Art with Austy

It's no happy little trees... although Austin doing his best Bob Ross would be epic.

But Austin had a little arts & crafts time this afternoon and showed off his handy work via twitter.

Check out this thing I designed! isurfbecause.com/g/ff02c14083c3... - AUS10

Which lends to inspiration and imitation. As they say it is the sincerest form of flattery. And two to inspire you.

Just two weeks after coming out last year, country singer Chely Wright met her partner, Lauren Blitzer. And on Saturday, they were married.

Wright, 40, wed Blitzer, 30, a GLBT Civil Rights activist, at Blitzer’s aunt’s home in Connecticut.

Why do I think Austin caught some Bob Ross and his happy little trees at some point during high school or colleges? ; )

'One Tree Hill' Casting News: An Assassin Heads to Town

Judging by the latest One Tree Hill casting news, fans have a wild ride ahead on the show's final season. Viewers will have to wait until January to see how it all comes together, but Digital Spy is sharing that there is an Eastern European assassin headed to Tree Hill.

Actor Andrew Elvis Miller will be playing the role, but no word yet on which character he is chasing down on the show. Miller has previously had roles on shows such as Criminal Minds and The Sopranos. One Tree Hill casting is in full swing, since the series has been renewed for a ninth and final season consisting of 13 shows. Cast regulars Sophia Bush, Austin Nichols, Bethany Joy Galeotti, Jana Kramer, and Robert Buckley are returning, while James Lafferty is back for about half of the episodes.

One Tree Hill casting efforts are also bringing Paul Johansson back as a regular, and Chelsea Kane will be guest starring in a few episodes. No word yet on if One Tree Hill will bring back Chad Michael Murray and Hilarie Burton to wrap up the series, though Murray has said he is open to the idea. The show returns to Monday nights on The CW in January.

My brother loved Bob Ross. In fact, I didn't even realize the guy had passed away quite awhile ago because you would keep seeing him on PBS all the time. And my brother had to point out to me that he actually had died.

My brother was up in town overnight. He's been having some of his art on display and in fact, has some on display in the midwest at a gallery. My sister went to go check it out this weekend. My brother dabbles in all kind of stuff: watercolor, pencil, clay, pottery, you name it, he tries it. He does great pottery and he also makes beautiful scarves.

This morning, I've cleaned up rotten little Jingles deposits and when I came back from going out for breakfast, found that once again I had left my dining room chair out instead of pushing it in. When I opened the door, I should have known something was up because he was not right at the door.

Sure enough, he went scurrying away into the hallway and he had gotten into a UPS package on the dining room table. It was torn open and little caps were all over the floor, along with torn plastic and cardboard.

Oh, that dog!!! Luckily everything looks fine but it was a mess and now the pouch is all torn & chewed at one end.

I like Austin's slogan on his picture. That's pretty cool.

It's been a weekend absorbed with the dogs. Friday night, we had big storms and Molly gets very, very upset now. She trembles and paces excessively so you have to give her a couple of Pet-Ease, some kind of little sedative for upset dogs. It didn't help much. So we were up at 12:30, then 1:30 and 2:30. At some point, we all went down to the basement but she was still pacing and stuff. There's another bed down there so we were all camped out. We were up all night.

I had to work yesterday and I picked them up 3 different kinds of new dog treats just for something new. And they've loved 2 of them so far. So of course, they wanted to keep going outside, thinking they would get one of these treats for coming in. Uh, no. That's not how it works, I am wise onto you.

So rotten little Jingles cries & howls and I told him no, you are not going out. You've been out how many times now in the past hour? So what's he do? He poops in her bedroom while I'm watching Murder, She Wrote on the Hallmark Movie Channel. You really have to monitor him at all times. If he gets out of your sight, when you find him, you have to ask, "What are you doing?"

Really, I do that all the time. "What are you up to, Jingles?" because he just looks guilty all the time. You're just sure he was doing something that was bad.

And so then I was watching Logo this morning and there was a special on that was called "Bear Run".

And of course you know I'm slow on the draw but now I see.

I saw Jake on that show.

And I guess it just got me to thinking if maybe he might keep his look that he's got for EOW. Just thinking, that's all.

Special K said...

Well Jake might not stay a bear in training but he will always an otter.

Over my head, Special!! That went over my head, lol.

Bears are cute but I don't want Jake to be a bear.

lol. Reminds me of Jerry saying "But I don't wanna be a pirate!!"

LOLLLL. But I don't want Jake to be a bear!!!

Wow, PG. You have way more pet patience than I do.

I rested up yesterday. Nights out wear me out, even if they are fun. Keeping up the small talk is not easy when it runs all day and night.

My husband has 8 work days left to retirement. I am really happy for him. He has already started some small projects around the house on his own volition. Stuff he wants to get done before we head for Europe. A new chapter for sure.

Very slow in Jakedom these days, even with the new filming. As for OTH, I cant imagine why an assassin would think any one in OTH is important enough to kill. Sounds like a pretty bloated story line.
