The Constructive Sublimation poster, or the CSP, was someone who started posting @ WFT but I have seen posts that I think are his here. Alleges that Jake is gay but "constructively sublimating" his sexuality for the sake of his career and is not in any kind of relationship. The CSP believes Jake lives a celibate lifestyle. The CSP alluded in one of his posts to being a gay man himself and that he was constructively sublimating his own sexuality. He gives arguments for why someone might sublimate their sexuality, but never any arguments for why he thinks Jake is specifically. Here on OMG I've seen posts saying Jake's personal life is a mess so he's not in any kind of relationship and Reese is a friend helping him out. These posts have the CSP ring to them. Haven't seen him here (or anywhere else!) for a while now. Prolly more than you wanted to know!
I'm sure the cookie metaphors are just flying on the set. How about:

Bad Seed, to answer your question from the previous thread, the subliminal poster was someone who insisted that even if Jake is gay, he is subliminating his desires and not acting on them because his career is more important/his entire focus right now, and that Jake will wait until he is much older before having any kind of a relationship and/or sex life. The subliminal poster seemed to think this was perfectly normal and common among gay men.

Russell either has a huge pair or he's nuts, do you really tell Sonny Corleone how to choke on a cookie -- Caan might be up there in age but he is one tough SOB, he could take Russell out.

Something that I always liked about the two of them is that they are so well matched. Equally handsome, charming and personable but still unique to themselves.

Thats a beautiful pic of Austin. He was really great in JFC. Im sorry that they didnt extend to another season. Im sure that would have explained alot of unanswered questions that I had.

If you can get your hands on the JFC Season 1 discs, Milch discusses what he wanted for future stories for JFC in his commentary for Episode 10, it might clear up some of your questions.

I'll be here Saturday for the Wedding Banquet discussion, probably earlier than I thought since the kids decided they'd rather play street hockey with their friends then go to the botanical garden to see the butterflies. I'm a bit disappointed but I won't blame them since our very own Habs seem to really have their collective eye on the Stanley Cup this year.

I read on Towleroad that there are some signs the California Supreme Court may be gearing up for a decision recognizing a right to same sex marriage.

Sometimes one can be mentally exhausted as much as physically. Or both. I get tired just seeing all the airport pictures! I can understand the need for the Starbucks.

Interesting since there is not an actual sex scene with a guy in the book, although it is made clear that he is bisexual. Sex scenes of any variety are a plus. :-)

I tried to read The Informers. Got about halfway through and lost interest. I will see the movie for sure though.
Netflix had Wedding Banquet for rental. They pretty much have everything even alot of gay/lesbian and foreign titles.
