This time the JFC discussion before movie club, so we can give people more time to track down the movie.
How about getting back into our JFC discussion on Friday night March 20th into Saturday 21st. Can you believe we haven't had a JFC discussion since November? Where did the time go? We would be discussing Episode 4: His Visit: Day 3. 
Wow talking about a week feeling like a year.
OMG Movie Club
So that would make March Movie Club for Friday March 27 and Saturday March 28th And what kind of movie? Should we do a musical, to celebrate the new project? Do we look at something from a director Jake's worked with? Do we do look at a movie of favorite director of Austin's? Do we look at a Southern Gothic story brought to the big screen? Or do we stick with our regular format for this month's club?
Any ideas, suggestions, bring 'em on!!!!
And looking ahead -- OMG wants to take a Virtual Vacation, and with all of you.
We live all over the world, and many of have vacation or holidayed both close and far from home. So start thinking about where you like to take the OMG'ers on little holiday with you. Thanks Destiny for the tip on Kitsch. He is definitely on my radar. What a body. And from the interviews I've read, he is a pretty down to earth guy.
Some accused us of posting negative comments about Jake's POP pics on the web. I think I speak for the majority here though that we do not post on other sites. I comment at wft2 and OMG only and at wft2 infrequently at that. I read comments elsewhere, but that's about it. The pictures earned the response on their own merit.
It's definately the hair that's putting me off these PoP pictures (the body I've no complaints about). There's something about the length that is just not flattering to Jake's face shape, it sort of accentuates the (slight) horseyness the Gyllenhaal siblings shared (I know most of you will not agree with me so apologies in advance on that point). I'm sure with plenty of computer editing he'll look fabulous in the finished film. Guess now we know why Jake was wearing hats for the past six months.
I tried to find the lyrics, but didn't have much luck, but it reminds me of the Native Americans being booted out by Europeans.
Music lover, I did too but could not find them. I also played the song over and over and was only able to decipher some of them.
For Movie Club- I kind of like the idea of looking at a movie of a favorite director of Austin's. And no musicals. They just do not work for me!
LOL. The hair really doesn't look good on either one of them.
I post elsewhere on occassion, but to think we're responsible for all of the comments the troll doesn't like is ridiculous; he or she is probably just protecting his or her own behavior on us. And we all know that what the troll finds homophobic and upsetting are not the nasty comments but the ones that say Jake is gay.

Well, I know I only comment on 3 places (it's grown by 1): here, WFT2 & LJ. That is it. Too much trouble registering & whatnot. And I just don't have a desire to. But sometimes I like to read all the comments, although alot of times they get to be alot of nonsense and way too much filler/fancy signatures/quotes and whatnot garbo that you've got to weed out just to find the comment that oftentimes turns out to be like 10 words or something.
Man, Special, I never caught on with the 'do. Now that you put them together, they do kind of look alike. Yeah, the length might be a little off. That doesn't bother me so much, though, as the stuff they coated his hair with. Maybe that's what the men did to their hair then? Shoot, I don't even know what period of time this is supposed to take place in.
I was totally entertained reading Towelroad's comments. Most of those guys were totally enamored. I had to check my website address up there again, make sure where I was and not reading BBM slash, lol. There were a few that didn't like the look, but for the most part, uh....they were drooling.
Oh, boy, snow tomorrow. That's a drag, Special. We're maybe going to hit 70 tomorrow and then starting tomorrow night, start the plummet down til we're having lows of like 18 at night. Is that depressing or what?
I will be dogsitting on Mar 20, but thankfully it's the wiener dog house where I can latch onto someone's wireless. Well, hopefully I still can.

Destiny, my sister is going to be in your neck of the woods the weekend after I'm in Boston. We were going to be gone the same weekend, but they postponed her trip by a week. Jordan Mechner, the Prince of Persia game creator, is involved in the film, but says fans of the series shouldn't expect an exact translation from game to film.
"If I'd tried to adapt the game's storyline beat for beat into a screenplay, we would have wound up with a 'B'-level survival-horror movie about a warrior prince who spends most of his time fighting off ravaging, zombie-like sand creatures -- basically, Resident Evil in the desert," Mechner says in a previous GameDaily interview. "You might make a good movie from that, but it definitely wouldn't be a Disney-Bruckheimer 'A'-level summer blockbuster."

While the barely a celebrity celebrity friend doesn't mind sharing, it seems that our A list actress does. Well I would rather hear it was Austin putting his foot down, not Reese. But if Jake chooses Reese (fame and career) over Austin (the one he loves), then he deserves all the bad karma that will ensue. There is only one choice that will allow Jake to hold his head up and look himslef in the mirror for the rest of his life and that is being "out" and with Austin. Interesting though that it's implied Austin does not mind sharing. It had to come to a head sooner or later.

It does make Jake look bad, but straight, giving her the "high road" she likes so much.
I can't really see how Reese would think the Buzzphoto BI is any help to her (and it is all about her isn't it?) It makes Reese look either frigid or not fulfilling Jake sexually. I tend to think this one is farther down the Hollywood hierarchy than Reese and Jake.

Heres the real juice forget Jake and Rees and Austin. I dreamed about destiny last night LOL. She was beautiful with long legs and long dark brown-black hair in an flowing acqua long dress. I needed to put on a new suit and the 3 dressing rooms in the store were full so I went back to my bedroom to put it on. I dreamed destiny was there lying like a mermaid on my bed and I got out more pillows for her to be comfortable while I went in my bathroom and tried on my clothes. Then after that I was in a secret backyard trrying to put some wild baby bobcats back into their wire cage. WTF? Must be somthing I ate. But destiny you looked great!
Also funny destiny is how you were waiting on my bed but I ran in the bathroom to change clothes LOL
On the movie topic, I watched "Donnie Darko" again. I realized that Patrick Swayze and Beth Grant not only appeared in D.D., but also co-starred in a movie four years prior to this appearance. "To Wong Foo, Thanks For Everything, Julie Newmar".

Keep in mind that the Reese machine had no issues with casting the father of her children as an unrepentant sleazebag and herself as the long suffering wife. They all know the real story and tore him up anyway. Now he has joint legal and physical custody and she has to deal with him constantly. You would think she would change tactics.
Two years ago when I showed up here it was to warn the Jake fans that when she got done with him (which she isn't so don't get your hopes too far up) she would tear him apart on the way out the door. He will lose the game. He just will. Although I see no end until after PoP comes out. Unless of course something else comes her way or he dumps her.

I've been taking a break tonight. Honestly? I'm so worn out and emotionally brain fried from reading analyzation after analyzation of the bike pics, the BI's, the reason behind PoP pics escape, and anything Ted says I could about spit now.
I've been escaping just watching my DWTS show and catching up on emails. I can handle musings and ponderings & as you know love to do it myself, but I really don't think one set of Jaustin biking pics is going to signal the end of Reeke or one BI is going to reveal that Austin approves of the bearding, Reese is 100% responsible for Reeke, Jake is facing a Reese or Austin decision right now, or is going to solve world peace or the U.S's economic situation.
Either I'm not bothered as much anymore by the idea of more periodic Reeke photo ops, still feeling honeymoonish over the biking pics , just not wanting to deal with thinking about it tonight or for maybe a whole week, or I'm just crabby from a ragged 1st day back at work.
Either way, it seems to be too much for me today, I guess.

I noticed that about the director on OTH being named Reese and I think I even mentioned it. The first time I remember hearing a first name was in the same episode as the campy scene with all the shirtless guys auditioning. As I recall the name was said in a contemptuous manner by maybe even Austin. I do not think that name choice was a coincidence either.
I've been crazy at work so I haven't had time to think about specific film suggestions. Maybe later this week.

Have to agree, the more I think about ent lawyers BV, the less I think it is Jake. The internet already knows Jake is gay and Reese is a beard. Too late to shut the barn door. I didn't read too much into that comment about the girls. I think he is very social and likes people, females included. Does not mean he wants to f--k them. He is another one that never seemed to have a date since the breakup with the high school sweetheart around the time he and Jake became a couple.
He did say nudist and I think Jake has alluded to liking to take his clothes off frequently as well. I focused on that image, right after the no underwear.

I hardly know the Tv Show "OTH", In France the title is "Brothers Scott" lol, It's diffused on Saturday afternoon and I have to admit ( shame on me) , I never really pay attention to it, BUT now I know Austin is in "guest star" I am looking foward to see him.
A Strange thing happen to me yesterdays while I was singing ( at least I try lol ) in the little choir of my village,suddenly i imagined a remake of Bodyguard with ours boys! Austy was the bodyguard of course lol like say Special k he seems so protective with his love, well it was pretty exciting! No need to add I wasn't in the mood to sing right lol, too busy elsewhere.

Regarding the passage I like, I also think it's "brilliant" the way Austin uses the brilliant line. A casual reader might think that refers to the next part about finding a parking space. But if you look at the whole structure of the story, in what comes before that part the single lines refer to the preceeding paragraph. After finding the parking space, the single lines like that refer to the subsequent paragraph. I think brilliant refers to both the Weho thought and finding the parking space.
