Barnett, finishing fifth overall.

Cook is participating in her 5th Olympics in the 2012 London games. Returning gold medalist Misty May-Treanor and Kerri Walsh of the U.S. defied a fierce onslaught from Cook and (Barnett) Hinchley in the first round of beach volleyball yesterday.

Cook currently resides in Tasmania and is married to fellow beach volleyballer Canadian Sarah Maxwell. In addition to her sporting career, Cook tours on the public speaking circuit and has launched her own beach volleyball-related business, Sandstorm.

An Out first via The Olympics.

Academy Award winning director Danny Boyle (“Slumdog Millionaire”) caused a bit of a stir as artistic director for the opening ceremony of the London 2012 Olympics. It was a lesbian kiss that stirred the most controversy, since the Olympics telecast is seen around the world, including in the 76 countries where it is still illegal to be gay.

The brief scene – marking the first-ever lesbian kiss on British television in 1994 on a prime-time soap called “Brookside” that ran on Britain’s Channel 4 from 1982 to 2003.  It came during the section of the opening ceremony that was called “Frankie and June Say … Thanks, Tim,” during which Boyle saluted the digital age in the U.K.

Controversy aside, the moment makes history as the first lesbian kiss seen around the world, including dozens of countries where being gay can be a death sentence

"Citius, Altius, Fortius"- "Faster, Higher, Stronger"?

They've jumped through enough hoops.....

.....so will there be some Olympic effort  from our favorite team this year?

And while the Olympics are quadrennial maybe they needed the extra year to get ready.  Or maybe Jake really is obsessed with 5.

But for the Olympics OMG is bringing back the OMG Olympics.
And tonight it's Austin  who might have the edge.

It's the Movie Heptathalon.  7 movie challenges to master and gain points to see who survives.

  • First must survive The entire catalog of Nicholas Spark movies. Followed by
  • Movie theme Name that Tune. Then
  • Worst of the Worse Round Robin  Plan 9 from Outer Space, Howard the Duck, Burn Hollywood Burn, Gigli or Superbabies: Baby Geniuses 2  and onto
  • Quote That Lightening Round then  the
  • Movie Trailer Endurance Challenge and moving to
  • Advanced movie snacks... must consume one of everything at the concession stand, and drink 4 of the largest sodas (since they are only a quarter more) in a time trial then..
  • Watch the entire film catalog of Spencer Gordon Bennet, King of the Serial Directors, all 127 movies he directed... with no bathroom breaks.
Maybe that's what Berlin was all about .... yeah that's it... training.

Making a ripple... Making Waves?

We know that Austin is big fan of the ocean.

But it looks like Jake is a fan of Frank Ocean.

Jake was seen at Frank Ocean's NY show last night at Terminal 5.
Source
Ocean had a great set that started off with a cover of Sade's  "By Your Side" and included "Summer Remains" "Thinkin Bout You" "Novacane" "Sweet Life" "Forrest Gump" "Super Rich Kids" "Strawberry Swing" "Made in America" "American Wedding" "Voodoo" "White" "Crack Rock" "Swim Good"  "Lost" "Bad Religion"
and "Pyramids".  Ocean finished up with "I Miss You".

One tweet said that they saw Jake leaving the show crying.  Another said that he got in the car with K'naan to leave.

Then Jake was seen at Chipotle.

Ocean and burritos - looks like Jake was having a kind of Austin Friday on a Thursday.  Hmm maybe he was saving Friday for the real thing.

Hey Jake great to see you catching the wave....just go for it.  You too Austy!

It's all about the Details

Looks like Jake is going to be on the cover of September Details magazine.

It's been a while since we have seen him in Details.

A Brokeback while - like December 2005

Speaking of back the cover says Jake's back.  Back from where?  Back to where?

And why Details now?

Classmate/Castmates

Plays and school have a lot in common.

You almost always all are new and don't know each other in the beginning.

You figure out who you are going to hang with at lunch.

Someone is going to be the jokester.

You break into small groups for reading out loud.

 And of course picture day.

Here's Jake with his new castmates from If There Is I Haven’t Found It Yet

Jake with fellow castmates (l to r) Michelle Gomez, Annie Funke, and Brian F. O'Byrne.

A cast of just 4 it's going to be a lot of work for Jake to take on as a study load.

Those aren't the teachers, that's director Michael Longhurst and writer Nick Payne.

If There is....centers around a "bullied 15-year-old Anna, whose unexpected friendship with her estranged uncle Terry (Jake) sends her parents' rocky marriage into a tailspin."

Triple T's

The innovative concept of End of Watch is built for a Festival premiere and it looks like it is going to get exactly that.

Jake has always had a great time at Toronto International Film Festival, so combining the two has the potential for success.

EoW will be part of TIFF, a special presentation, and private screening.  That makes it seem like Toronto will be a premiere for the film.  Nothing confirmed what date, will be sometime between Sept 6-16th.  And with Jake still in previews he'll be able to take a night off and join his cast mates in Toronto.

And one more bit of news about End of Watch,  distributor Open Road has moved up EoW's opening weekend by week,  with EoW screening September 21st, instead of the 28th.

Can't forget Austin on such an auspicious day that's right today is National Tequila Day!

Drink up Austy!

Or just get your Pee Wee on.

And some
one
thing special for the A-man on a special Two Wheel Tuesday

You're not seeing double he just plays a double.
