You're right, Oh Ted, Jake & Austin do make an unbelievably striking couple.
I'm not good at John Hughes movies but I do know that he did Pretty In Pink. So is Austin going to be Ducky? Jon Cryer was so good in that. I almost wished that Andie had ended up with him instead of Blane. But Andrew McCarthy was pretty sigh-worthy in that as well. I just thought Ducky was an adorable character and hated to see him hurt.

There are too many things that young and older men do alike that means nothing. They even wear the same type of clothing styles (trends). But here, it seems to just get turned into " oh look, Austin wore that shirt last month, now Jake has one also. "He's wearing Austin's shirt". Wow.
Now that's a STRETCH if I've seen one. Did I miss something or did Macy's make only one style of clothing just for Jake and Austin?
This is a very interesting weekend coming up. It def may show clues which way the guys are heading. I will be curious to see what happens tonight and tomorrow night at the Globes. I am not gonna be upset if Austin is with Sophia tonight. Both are expected to be at the event but curious to see how they play it.
The cycling jersey from the exact same cycling store? The same Strugis hat? Not to talk about black sweater that is too short on Austin, come on it barely comes to the waist of his pants, or the way too long black pants pooling on Jake's. Those are the things that make it obvious.

I think I was, too, samantha. I didn't realize that was a John Hughes picture? I can always watch that one if it happens to be on. Samantha's brother was played by the same boy who was in Kramer vs Kramer. I wonder whatever happened to him?

Looking at the pics posted of Jake on IHR were sent from PR to try and convince people that the necklace he is wearing was the one that we saw poke out of his shirt not so long ago. Nah aint gonna work that was a wedding band Jake. I believe PG agreed with me. We also agreed that is a fairly recent pic.

Jake is a product of PR production. We have all seen what they are capable of doing. There most certainly is a chance that I am correct about that photo.
Hopefully this was before reeke inc ended and jake has had a change of heart and wants to be his own man. It is what we are all waiting to see.
Those pictures from IHJ look like they are from a while ago. How can I tell that Jake is wearing his rings he used to wear before BBM came out.
Those pictures are definitely older, probably taken for BBM promotion.
The rings Jake wears on his little finger is the one he called his "engagement ring to himself" and that showed up during BBM promotion and then disappeared with the rest of all the jewelry.

I just thought Jake looked older in them but it's funny how that guy can get different looks to him in his photos. One minute he looks 21 years old, then another time, he looks 29. lol.

Boy, m, are things slow in LJ or what?? I'm one of the snails, myself but won't be for long. Yesterday, I just sent 6 chapters to my beta. She's been working on a little "guest writing" stint for me and so while she was working on that, I continued to keep writing. So now that we've completed that bit, I sent all of this to her. So hopefully this will enable her to take her time and I can put a chapter up with more frequency than I have been. I've been a writing fiend!! ;D

Why would Sophia go to the Golden Globes? She is not nominated for anything and as far as I know is not a presenter. The same goes for Austin. Maybe they will attend one of the after parties. I think Jake may attend one of the after parties also. Since Maggie and Peter came to LA this week I would expect they will be attending the Globes tonight.
