Jake is making the rounds with Source Code today it's Spain. And while he is Colter Stevens, he is not the only C.S. in the house.
When OTH is over, the next chance to see Austin on screen will be in the movie Beautiful Boy, as writer Cooper Stearns.

OTH is still in repeats for two more weeks. But when it returns its Austin's night to shine, as director this time. And a little spoiler - looks like both Julian and BrookeDavis(TM) will each have a little one to hold.

I'm sorry but there just isn't another guy in Hollywood who can touch that. Not Ryan Reynolds, Clooney, even Gosling (and Gosling is kind of being a late bloomer, to me).
Jake has that X factor. He breathes sex appeal from head to toe. There is just no other way to describe it.

According to Ted (whatever that is worth), it was a brunch in Tribeca.
If it was supposedly a brunch it sounds like he was with a member of his team, or an old friend from the city.
The source of the sighting was FB. A woman that lives in NY posted that she saw Jake at brunch with a blonde that resembled Swift, this was Sunday before he left for Europe. She said that she was eavesdropping and it sounded like a first date thingy. The post appeared on her FB late in the day after the sighting, late Sunday/early Monday I think from her iphone.
Ted's story was posted yesterday.
Ted obviously lifted his "story" from her post since it's not locked and anyone can read it, the dead giveaway is that he mentioned Swift and it's the same restauraunt, he embellished the rest like adding McAdams because he likes to ship Jake with her.
So no one contacted Ted about this, he found it online like everyone else.

You should ask yourself why Ted feels the need to do this, that sighting was only noticed by Jake fans, now it's being tweeted and popping up all over the place like he knew it would.

I don't know who he was with or in what capacity, but there a lot of hours between brunch and leaving for Spain, by way of Heathrow. According to Duncan's twitter they left late Sunday night.
With Maggie and Peter on vacation in Hawaii who was Jake going to go to brunch with. One of the crew or a friend from NY. We know that one of his assistants is a blonde as well from pictures.
