Jake is hiding his long locks with a hoodie, and with his self confess big knoggin, maybe all that hair, a hoodie is the only thing that fits. Either that or doing the monk look. If he starts hitting himself in the face with a plank and chanting Python, we know he's been in England too long.
Where he comes up with his tricky movie hair seems to be from suggestions from the director and the makeup teams.
But Austin, it looks like he turned on the TV and found his. Wouldn't you agree?

See what happens when you watch too much TV like me. That one JFC pic was the seed for this post. I knew I had seen it somewhere. In all the other JFC pics, it is a cross between Morrissey, Brad Pitt in Blue Suede (shutter) Chris Isaac, and a little Eraserhead. But this was all Jimmy Neutron Boy Wonder.

This isn’t the first time Rite-Aid has found itself in a queer controversy. A DC-based manager came under fire last year after booting an “overly affectionate” gay couple.
The best part of this sign, we think, is mention of “anything that would make our customers uncomfortable is prohibited in the store.” We suppose manager Tom Marquez didn’t consider the gay customers in that one, huh? Someone else must have, because the sign, which appeared around 7am on Sunday, was soon removed…

^^Well, my feeling is why even let stuff like that out in the public when it could be misinterpreted? I think the horse pics truly are just his learning how to ride and a bit unsteady in the saddle, but you've got to wonder why they even let them out for publication. If he's a jester and campy, that's ok for him and those who understand his brand of humor, but he and his people have to remember that info about him is going to be seen by millions, gay and straight, who could misunderstand and may not find it so amusing. What he finds camp and funny, someone else may think is crass and goes too far.
You can't be real and live that way. It's possible to offend someone, somewhere by any action.
He isn't being real either - why start now? You can't be half real or real when it suits you, you've gotta be real all the time. I don't know.
First it was Jake who was the target of "funny" comments (if I remember correctly, he was called "princess" even on this blog) and people made fun of him now suddenly he is the one who is making fun of/ mocking gay people......interesting to see how different one moment or picture can be interpreted.....

I'm sure Austin would like to forget that mugshot picture and I can see why. He took alot of cruel comments for that picture on the internet, makes me cringe just to remember it. But the comparison was lipcurling, to say the least.
Dadgum it, am I going to have to register on IHJ? Where do they get their pictures, anyway? They must have "weatherwatchers" stationed across the globe. These last several sightings seem to have all of Jake's fans in a quandary, myself included. He's got fans on both sides of the fence dueling & squabbling like the Hatfields & McCoys. Just a couple of ponderings:
The 1st hoodie pic at J Johnson concert. This one could be a waxsealer for me except for a couple things: one, his eyes not being closed nor on her; two, why only 1 picture? Was this the best of the bunch? The rest of this guy's pictures were of the concert itself if I remember right; and 3, these series of pictures being the first posting of pictures by this Jacob fella.
The infamous horse pictures. Either he's alot less intelligent that I give him credit for or he really might be giving Reese & Reeke the bird with these pictures. I can't believe he would mock the gay community given what we know about his godparents, his friendship with Rufus W., and the fact that he was so proud of doing BBM. Having said that, I'm still surprised he could be saying "Take that", if that is indeed what he's doing. Just like someone said above, in this day & age of the cellphone camera & internet, celebrities have to constantly be on guard & think twice about what they do. Things can get misconstrued & blown way out of proportion. Whatever he's doing, it's kind of backfiring because his fans don't know what in the heck to think.

Before it sounds like I'm coming down hard, just want to say that none of us really knows. I'm still leaving it open because there's still too many things that haven't added up since the beginning of this whole thing. Save for another day, tho. Time will tell. Geez, but hasn't everyone been waiting for what seems like an eternity? Who could've known in October that this would still be going on?
And isn't it interesting and so much of a coincidence that Austin is suddenly in Europe? What interesting timing...
Who can figure out what is going on in Jake's head these days. He seems completely changed by Reeke. I just hope he doesn't show up with her at the TDK premiere. It would be a bit too much of a reminder of the photos we saw of them right after Heath's passing.
It'll be interesting, that's for sure. I can't imagine him attending. The timing of it would be appalling. He's been silent about it up to this point, it would be very wise to continue to be so and not attend.
I'm afraid I would have to agree as far as him seeming to be changed by Reeke, although all I have to go on is what I see online, but pictures can tell so much. I know he's gotten older and he's not the young man he was, say, even 2-3 yrs ago when he was a constantly smiling fool holding Boo, but just going on the set of his facial expressions now, he seems to have aged 10 years. Sometimes, he looks as cold as Reese herself. Like I said, you can't hang around someone constantly like he is with her and not have that person's POV's, outlook, opinions, language tendencies, and overall attitude rub off on you.
I hope he proves me wrong. I hope this car makes a U-turn soon and rights itself. But it just doesn't look like it. Seems she's got her hooks in him and doesn't want to let go. And if he doesn't want to be let go, then for gosh sakes, just say something and quit hiding behind a hoodie.

My take on the gay joke is that it is OK to mock yourself. If you are jewish, you can tell jokes about jewish customs. If you are black, you can tell jokes about black issues and sterotypes. At the time Jake did the gay impression, he was on the verge of coming out and more comfortable with his own gayness.
I dont like to talk about Reese, but in the latest pics, in the rain, she looks terrible. Old and tired. I think the strain of pretending is getting to her as well. Maybe she is not happy about Austin being near by.

Yes, Destiny, they look very off. She is dressed in a nice satin coat, he looks like he rolled out of a dumpster. Bruckheimer is efectively their boss - I mean Reeke's boss, since POP is the reason for the straightening. Maybe their performance review did not go well.
There is definitely some kind of clothing disconnect, not the first time but it looks more obvious.
A bit rumpled but still an outfit that Jake would go out in, but adding shaggy Jake and hoodie make him look a bit rougher.

So, Reese the perfect soccer mom, has left her kids for over 3 weeks to go and live in London with her "boyfriend" while he gets ready to film a movie. What do all of her wonderful fans think of that. She's recently divorced and is taking her "boyfriend" over kids. Way to make those kids feel loved and like they're first priority.
