Happy Birthday Austin

A toast most fitting to a fella so nice they named him twice (after liquors). There is no foul about this fowl named fella.

Intoxicating as your name implies

Russet hues

Smooth ways

and a bit of ornery kick

head spinning

daring inhibition

leading to provocation

sneaky

surprising

strong standing alone -it couples well

Cheers!

May the best of your wishes be the least of what you receive.

And a good baker to make you a great cake.

Happy Birthday Austin!

Wascally .....

So tomorrow. You'll wear the suit.

No. You should.

Just... put on ...the suit.

Why me?
It's my ears, isn't it? How could you?

Don't say it.....it's because I'm all ears.

I didn't say anything. Besides you'll look cute.

You should do the suit.

Why me?

Well because you are Too...

Stop right there. Those two things are not related.

You using the Santa Easter defense?

No no no, that' not all. You're a Goose! Know how to handle eggs. And you've woken up with one. Don't try and deny it. There 's video and pictures!
I have no idea how he got there!

Then, of course there's the whole Frank thing. And the Hop thing earlier this month. Jelly beans my ass!

If that was true you could have won the box office.

Suit up floppy.

Floppy? Me? I'll have you know....

Fine. I'll wear it.
I have a much cuter tail anyway.

Happy Easter!

Heads up. Hoods up.

Kangaroo Jake
What's he got in his pouch?
(Yes, it's an Iphone, but let's tap that
childlike imagination that lurks within this weekend)

Ho Ho Ho... Green Giant

Happy Earth Day!

OMG's known from the beginning that Jake's not the only Green hottie in the house. Now others are catching are recognizing Austin for his environmental consciousness too.

Austin is up against such green guys as Matt Damon, Leonardo DiCaprio, Adrian Grenier and Ian Somerhalder for Green Hottie you want to hug a tree with over at MTV.com.
Austin's the tallest of the bunch, even if he doesn't win it, the Jolly Giant award is his.

And Jake's no Sprout.

He's getting a nifty prez, an environmentally conscious gift bag from Distinctive Assets, today. He is one of a few stars who will be getting "an array of organic and socially responsible products and services to let him know their Earth friendly efforts are appreciated."

No doubt Jake he will share some of it with Austin.

Maybe these. They seem like Austy kind of kicks.

You know because they've share:

Laughs

Rides

Workouts
Scenes

Trips

Clothes

Treehouses?

And they both recycle things like:

Stories in interviews

Tweets

Hairdo's

Couple more of Jake from yesterday's photoshoot.

Recycling a tweet is easy, but building supplies can be tougher.

Want to find out where you can recycle all kinds of things, and some things you never thought could be recycled?

Check it out at Earth911.com

We've only got one place to live, let's take care of it.

"@aus10nichols , my little sister and I at the grand central station in NY !! nice ! Austin is so cool !! "

What makes the difference? The Choo Choo Trains?

Austin and trains.....hmmmm..... do you think he was whistling "Morning Train"? ; )

Austin's been getting a lot of praise for his directing, and it came from a lot hard work.

Austin admitted to Zap2It, in a interview with him and Mark Schawhn, that when he first got the script he was wary. "To be honest with you, I was a little disappointed. They call it a 'clip show' -- where you flash back to various moments in the series -- and I was kind of disappointed that I wouldn't get to direct an entire episode. The episode ended up being a lot more than a clip show, though."

Austin "didn't take any shortcuts. He watched the older material so that he could design transitions into and out of the flashbacks. He even went back to the old dailies from when the scenes were shot, years ago, to examine all the footage in the vault. 'We wanted to make the scenes feel new,' he says. 'It's really about the fans who have been with the show for 8 years and kind of presenting them with this reminder of how far the characters have come.'

'We had long conversations about character and intention,' Schwahn adds. 'He just walked out on the rope and put on a great show. He's got a nice knack for it and communicates really well. I was proud of him, I'm proud of that episode.'

And what's next for Julian? Looks like he's going to mad. " 'To see Julian get upset and get angry and get aggressive was a breath of fresh air,' Schwahn says. 'To hear him raise his voice is so rare. He's so supportive and so solid and so sweet to Brooke that it's nice to see him blow up a little bit.'"

and one more hint about the finale

"There's a scene in the finale that's just me," he tells us. "It was a really emotional moment for Julian, he's alone, and I wasn't sure if I'd be able to pull it off, but ultimately I think it was some of the best work I've done in my career. I'm hoping that it comes across as well on screen as it felt in the moment, but it's something I'm very proud of."

(Those playing Six Degrees of Jake, Seth was in Observe and Report Jake's next co-star Michael Pena)
