I agree on the Lance Armstrong observation, Jersey Tom. I went back to see exactly what was said and I bet that's why we suddenly got a Monday story that Jake just whimsically jumped on the train with no change of clothes on Friday (San Pedro). All that was missing from this fantasy was a splash of fairy dust.
I went back to see what the comment was and this was the remark:

Why would Lance Armstrong travel 375 miles when he could just wait and see the concert on Tuesday? The key thread is there was a special occasion on Sunday and we know what that was.

Point of the post? To have a laugh. You know what that is, right?
Lots of times we get things thrown in our face here when we are wrong.. But sometimes we get these little gems that keep me comimng back. A ring sneaking out of an open shirt. Leadsville. The Lance Armstrong story this weekend.
The key thread is there was a special occasion on Sunday and we know what that was.
So how did that work? Did Austin ride out to Marfa with Lance and Liz? Why were there no sightings of him? You'd think since it was the smallest crowd on the tour (approx. 2500 people) someone would have seen him hanging around. How did Austin get out of Marfa? Did he hop on the train? That would've been a tough trick to pull considering all the media on board. So how exactly did it all go down?
I'm glad to see the hair is growing back so fast. It looks a little better now that it's grown a tad. I had to laugh though because a commenter on another site (I dont remember which one now) noted that Jake's hair now looks like Jim Toth's.
Wonder why Austin is cutting his hair, you'd think he'd mention a new role. Not crazy about his current long hair, so looking forward to seeing what he does.
