Back on the first of September Sensitive Julian slipped in a tweet.
Julian ain't so sensitive anymore people. Hold on. 2012 is gonna be a wild ride. - Sept 1Is Julian Andrew Baker going back to his bad ass ways?
Or is he just going to ditch the dye free fragrance free laundry detergent and go for something with a scent?
Why Julian does need to be a bit more of a bad ass, let's hope he doesn't lose some of those quirky things that make him mama's little JuJu Bee.
So what do you think? Julian a bad ass?
Or will he always be J-Bra sensitive fella?
And for Two Wheel Tuesday...who says just two? Why not go for the Big Wheel?
The BYOBW Race San Francisco every April. Now that's Bad Ass.

Better than Nothing?
Was The CW's move of OTH to Tuesday nights at 8 for a better lead-in for Life Unexpected or is OTH, The CW's sacrificial lamb to go up against Glee?
Did The CW go with a safety, because they didn't have enough good pilots this spring and just looked ahead to see what they could get together for a mid season replacement?
Glee's won a Golden Globe Award, a People's Choice Award for Favorite New TV Comedy and a Peabody Award. It's won four Emmy Awards with an additional 15 nominations for the show. Their critical acclaim and solid ratings have gotten them some of the biggest names in music to be a part of the show either releasing their music to be used in the show or appearing on it. And with Britney coming to play with the Gleeks is there anyway OTH can compete?
But can you just imagine Sensitive Julian vs. Sue Sylvester in a Thunderdome showdown ?

and you dare call yourself supportive.
I.... am... disgusted"
Glee has an average rating of 9.77 million weekly viewers. OTH's best rating were during their second season averaging 4.3 million viewers, last season they averaged 2.3 million. Both shows are geared to the same demographics. With only a half a season secured, The CW has done the bare minimum of an ad campaign. OTH was was not invited to the Television Critics Association gathering in August like last season. There are no new photoshoots.
Just call it. Dead Man Walking.
Did OMG scoop the big guys?
Yesterday OMG posted at 2:53PM EST about Sharon Lawrence being cast as Julian's mom, from a tweet posted over the past weekend. At 9:31PM EW.com's Michael Ausiello posted "the exclusive" about Sharon Lawrence coming on the show.
Comments at EW did bring up a good point. Didn't it seem like Julian's mom was dead, from his comments that he couldn't save her. Well, OTH has killed off enough people in the past season, maybe season 8 they're doing to to characters what they can't do with the show, beat the Grim Reaper.
Picture this.

Alex Greenwald of Phantom Planet tweeted this picture last night, a picture of him and friend Jenny Lewis. "Found this pic of me & Jenny Lewis 10 YRS AGO" Why mention it. It's who took the picture according to Alex's tweet. Jake.
And from this tweet, looks like old friend Matthew Frost was there when Jake snapped it.

Alex was in Donnie Darko with Jake, Matt was a set production assistant for the movie, and long time friend Jenny was Jake's date for the premiere.
Hard to believe it's been 10 years since they filmed it.

Is that with an a or an o?
Is Season 8 Clothes over Bro's or Clothes over Bra?
Because it seems the better name for Julian would be Bra, with all the support his gives to BrookeDavis(TM). You wonder if he gets to do anything else this season.
He talks more about being supportive than a WonderBra, or maybe he's Victoria's Secret? (Would the writers have Julian leave Brooke at the altar for her mother? Oh the drama!! Throw in a killer bunny. Now that's an episode!)
If BrookeDavis(TM) is the entrepreneur she claims to be you'd think she would come up with a line of bras named after her ever supportive man. "Julian B" for most supportive bra ever created. The "J Bra" for the sports bra line, and for those times when you need heavy duty support and still want to feel pretty, The Sensitive Julian, in dozens of soft shades.
The real question is this about the part or about how the pecking order is on set.
Even though a regular on the show, there is a sneaking suspicion that Austin has heard more than once that he is there as supporting player in the scene, just like other actors that have proceeded him and made clear on who's show it is.
Just a thought.
Now OTH news.
OTH Season 8 debuts two weeks from today Sept 14, moving from Mondays at 8 to Tuesdays at 8.
They are currently filming Episode 5. There still seems to be some discussion on exactly how many episodes there are going to be for the season. Locked in for 13, after that, the number varies.
The rumors are that the early episodes are heavy on Clay and Quinn. Both because of their story and a rumor that they are the new fav couple of Schwahn. Looks like Brooke and Jbra are going to be the B story for a few weeks.
The trip to The Biltmore? That was part of the storyline where BrookeDavis(TM) and supportive JBra are scouting locations for their wedding.
The Biltmore? Seriously? You really gonna need a castle to go with that horrible concoction of a dress that will be too short in the front with a giant marshmallow poof of a train. If it didn't work in GNR's November Rain, it's not going to work for OTH.
Come on just have it out back of the Waffle House, and upcycle milk crates into seating for the guests. It will work for your Vegas Drive Thru (I'm not a Ho) Wedding Mini Dress with platform shoes too.
One more thing.
Julian has a mama! Sharon Lawrence has been cast to play Mama Baker, according to a tweet from Brett Benner, a casting agent for OTH and Cougar Town.
Sharon Lawrence to guest on One Tree Hill as Austin Nichols mom. Lucky to get her. She's awesome and will be great!!
Remember when Julian had to be there to support and save Alex? He explained that it was tied to the fact he had tried to do that for his mom. Now with Mama coming to town, can BrookeDavis(TM) handle Julian splitting his support between her and Mama B. And don't forget BrookeDavis'(TM) her own mother issues. Can you say one hell of a Mama Drama?
Oh Bridezilla thy name is BrookeDavis(TM). Julian you might want to invest in getting a underwire, you're gonna need it.

Just Julian!
It might not be the softer side of Sears, but the softer side of Austin instead. In a Three Faces of Eve kind of move (Could we call it the Two sides of Twitter?) Julian has broken free to let himself be heard.
Hey CW can we say spin off?
Who likes to cry.
He's just Jul-ian!

They told him to hide
He's just Jul-ian!

Episode One: Julian breaks free of the tyranny.
'Cause Who can turn the world on with his smile?

Well it's you Jules, and you should know it
With each glance and every little movement you show it

You can have a town, why don't you take it
You're gonna make it after all
You're gonna make it after all
"You're gonna make it after all."

While reading Julian's tweets is like a twitter version of a Lifetime Television movie and a commercial for a feminine hygiene products,(In soft focus, walking along a beach with gentle waves) he does drop tons of hints, did you catch them?
Just waiting for Julian to tweet he's got that not so fresh feeling.
