Which brings to mind a suggestion that was put forth in the past at WFT but that never materializes: the regrouping of all TT BIs in one section of the blog.
The more I think about this the more I believe that Toothy Tile BIs Archive should be a new blog.
I never really liked that BI. It presented a picture of the bf as someone willing to put up with almost anything - as apparantly Austin is, if he's still with Jake through all the Jeeseness.
Also Jake comes off as as manipulative - "come back to me, and it'll be different blah blah".
It's the opposite of cute to me.
^If it's accurate, I should add. Wonder who the "mutual amigos" are/were?

I copied and pasted the ONTD post and added all the Toothy mentions that were posted on FCC.
I doubt it's all, especially after Reeke started, since a lot of mailbags weren't posted on FCC anymore.
But maybe Special and Wicked can put it up on the sidebar and, like the Famous Gay people list, we can add the missing things and update it with new mentions?
Well, this BI just shows to me that, realisically, the course of true love never does run smooth, as today's post says. No relationship is perfect, but if they both love each other, what the rest of the world thinks of it be damned. They are the ones who have to be happy, not everyone else. They are entitled to make a mistake and be forgiven, and only they know how much they are willing to "put up" with. All speculation of course. Also, I like that Ted seems to feel that J&A are a HW couple who is able to make it and stay together, when he observes that so few do. I hope that's true. Who knows the extent of the Jeeseness? We'll soon find out I'm sure. :)
Stubborn, Who'sthat, and anyone else who might want to help- can you guys e-mail us with the TT BIs that you have? Not sure how quickly we'll get them up, with the holidays and all, but we will try to do it ASAP. Thanks for collecting all of that Stubborn. You are amazing! Thanks to Who'sthat for volunteering. Boston has already had more snow in the past week, than we did all of last winter. This is going to be a long and snowy winter here. Wicked will be soooo jealous!

Has anyone seen The Dark Knight trailer linked on WDW? I have to say I wasn't really feeling Heath as the Joker when it was first announced, but seeing him in the role has made me revise my opinion. And it looks like Maggie's role is quite a bit tougher than Katie Holmes played it.
Look's like Heath's Joker might steal the spotlight in Dark Knight and even steal the Joker away from Jack (Nicholson).
Wow, just in the snippets we get to see. What is impressive is how he has change the tone and timber of his voice to become someone so extremely different than any other character he has played.
Wicked, I've seen it and I've watched the first six minutes linked by Maria in the previous thread. And I think Heath will be FABULOUS in that role. And I'm absurdly satisfied with myself as I was sure he would be great from the minute his casting was announced!
Maggie not only looks tougher, she looks luminous. I think she will be much MUCH better than the robowife, no matter how her character's been written.

I agree, I think what Heath's done with the voice and the laugh, and just the delicious twistedness of Joker are incredible. (What doesn't kill you, makes you - stranger!) I'm interested in Maggie's role too - looks good. I like that they chose her.
I wouldn't be surprise if we ended up learning about the pain experienced by the Joker in his early life. I'm sure Heath could play on all those registers quite nicely.

I was never impressed with Jack Nicholson's Joker, nor Tommy Lee Jones' Two-Face. They were just "there", superficial cartoon characters. It's more interesting I think to have a dimensional villain, so even tho this is a fantasy-type movie, you wonder what made them the way they are. I think it must be Tim Burton's handling of the characters that I loved - you had a bit of sympathy for their tortured souls. It would be interesting if this is how Heath's Joker is too. Speaking of Tim Burton, I can't wait to see Sweeney Todd either. Ok, I'm outta here for real this time! :*

I thought the mainstream image of them was girl-next-door meets boy-next-door. Boring but normal. Intriguing seems a strange word to apply to them if you're not a tb.
Curious, remember that old InTouch article called "Are Jake and Reese faking it?".
56% of the voters (which is the mainstream) said that they think they're faking it.
So we're clearly not the only ones who think that somethings not quite right with this coupling.
Gathering all the TT BIs in one place is a great idea. Thanks to everyone working on it. I don't have any time to spend on it now, but I'm willing to help fill in any gaps after the main info is posted.
As for the most intriguing couple status, here's my take:
1) They're intriguing because no one knows for sure if they're real or not.
2) Jake has a very organized fanbase who vote for him in every poll.
3)When you pulled up the poll, they were the couple the poll automatically pointed to - you had to change the vote for anyone else.
4) The other couples were of no interest at all to anyone or just plain old creepy (Clooney and his unknown gf, McConaughey and his unknown gf, Lance and Ashley).

The only things that intrigues me as in makes me very curious is to figure out how an average looking gal like Reese manages to snatch 2 super hots like Ryan and Jake in a row. Well, if you believe she snatched Jake.
I think Jeese winning the Most Intriguing Hookup award is attributable to both Jake's very organized fanbase that votes for him in every poll and the incredible WTF factor of this couple. Those two things would make them hard to beat. Mind you, it wasn't Best Couple or Cutest Couple, but Most Intriguing Hookup. So the Damn, That's Weird aspect had a lot to do with it, I suspect.
