Gun Man

SXSW Roadtrip it's not, but it will be just as scary when there's gun play on tonight Crazy Tree. (And by that meaning ChrisKeller's screaming and a deadly weapon)But before you change the words from "Everybody Run The Homecoming Queen's Gotta Gun" to "Everybody Run Julian's Gotta Gun", remember this isn't Austin's first rodeo. He has been a gunslinger before..... his ride into Deadwood, guns a blazing?

Yup Morgan Earp.Crazy yes, but the script not even close and that's not talking about the swearing.

And it looks like he's shot up a few bottles in his day... Shooting practice and Texas and ranches ....kind of like water off a goose's duck's back.Should we call him dead eye? Gotta love the one eyed shooting.

This season has been a departure for Julian, but great chance to see Austin to tackle more. They have finally let Julian do more than be a guest spoiler or BrookeDavis' (TM) lapdog. They written some stronger storylines and a chance for Austin to make a three dimensional character from a two dimensional beginning.

There is still that quirk to Julian that makes him so appealing, but they've given him more to do and a more people in his adventures. One reason that this season is so much stronger than the last two: less time playing off of Sophia's character and more time working with other actors. The difference is noticeable.

Anyone else think of Monty Python?

Tonight on the Crazy Tree

"Hard Core Will Never Die, But You Might" or Three Men Enter 2 Left Standing
BadDad Dan, Julian and ChrisKeller do their best Seal Team 6 and attempt to rescue Nathan. BrookeDavis(TM) conflict with Xavier escalatesand BikiniQuinn and FeatofClay revisit the past (The firstsix years of his "oops I forgot I had you" son's life?).

And Happy Pi Day!

Nice to know Jake’s video is a so timely. He should be proud he’s such a trendsetter. Sarcasm intentional.

Man stabs 4 near school in Ohio office building
By ANDREW WELSH-HUGGINS | Associated Press – 1 hr 33 mins ago
COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — Police say a man who stabbed four people near a technical school in a downtown Ohio office building before being shot by an officer had three knives.
Columbus police spokesman Sgt. Rich Weiner says the suspect confronted one victim in the admissions office of Miami-Jacobs Career College on Wednesday afternoon. He said other people inside intervened and took away one knife the suspect was using.
Weiner says those who intervened didn't realize suspect had a second knife.
He says two of the victims were either students or staff at the college. Two others were outside in the lobby area.
Police say one knife was recovered inside the school, and two knives were found near him outside.
Three male victims are in critical condition, and a fourth man has minor injuries. The suspect is in critical condition.

Yeah ok blame all the ills of the world on Jake Gyllenhaal. Makes sense. Violence is all around us nothing to do with him. Best wishes to the victims.

Dear Ted:
Is Toothy Tile about to play the bearding game again? I know it is a part of showbiz, but I was so hoping Toothy was about to be done with the Old Hollywood ways.

Dear Pause:
Not like he has in the past, but I hardly doubt that Tooth's days with fakey GFs are over. Hardly, actually, and yes, it breaks my heart just as much as yours.

Jake is a reflection of America's violent popular culture and apparently he enjoys the connection immensely, or he would not have done that video. Don't try to simplify my point. He had lots of directions he could have gone, so his choices matter and they send a message. Maybe if he worked more, it would be no big deal. Just part of a wide net he might be casting as a versatile actor. However, since he hardly works at all his value system sticks out like a sore thumb.

OTH was good tonight. Not giving anything away.

Well, the thing with Brooke annoyed me, won't say more, other than should have known better. But other than that, can't believe how different this season is, and that it's actually had me on the edge of my seat.

Jake Gyllenhaal goes for a walk in downtown Manhattan on Wednesday (March 14).

The 31-year-old actor was spotted taking a ride on the subway later in the afternoon.

PHOTOS: Check out the latest pics of Jake Gyllenhaal

Jake‘s big sister, Maggie, was recently spotted out by her place in Brooklyn – Maggie and her husband, Peter Sarsgaard, are currently expecting their second child together!

Be sure to check out Jake in The Shoes‘ video for “Time to Dance” – it definitely show off a different side of him!

Someone is working overtime to convince us that Jake and Maggie are in NY today. Yesterday, PR was trying to tell us that Maggie and Peter were out and about, even though the pictures they showed were not of them together. I was hoping WME would have a different business plan for Jake. But, now I can see that Maggie came over too so she could also hide her personal life even more. I wonder if there really are problems in Maggie’s and Peter’s marriage like those blind items suggested.
