After seeing the cover of US mag at the supermarket I really dont think a reeke reconcilliation is going to happen. It would make reese look really bad if she changed her mind. Pretty much according to US reese made a painful decision to let Jake go and he is broken hearted. It sounds like she made this decision with what was best for her kids in mind. I just dont see how she could change that decision now and look like a good mom.

There I said it. Manka, the cabin, the lodge burning down, Mom and Dad burned out, the whole story. Cause you know if was just a friend you would have seen them in the pictures after the fire, but no somehow that friend went poof quicker than Kazoo. You wouldn't have known Jake was there with anyone if Jake hadn't said so himself on Letterman 2 months later, that's how discreet that was.

merry christmas everybody! it`s snowing here where i live in Norway now. love it! can`t remember the last time we had snow for christmas. usually it rains and we get snow a few days AFTER christmas.
i`m very tired, but have to sit up a bit more until i know the kids are asleep, so they won`t notice "santa", is pushing candy down their very tight christmas-socks.

Watching the Grinch Stole Christmas at the moment. The snow we got on Sunday will be still here for Christmas,so we are getting a white one this year too.

It snowed last night and this morning, have about six inches on the ground. Had the big family dinner tonight and it was a lot of fun. My sister is staying over night even though she lives near by because of the roads. As a result her two dogs are on my bed keeping me company.
I do like a white Christmas, but palm trees and warm weather would be awfully nice too.
A number of years ago my sister came to visit and we took her down to Monterey, Carmel and Big Sur for a couple of days. I cant remember the details now, but we drove up to the Post Ranch Inn as it was mentioned in the tour book I was using. I don't remember what for, maybe a place to have a drink or a good restaurant. But we left after only a few minutes so I did not see anything. I think the restaurant was closed or something. I do recall that fog was coming in all around us and deer were within feet of our car. I think we did not want to get stuck in the fog.
My son Jake got Jake Gyllenhaal to hold his place in line at La Superica while he had a smoke the other day.

Does anyone else remember when Jake had reservations for two a spa resort in Northern CA? But it got canceled. People assumed it was for him and Reese, then later on US Weekly used the deets as part of a Reeke story?
The speculation around here was that the reservation was not for Reeke but J&A and there was all kinds of this and that around it to confuse and cover up.
Well sounds like something like again. Still think there's a lot of stuff being put out there for a lot of smoke and mirrors for cover.

OK, I can't sleep at the moment.
Why the denial? Because maybe he was
1)he was no where near NYC, and found out that he was put there at that party by someone who has a history of planting stories about her ex's partying?
2) that he's actually in the NYC area and wants people to think he is somewhere else
3) he's somewhere completely different and the in NYC, in CA are neither right but is confusing and could play his cover
or
4) he wanted to make the General haul butt, all the way across country for essential no point except to show up how PR hungry she is. Come seriously, she landed in NYC Monday and Christmas is Friday, a Christmas she is supposed to be taking her kids away by Thurs/Fri for skiing. What mom at Christmas has that much time to waste flying back and forth. Is she baking cookies and singing carol's on the plane?

Why? Because of the similarities to the stories of Ryan out partying right after the break up, and again, like I said when it first came out it elludes to Jake's sexuality. Come you don't think she would turn this back on him and say the real reason she broke it off was that he was desperate to get married because he didn't want anyone to know he was gay but she couldn't do that to her kids. She tried to be there for him as he struggled with with his identity yada yada yada..

Two problems with this option:
1. it was a nice party, charity event and Jake did not misbehave - there is nothing negative about it
2. Jake having a good time at the party makes Reese's Us Weekly "Jake Gyllenhaal left broken hearted" story look like bullshit.
Well that is amazing that Jakes reps denied he was at this party. I pray that it was not because of the event and who was sponsoring it. That would be awful. I gotta think about this more.

I think Jake celebrated his birthday with his family. After Ramona went to bed, Jake went out to celebrate with non-celebrity friends.
I think the denial has to do with one of two things.
1. The charity event/sponsor and his contract with Disney
2. It made reese look bad that he was out partying and having a good time. According to US Weekly he is heartbroken.
#1 makes no sense, there was nothing negative in that story. And as far as her planting stories about her ex, those weren't plants, they were and are the truth. There were stories of him partying while she was still married to him and she sure didn't put that out there. It was the paps who caught him stumbling out of clubs like they do now.
Ryan hasn't changed.
Jake was in NY for his birthday and according to a few sightings returned to L.A. earler this week.
You seemed obsessed and hoping someoen outs Jake, well it won't be Reese.
Either Jake's rep didn't like the fact that he was at that charity or she has no idea where he is when not working.
Actually people on IHJ had started to say that Reese was stupid to dump Jake for not being mature enough since he didn't seem to go out partying and was there for her and her kids.
And right after that conversation went down the story of him partying came out.
So, true or not, this story actually helps Reese rather than making her look bad.

I was reading People in the hair salon last night, and the article is playing out just as everyone thought - making her look good, at his expense. I still wouldn't be surprised if there were some more stunts before this thing is over, but to say that Jake is immature and doesn't understand what it means to have the responsibility of children is kinda outrageous to me. Especially if they are supposed to have been together for almost three years, seems this would have come up sooner?

What I think is absolutely stupid is to have to deny you were at an event. A charity event.
Since when do you see a star's rep take the time and trouble to deny a harmless story like that? My goodness, Tom Cruise & Will Smith's people would be on the phone & on Outlook all the time denying stories in Star, US Reekley, In Touch, and OK!.

Wow, I just noticed the clock on my laptop. I went to bed close to 10, which is early for me anymore. No wonder I feel so good, lol.
Maizie is running wild right now. That girl has the energy of a one year old (I think she's five). It's been raining since two nights ago and all I can say is thank goodness there's no carpet downstairs. Muddy and wet paws are constant.
It is truly amazing that Jakes rep would offically deny that Jake was at that event. There has got to be a reason. Somehow it did not fit into something at this point we do not know the reason for.

The fact that tweets & stories have these 2 flying back & forth across the U.S. like yo-yo's is laughable considering the season. It's Christmas week. That's insane, particularly when you're done filming and if businesses around my area start closing & taking it easy this week, you can sure bet a star's schedule lightens up.
The last place I would want to imagine myself during one of the year's busiest travel seasons, is to be constantly at a security checkpoint, taking my shoes off and trying to cram my carry on into an overpacked luggage compartment. LOL, course they sit in 1st class where I reckon they don't have that problem but still, you have to go through that checkpoint. Get on the computer and do your own checking in. Then go to another desk and turn in your check on luggage. Oh brother, it gets me all stressed all over again.
It's actually getting hilarious at this point. Jake's been everywhere except the nail salon or at an Ace Hardware store during this week alone. Who wants to be his PR manager?!!! lol. He better be paying that person very well, that's all I have to say.
His PR mgr is going to be sitting around the Christmas tree with her family and in the midst of opening up her Estee Lauder cologne set, she's going to throw her daughter/son's package up in the air as she glances over at her laptop screen, which will be conveniently right at her side, and screech, "He's doing what?!! *!@#$%*)!!!!" Then she'll grab her cellphone and dial Jake's number, all the while typing furiously like a wild banshee on her laptop while her family shakes their heads and little sister looks over at little brother, sighing "It's that Jake guy again."
And little brother will lament, "Yeah.... too bad he can't just spend Christmas with us so Mommy can put that phone & laptop down."
It's like the guy can't even breathe. It's like he has to be babysat 24/7 by his people who have to watch every move he makes to ensure that it's the "right" way to act, the "right" people to be seen with, the "right" place to be. I feel smothered already.

Damn I was listening to an interview that Jake did after Jennifer Anniston had presented him with some kind of newcomer award.
