This is what Perez said about Chace Crawford and Taylor Kitsch.

The question posed by Wicked was why did Perez mention Jake and Austin? Was it that Taylor and Chace are two hot young actors hanging out a sporting event? Could it be they are friends? Could it be more than that? Prime seating at sporting events? That Taylor lives in Austin most of the year for FNL? Or that Chace likes turquoise too.

Is Jake & Austin now the code word for young Hollywood gay couple?

Or could it be that despite the efforts of sightings there are some gossips that are breaking the code and letting the public know that Jake & Austin are still together? We know that Ted has, has Perez as well?

Growing Grins

It looks like that grin was there from the beginning. Even then Jake seems to light up when he's with Austin.

Everyone always talks about the wiping down video from The Day After Tomorrow, but I think the captures here are just as telling. Of course the scene is that they are running to beat the ice racing behind them, but Jake doesn't look like he is worried in the least. In fact, he looks like he is loving every minute of working on this scene. And who wouldn't if you got to have such a cutie in a clench. And he is hanging on tight.

It is obvious that both were quite smitten on the set. In some ways, it seem like they didn't even realize how obvious they were about their attraction for the other. The entire cast and crew must have known they were falling hard.

What is so special is that they still have the same look for each other after all these years, in fact it has only grown over time.

I Never Thought I Could Feel This Way for a Boy

Just wanted to show some of the pics of the last time we saw J&A together. Both looking relaxed and happy. And is that one guy with them the same guy who was with Jake recently? What do you all think?

Out Spotlight IV

This week we focus on Jake Shears, frontman for the band Scissor Sisters. Today's song is from their 2006 release. Shears, real name Jason Sellards, formed the band in 2001 with Scott Hoffman (Babydaddy). In live shows, Shears is known for his flamboyant style of costumes and dancing. While he was trying to make it in New York, Shears worked as a dancer in gay strip clubs and was a fixture on the gay club scene. Openly gay, Shears proposed to his longtime boyfriend earlier this year and they plan to marry in 2008.

Running Man

More new/old pictures release showed up on IHJ yesterday, including pictures of Jake and Chris' jog through Central Park back in the Spring. Pictures of first family and now long time friends are showing back up, even if they are from months ago. Hmmmmmm...

Back to the running man. For many running gives them time to think, to mull over, to work things in their head. For some it is the one time of the day to let it all go and escape from thinking about anything, just the cadence of their feet, the music in their ears, the open space before them - free from their day to day for just a few miles. Jake does say he is a thinker and a muller, but it seems that he gets that feeling of freedom from the chaos as well. What does the road ahead have in store for Jake?

In Tuesday's Awful Truth - Bev asked Ted

"Has Toothy Tile ever portrayed a vampire?"

and Ted's response was

"Depends. Do you mean onscreen or in a West Hollywood parking lot?"

Garlic may repel vampires, but candy necklaces just entice sweet tooths. Doubtful Toothy would even need the candy, but it's more fun that way.
Bet that sweet Toothy would make sure he left no candy no matter how long it took. But careful it might leave a mark. Now he isn't the only one with a sweet tooth, Gray Goose looks like he likes some sugar* and gets plenty too from his Toothy treat.


*For you non-Southerners - sugar is what you call kisses

Back to Love

Some Austin today.

Today shooting is scheduled to wrap in Uruguay for The Informers, with Austin heading back home if he is not already there.

The temptation to stop off in New Mexico must be there, but there are gifts to buy for the holidays and a birthday to get ready for of course, no time for side trips or is there?

Distance may make the heart grow fonder, but does it help dealing with the current situation even more? Can being on location almost compartmentalize things enough that while away, it is life as normal, back to the texts, emails and phone calls like they have always done, the bristle of the "beard" not scratching at them. Can they have it all? Isn't that what was hope for, what Toothy adored about his Goose?

Now that's not to say that there aren't plans together for next couple of weeks. Will it be birthday, Christmas or ringing in the New Year? Heck, why not all three!
