Dental Records

Many think that's Jake's checklist is this:

But this is more like it:

There is some speculation that this chart gets another tooth.  What leads to this speculation is a congratulations on Austin's fb page over a new Capricorn or Sagittarius from a friend of friend from TX.

One thing for sure there is more than one tooth that has come in for Jake and Austin on that chart. And if so what's one more when there's plenty of room.

Another sure thing is that Jake has wrapped filming Stronger here in Boston.   The production has been much more under the radar than Wahlberg's Patriot's Day movie which had their shooting schedule announced practically everyday on the news.

There were mentions here and there of Jake filming and occasional sighting of Jake in Boston and the area, but as many you would suspect since Stronger has been filming here since April.

Jake plays Jeff Bauman and the film focus on the story of his resilience after losing both of his legs during the Boston Marathon bombing and coming back stronger.  Many people in New England have expressed more interest in this smaller film focused on Jeff that reliving the events of the bombing the film.  Time will tell how both movies are received.

With filming wrapped, Jake already here and it is the season for the Cape and the Islands, is a Jake sighting at the West Tisbury Farmer's Market far behind?

It's a lot to sink your teeth in.

Fever Pitch Strong

Over the years we've seen Jake's Red Sox fan boy pop up.

Today Jake got to do what very few ever get to do.  Throw out the first pitch at Fenway Park.  And to throw it out on Patriot's Day no less.

Jake's been working on Stronger, the story of  Jeff Bauman, who's life was changed from the marathon bombing.  Not only is Jake acting and producing Stronger, he's also getting involved with the Boston community and marathon survivors.

Jake and  Jeff were honorary captains of today's marathon runners for Boston Medical Center where Jeff got his care and recovery.  Last night Jake and Jeff joined the dinner's host former Patriot player Jerod Mayo, Mayor Marty Walsh and Boston Police Commissioner William Evans at the team's pre-race carbo load dinner.   Today the BMC team of 90 runners has raised more than $638,000 toward their $750,000 goal.

Jake and Jeff both threw out the first pitch today, and it was filmed for the movie as well.

After getting some tips from Big Papi and Blake Holt they went out to the mound.

Little girl in Jake's arms is Jeff's daughter Nora.

Jeff and Jake threw the first pitch to players Haley Ramirez and Big Papi David Ortiz respectively.

Jake definitely knows how to handle the baby,  but a baseball?  Well, if you want to see if Jake can bring the heat over the plate check it out here.

If you notice - Jake wore a Boston jersey and Jeff a Red Sox jersey.  For today - it's all about Boston Strong and all the Sox players wore Boston on their chest.

Jake gets to keep the ball, and his personalize jersey.

So Jake you call yourself a Boston fan - and you've thrown out the first pitch at Fenway- it's time to ditch this one - once and for all.

For many they think this day is Boston is all about this line.

But for Boston there is a new line that is even more important.

Love x 10

Happy Valentine's Day

What better way to celebrate Valentine's Day that a picture of our favorite pair in the picture that kicked it all off.

It was February 11th  that Jake and Austin were the happy pair courtside at the Lakers.  Hard to believe it's been 10 years.   Yes 10 years!

Big Blue, grey overcoats, buttons torn off,  a zipper down and that smile! and the lean  all things to love.

And much love for Austin and big rubba' boots.

Fella's update:  Jake has been bouncing back and for between Boston and New York as he gets ready to produce and star in the movie Stronger,  about the Boston Marathon bombing.  Filming starts in Boston in April.

Austin is back on The Walking Dead and is back on TV tonight.  Fans are hoping the TV version of Spencer does not meet the same fate as his graphic novel counterpart.  It's a wait and season for this season of TWD.
