Where ARE the kids, anyway? Maybe she shipped them home so she could have her romantic French getaway with her BF. She proved her MOTY skills by taking them to the museum, right? Now she's done with them.
That's what I'd like to know, moty; I just didn't want to give their PR any ideas, but who cares anyway. Where in the heck are the kids? 1) They're staying behind in London with the nanny? What in the heck kind of deal is that? Why bring them all the way over to Europe to spend cooped up with just themselves for company instead of with their friends, too or, gasp, horror, their real dad? or 2) They've been sent home, having made an internet cameo enough to soothe the rankled hairs of PTA moms everywhere. Can you tell I've got a brr up my you know what, here I go... This is what gets me. Not since the infamous Cabo trip are we getting pictorial displays of the Yours, Mine, & Ours family. With 4 You Get Eggroll. All we've gotten are internet blog mentions & livejournal namedroppings. That's all we've ever gotten. We've had the State Park outing, a soccer event outing (minus Ava), and the Cabo airport appearance. According to several tabloids, I thought the kids had latched onto Jake, i.e.tea parties, etc. I'm not seeing it. If they're headed back to the States, where are the kids? Did they just make a cameo appearance in London to reinforce the idea of Jake's readymade family? If they're just headed to another country for the wknd, why on earth would you not take the children, too? I could be totally wrong. But we've had more pictures already of Lance Armstrong w/his & Kate Hudson's brood in their short fling than we've already had of Jake with Reese's.
OTOH, love Jake's long hair, I'm sorry. I'm not even a fan of long hair on guys, that's what gets me. But on him? It is rockin with me.
Pics of Ryan and Abby and the kids are non-existant and pics of Ryan and the kids are scarce as were pics of Reese and the kids up until the week before fathers day, prioor it was Reese solo(after the Jake/Reese/Deacon pics and the Reese and the kids a day later in April) Then nothing until mid June then nothing until them in London.
I think Reese and Ryan IMO have agreed to keep the kids out of sight if possible and please no pics of Jake/Kids or Abby/Kids if possible because those are the $$$ shots.
As where the kids are now? Either in London with the Nanny, headed back home or maybe they sent the kids ahead of them to Eurostar, seperate. Eurodisney is in Paris isn't it?

Dangit, hit Send twice. I agree that that would be very possible, protecting the kids. But there have been more than just a few pictures of Reese solo with the kids as well as Ryan solo with them. And I'm not sure that the paps turn off the camera switch just because the stars ask. Witness Tobey McGuire with this big production just trying to get out a restaurant parking lot with this wife/girlfriend? not sure if he's married or not. I would like to think that they are protecting the kids from the flashbulbs, but if Brad & Angelina can't get the paps to quit, I don't know how Reese & Jake can.

I always laugh at how Jake perks up talking to other people. Especially guys. And of course guys in scarves.(London. Rome. A Texan who wears a grey one I've see someone else wear)

Ok, I fess up when I'm wrong! Great pictures of the happy family at the airport. Sure, this will look good to all the blogs that say they are a real family and it must be serious. Should about seal the deal. Looks very similar to the Cabo pictures. You know, I'd be alot more convinced if I could see one of the children clinging to Jake's hand. Know that's asking alot. Deacon's 4, right? Those little ones are huge on clinging to the hands of those they're so fond of. Jake looks about as close to those kids as his luggage.

The kids don't seem to be clinging to anyone's hand, not Jake, Reese maybe the Nanny and I think Deacon is.
They seem to go into a mode when out with the kids: either Reese is walking behind and the kids and Jake ahead or visa versa. Only one picture of them side by side with Deacon on his shoulders.
The SF pictures they were split up, the pics of them with Deacon in the park, Cabo and now London/Paris. You barely notice Reese or Deacon in these picture.
Except for the internet, these pictures are useless.

If a blog site could be considered "babbler material", JustJared would be it. They're about as vanilla ice cream as it gets. I like them because they always have great pictures of celebrities and just a general overall cozy, warm feeling about practically all their posts. As opposed to MK on Dlisted, who spares no expense to anyone. Everyone is fair game and that guy is a wit. He is sharp and I love to read his stuff. His comments about Cheryl Burke today had me rolling.

im glad jake has reese. who else would or could hang with him 24/7 around the world? jake needs to have someone around him allmost all the time and most people who know jake like austin, chris, maggie and the ones you dont know about all have their own careers to focus on. reese doesnt have anything going now, a rom com in decembere and avon ads until she finds her perfect network tv show role. so its really nice she's staying active by spending the sunset of her movie career listening and helping jake instead of getting depressed over her own situation. its nice that she keeps him company while his real friends are out busy making their own lives.

Okay that may be harsh, but I do think these children are exposed to more publicity that they need to be.

is it not the case that you have to realise that if you are papped getting on a train, the paps (courtesy of such great websites as german railways) will know when and where you will get off. therefore you're probably best to smile for the cameras.
(i think we should all prepare for a full weekend of reeking).

Hey, I was just reading about the breakup of Justin Long/Drew Barrymore and it said they had been together for over a year and there had been talk of upcoming marriage, kids, blah, blah, blah. And those 2, unlike Reeke were all over each other everytime you saw them on the internet, so if they can call it quits after a year, then hopefully we'll be blessed yet this year with the dissolution of this charade.

One would think that Mother of the Year would be able to handle two small children on her own. I mean, that's what millions upon millions of women around the world do on a daily basis, right? And more than two at a time for other millions upon millions. And those millions upon millions don't have the luxury of the millions upon millions that Reese has in her bank account.
Isn't that the demographic Reese is supposed to appeal to? Isn't that why Avon is paying her to represent them?
Are you telling me that Reese is incapable of doing likewise? That she is somehow inferior to the average working mother? That parenting for Reese is all about the outsourcing?
Now, I do realize what a terribly taxing, gruling, stressful job Reese has - shopping, coffee, shopping, fake jogging, photo ops, coffee, shopping, pimp the kids etc. No wonder she needs someone to help care, tend and raise the innocent lifes she made the decision to bring into this world.

I think it was over on TT2 that someone made the comment that it looked like there was no way Jake would be making the NYC premiere of TDK as accompaniment for his sister since he was over in Paris. Didn't think that was very likely anyway.

Isn't he the same poster that said that Jake and Ryan hooked up? I swear he did. Last year he posted that Reese and Jake would break up in October after Rendition finished and that she would get back with Ryan, "the word on the street" was the phrase he used. He also said that he was about to be outed by a major rag (Jake) and when asked where he heard it he linked to J. Jaxson's blog.
Ted has never hinted at a break up, only once briefly in '06. This poster I remember earlier claimed that they aren't together anymore and he didn't "blame" Austin a bit.
Now Jake "fixed" things, it's always Jake, not the other way around ala Ted TT beeging his BF to take him back. So how can they have reunited if ou believe Ted, they were/are still together.
Reading his user info I swear he used to post on the BBM board on IMDB but i may be wrong. The posts have a similar tone and he has several LJ's friended that I know who posted on the BBM board.
