Some of you may know UNICEF from the little orange boxes at from Halloween, but it'ss so much more. Created by the United Nations General Assembly on December 11, 1946, to provide emergency food and healthcare to children in countries that had been devastated by World War II UNICEF became a permanent part of the United Nations System in 1953. 
It relies on contributions from governments and private donors and UNICEF's total income for 2006 was $2,781,000,000. Governments contribute two thirds of the organization's resources; private groups and some 6 million individuals contribute the rest through the National Committees.

Did Wicked ever say what she thought about Jake screwing around with another guy while Austin is with the baby? She said she had some thoughts on it but would let it rest in her mind for a few days before commenting on it. I think it's pretty obvious that he's one of those men who likes the idea of children right up to the point where he actually has some and realises just how much work they are. I remember thinking that when he said that it was the man's job to find the best "mother" for the child. He obviously has the old fashioned view that the "mother" is the one who raises the child, and the father can go off and do his own thing, so Austin acts as the "mother" while Jake is off earning the big money, getting PR pictures with the beard and having another secret boy toy on the side. I guess it works, and they may both be happy with it, but I can't help thinking that Austin does not want his man with another man.

Who has the baby? Who's to say Austin has always had the baby. No one can assume.
Jake might be working long days, but again the baby might have been over in England for at least part of the time. He was pretty adamant about security and housing requests. While he's been there.
Both of them are away from LA which is easier to keep them out of sight. It has been until recently that they were not shooting at the same time, so I think that they are looked at sharing the responsibilities.
I'm not condoning or condemning behaviors of the BV - cause that's between them. They have to deal with that in their relationship.
I've not seen that 3rd picture before. Is that the one everybody's been talking about taken at the fountain because Jake's sure not paying any attention to who he's with. lol.
Countdown to Jake's birthday! We shall see what we shall see. Not predicting anything, not daring anything.

Special, I'm with you. I thought I was moving right along with my gift shopping, but panic mode is starting to set in. We are in a countdown now and I'm on the short end of the stick. I'm blaming it on Thanksgiving coming so late this year. Sounds like as good a reason as any.

Wonder if men stare down milestone ages like 20, 30, 40, & 50? Or do those numbers get to them like alot of women? It took me 2 years to get over turning 40. I'm not kidding. It was traumatic. Just the fact that it threw me into a different survey age bracket was enough to make me want to run screaming. lol.

A picture of Austin with a baby would go a long way to making people less skeptical. Or a mention from a colleague on OTH of A and a baby. Why haven't either of these happened?
Funny post today Special, and I agree with everything you said about the baby and sharing responsibilities. For one thing, if the baby was born in the fall, Jake was not working at that time, and it is very likely that Jake was taking care of him/her while Austin was filming in Uruguay.

What if the guy was hired to be in the pictures (there are 2 at IHJ with the mec).
1. hired by paparazzi, to spice up their frame and Jake-is-gay rumors;
2. hired by PR; PR reasons are to cater to Jake's gay fans.
So the PR called the paparazzi to the location (Jardin du Luxembourg), and paparazzi had a deal to make a model appear in the frame.
3. hired by Reese; she likes to touch Jake blue-jeans's back pockets; "his ass is mine" she seems to say. What if Reese is the mastermind?

The only thing that would make the garden picture more fun is if jake's tongue was hanging out. He is practically drooling. And the guy does have an Austin quality about him. Chris and Matt Katz, who I think were lovers pre Austin, were similar looking to each other too, but not to Austin. Didn't someone say Jake stopped in his tracks when he first saw Austin. So happy you posted this picture again. I know it's on IHJ but I did not want to go searching for it. Ted said Toothy will be Toothy and this pic proves it. I bet the pap saw even more.

If Ted's BIs are all true, then what you have is a couple in a closeted relationship, hiding a child, while one partner both beards and cheats. Even if the other partner agreed to the bearding and the cheating, there would have to be significant psychological fallout on both parties from this kind of behavior.
I still don't believe everything Ted says is true and I don't believe Baby Tile for a nanosecond. My opinion of this Blind Vice is that I am very, very glad this is not my life and I really hope it's not Jake and Austin's either.
I totally agree with Wicked. I cant even fathom something as crazy as this. I wouldn’t wish that situation on my worst enemy.
I absolutely agree with Clarity & Wicked. As for baby tile, I think it was more Jake rather than Austin who wanted a child. JMO. Whether the baby turned out to be Austin's and Jake lost interest, I don't know.....

Well, I agree with Spesh - I neither condemn nor condone it - it's their relationship and their life if it's true. I live my life my way, others live theirs their way. There's no right or wrong, just how someone wants to live their life. If one party or the other is unhappy, it's up to them to fix it. I wouldn't want anyone gettin' all up in my bizness, and give the same courtesy to others, as long as noone is getting hurt or breaking the law, and it concerns consenting adults. I despise that, even more than I despise pie-in-the-sky happy ever after stories which cannot possibily be true when two imperfect human beings are involved. I don't know if any of Ted TT tales are true; I don't know where to draw the line on which stories are true and which ones are not. Baby? Bigwigs? Domestic Partnership and/or Confidentiality Agmts? Who knows? As always, I'll wait to see what happens.

Everyone makes their own choices in relationships. Doesn't mean all those choices are good ones, though. If all of these BIs are true, then J&A will have to live with the consequences and that would be their decision. And I do really have to wonder how some of these alleged choices would affect them psychologically.

A few months ago Ted was saying that "sources close" were saying that Reese and Ryan were trying to get back together. Looking back now, seems like it was all crap. planted by Reese's PR?
Well, how do we know this is not "some guy" feeding crap to Ted to break up the Jaustin fanbase? I mean if that happened Reeke PR would be grinning right?

IMO the closeting and bearding are what are destructive to self esteem and relationships. I think an open relationship in of itself can work, and often do for gay men in particular. But it's no accident that when you hear about closeted stars it is rarely about someone who has been in a long, committed relationship. And of course that is what always made Toothy so different from the beginning. But ever since Jake started the hard-core bearding and deep closeting I've been telling myself it will be a miracle if their relationship survives it.
Adding the open relationship on top of that of course provides more opportunities to realize that you may be missing something in your own relationship. But again that has been on my mind since the bearding and closeting began, and I think that the real danger to the relationship would be that friend who will go with you to restaurants, Lakers games, etc., when your boyfriend won't be seen with you in public, not the hookup.
Your post Wicked did make me think of something I hadn't considered before about the latest BV. Here's Jake avoiding being seen with Austin at all costs, but meanwhile he is engaging in behavior with other men (if Ted is right) that puts him at even more risk of being outed. For me that would be the real rub of the situation.

I'm sorely disappointed that Obama has asked Rick Warren to say a prayer at the inauguration. At a moment when Obama should be celebrating inclusiveness I feel like it is a real slap to the LGBT community to give a role like that to someone who has been so vocal in opposing gay marriage and has otherwise been on the wrong side of gay right.

I love that he's a Gus Van Sant fan. I would love to see Austin in a Van Sant project. Or any good project, because I (again)get the impression that he doesn't think OTH is a very exciting project.
The Reese/Ryan getting back together was reported by Ted backin Aug. 07, and his source was a 2 week old NY Post story and that was based on a sighting of them in some gym they were both memebers of still at the time. They were friendy and had lunch and viola, getting back rumors.
What Ted left out from that NY Post story was that it was denied by Ryan's rep and a day or so later Reese and the kids were spotted onMV while Jake and his family was there.

Rang up some mutual buds R and I have. Was adamantly told by one amiga: “100 percent not true,” about the possible reunion stuff. But I must tell you, this close Witherspoon camper was the only direct dissenter I could find to the going-it-again talk. Others also quite gabby with R and R told me: “Reese and Ryan have been secretly dating and working through problems they should have worked out before they broke up,” one R2 hanger-on whispered to moi. “They go through a lot of trouble to make sure they aren't seen together on dates.”

Ted didn't turn Jake gay and you can't turn him straight.
If that didn't appear in the NY Post, Ted would have never reported on it. He had no choice but to source the Post because it was too obvious. No one from either Rese nor Ryan's camp contacted him, like they would contact him regarding anything (eyes roll). He made it up because a certain segment of his "readers" were pissed about Jake and Reese, the fact that he didn't mention Abby whom Ryan was with at the time speaks volumns.
Since he did n't see pap pics of Ryan and Abby at the time he had no idea they were together, so much for inside info, because if he did have a source her name would have popped up.
He would have also known that Reese took he kids to MV which took place around the same time.
He tried to make some people feel better even if it meant lying about Ryan and Reese and you suck it up anyway.
