Jake's got some snug shorts there, must be all that biking riding. So that's what the spandex has been hiding.
As for SoapNet and OTH. SoapNet plays the previous seasons of OTH as part of their programming. There's two episodes 6 days a week. And at the beginning of the year they did a day long OTH marathon.
Great news about LaOD. Like Zwick and think the cast he put together was great, can't wait to see it. Jake's got some great stuff come out.

Loved it. Not really gung ho on the song but maybe it would grow on me if I heard it enough. I didn't "get" the video but then I'm sometimes slow on these things.
Jake was awesome. Totally rocked the shorts. Rocked the black workout jacket and the pants rip.

Curley & I are just hanging out together tonight. Doing the laundry thing and had some pretty good fish n chips from Tanners with my favorite, crinkle cut fries. Had some play time with the destroyed toys. That nutcracker's head is just barely hanging on by a thread, lol.
I think that when he gives the "cut" motion across his throat, he looks like Austin for a second. Very weird. It must be true couples end up looking alike ;)

The video is called "Giving up the Gun" which is from the new album. The song of the day is called "A-Punk" from there first album.

That video was terrific. Jake with a sense of humor again. Lovely. His legs did look a bit thicker than usual so he must be riding regularly. Maybe a stationary bike since we never see him out.
Oddly enough I heard at least 3 different Brokeback joke references today on 3 different tv shows. Jonathon Ross was one of them, cant even recall what else I watched. I was catching up on stuff taped on DTV. At least they were all funny and tasteful. I also watched Johnny Weirs long skate on youtube. I'm not interested in skating but I get a big kick out of him since watching the series about him on Sundance.
In the VW vid Jake looks like a sleazy horny used car salesman father of two who hasn't had sex with his newly devout religious busy perpetually tired wife since the last kid was conceived. No wonder he drinks.

I agree with you if you're saying he does sound alot like Ted. There were parts of that post that sounded like alot of what Ted has said in the past except that gossip boy seems to have an individual writing style.
Maybe it's just that he's yet another person in the know. Another person who sees what alot of people see. Who weren't fooled by that 2 1/2 yrs of canned Reddi Whip.

What an Olympics so far. The USA is doing great. The Mens Figure Skating competition was one of the best I ever saw. American Evan Lysacek was amazing in winning the Gold medal.
He gave the performance of his life and deserved to win.

I saw Evan interviewed last night by Bob Costas. He's very composed and well spoken for such a young guy. Just Jared has a post about him - I loved his outfit that he wore.

PG Brian Boitano was the last man to win the Olympic Gold Medal in mens Figure Skating in Calgary 1988.
Oh, I loved Brian Boitano. Wow, that was '88? Holy cow. I had a big crush on him.
