What's better than a gift that is shared.

So here's some that a better together than for those apart.

to go with the golden  Mr. (wild) turkeys  around the table.

Who doesn't love pancakes?   Austin can have a taste or turkey (bourbon) while Jake gets more syrup for all pancakes he loves.  Bring on the carbs!

 Some Grade A Vermont maple will be good for the rest of the crew around the table. 

And with some fun there is always games.

And for Jake to sneak in some healthy exercise with anyone catching on.  There's the yoga spinner. (bring your own mat)

 

But who doesn't love an old fashion playground ball to have fun with, and make a statement too.  (Little steps?)

Of course left on their own the pair might find themselves in an intense game of backgammon. 

 Where these might come in handy.

Prezzies Part Deux

It could be all about the bass, when you talk about Austin but for Christmas Jake get the boy the bling (and accessories he loves)

For the peanut trapped in the shell.   How about a nut case?

Or a little Hot Chocolate?

And while cooling down with a beer,  how about beer mustache markers to keep who's is whose.  (We know Austin is going for the pink  to match that Derby hat)

Speaking of drinking - Austin can learn to make his own

and drink his socks off.

Including some sassy chevrons

And a pair of killer whales that will have Oceana buzzing

You can't forget Austin is a water baby through and through so it's

Sounds like a matra he could get behind.  Or is that more you style G-man

About that bling - Jake you could go for a watch again - it's always welcome

Don't think OMG Santa has gone out the window.

Of course there will always be the fun gift list for both the boys. And in the spirit of overindulgence it will be three posts at once.  One for the tall Texas tweeter, one Jakey  and one fit for whole crew.

Up first:  The  lad who gets latkes and Christmas lattes.  -

Austin listen up here are some last minute things to grab and put on under the tree or next to the menorrah.

Here's some salt, some Himalayan salt. To cook on.  So Jake can talk about his study of salt from years ago and the background research he did Everest while he makes dinner.

Or he might want to have the whole Spice World with him.  (What Spice Girl wouldn't?)

Austin you've got no time.  Maybe Mario's got a couple copies of these lying around to personalize for the cookbook collector.

Farm to table,  right up Jake's alley.

And Jake can still have a garden in the city. With gardens in a jar.

And what's a garden without bees,  so for the newest  beekeeper on Broadway, beehives for juice 

and cookies

and of course honey

 Every kind of honey you need.  Including tea.

And with honey comes tea.....

And when does Jake say no to another tea set?

 Even silicone ones.

And to add to the growing collection from years of presents:

Like getting Jake a new pair of boots,  and maybe in a kicky color like inky blue this time.

Elves Eve-ning it

The elves are still busy right up to the last hours of Christmas Eve but  they want help OMG out with a few more presents.

Christmas is about being with the people you love, so they gave  gifts that both our favorite fellows will both like.

When you can't wear your ring on a chain how about these?

Jake dressed up like the Dude, and Austin is a fan of the movie.  So Big Lebowski coasters.

 Jake loves denim. Austin loves denim. And both love to share the same tie. Why not a matching set.

 With both of them being green and loving to ride, a recycled wood bike hanger that looks good in any LA room, garage, or NY pied de terre to hang their bikes.

 Jake sings while playing video games.  We've all seen Austin dancing. Something for both to hone their skills.

And they love tree houses! So much so it takes the manager to kick them out of them.

And because there is nothing so random and wonderful as a Bling Bling Gnome for a pair that sparkles when they're together.

Time's running out....

Alrighty Austin times a ticking do you have all your shopping done?

Doubtful. But down that beer and get to work man.   Stumped for that kale and kombucha boy who stole your heart?  OMG's here to help.

If the LA boy is still trying to sell the Boy from New York City thing.  How about just parading it around on his loops around the city this this wine tote.

And it's brrrr cold in New York in the winter and while the black puffy coat is all fine well and good, how about mixing it up with a shiny blue one that will make his eyes pop.

But in Gotham any guy with Superhero dreams can't get away with puffy jacket. Because they know it's all about the cape.  And here Jake can design his own Super Hero one.

Who says that Christmas can't handle even more style.  Make a subtle reminder those scruffy boots need a little spit and polish

But tell him don't worry shiny shoes won't dim his hipster image, if he is wearing this black wool shirt.  It's even got the elbow patches.

Jake has always said that everything has a place, so Austin don't fight it, just him roll with it and give his something that will set his neat nick heart a flutter.

How about paper weight to keep those "temporary" stack of papers on the desk in order and out of the wrong hands.

Not saying a word about who's is his and his in these two. ; )

Jake's not only neat but he is a self confessed hypochondriac.  How about killing too birds with one stone with this Spongemaster that keeps your sponges from getting germy.

Now while he's keeping his sponges nice and clean perhaps something that keeps that Swede who reads book about salt squeaky clean too.

 Now the eyes have it when it comes to Jake.   He depends on his contacts and his sunglasses.  So what happens when you combined the two?  You get a wayfarer shaped contact lens holder.

And if Jake needs a new pair of sun specs then why not some reclaimed from old wine barrels?  Talk about Rose color glasses.

For the boy who loves it all soft and cozy this has Jake written all over it. It's a grandpa sweater with a shawl collar and it's cashmere to boot.

Now for those warm and fuzzies on the inside how about the Seven Chakras Flags and charms

And for the dreamer who has dabbled doing both of these when not acting

Now if Jake's made all that stuff it you're going to have people over to eat it, so you need some cool dishes

After all that a fella needs his tea

Then again Jake can practice if his new buddy spills the deets by practicing  with this game appropriately titled Awkward Situations.
