You're moving in new directions but don't worry for you 35 is like the new 30, you know kind of like you this year:

Dad looks by the beach

flashing abs on screen

and showing off your assets

 People (Magazine) knowing you're still looking good

But you're stretched - you've stretched this year

Like making beekeeping and geeks on stage hot this year

And found your (singing ) voice.

which means we'll see  you in Hamilton in 2017 and fingers crossed Dreamgirls by 2019.

But it really means

that the person you've worn close to your heart for so many of your  birthdays

Will always remain

 

 

Not done till the bell's rung

While filming has wrapped up in Pittsburgh that doesn't mean Southpaw is over just yet.  It's off to NYC to film for a few days, and to get some scenes in that will give it that New York state of mind.

We have also found out a little more to the Hope story. Actor Beau Knapp is Jon Jon, the fighter’s lifelong best friend who came up with him through foster care and is on the payroll.

And Jake's not afraid to box his own shadow wherever he goes.  He's seen here with one of his team, pulling a few punches with his shadow as they head down the street.

But don't think the flash is gone when he's not filming, check out the glimmer of those chains we've seen before, that Jake keeps those special memories close to his heart.

Ring it out

Jake and Denis are the cover boys for Filmmaker magazine.

Something about Jake in this picture rings a bell.

Is the bearded face?  The white tee?

Or is it that big ring on that chain?

The one that is front and center

That looks a little too big for Jake's slender fingers.

Now .....who has bigger rugged hands?

Comfy Cozy

 Don't call him Clapton  because he's no slow hand.  Jake has been getting around LA just fine and it looks like filming is really over for Nightcrawler now.

Monday night Jake attened the 2013 Casting Society of America’s Artios Awards held at The Beverly Hilton Hotel.  And it was just all for fun?  Nope  He had some work to do presenting.

Could  this be award show training?  Or is he now going back for all those cheese puffs he passed on for the last 2 months?

And today found Jake getting some Jewish Deli comfort food at Nate ‘n Al restaurant.

Talk about comfy Jake's got a soft and cozy cashmere sweater draped over his hurt paw.  Is it a little TLC ?   Or a little cover from those prying eyes that are trying to get a better look at it? Or that he didn't want any one to see what he was bringing home in the take home container.

One thing is didn't want to hide, is his big chain. It's back and you  can't miss that.

Ball(s) and Chain

It's Episode 9 on Ray Donovan on Showtime,  this coming Sunday night, and that means

Tommy's back.

And what's Tommy got himself into this time?

and kept a ring on it for the premierebut did anyone else notice he was flashing a serious chain during an interview that you couldn't miss if you tried.Huh...Maybe it was Austin's bike chain. ; )
