It's one thing to post it which could be taxing enough for some, but then to put it upside down,  Austy it's enough to confused some poor girl to stop following you.

It bears repeating

Jake's Broadway debut, Constellations, is described as "One relationship. Infinite possibilities."

Jake will take on the role of Roland, the beekeeper, who falls for quantum physicist Marianne.

The story features 100 different scenes in just 65 minutes and presents several alternatives of the couples relationship, exploring the theory of quantum multiverse. In some scenarios, the couple lives happily together while in others they do not even make it to a first kiss.

Seems like Jake's done something like this before....

A suggestion,  none of these looks will work in any multiverse

Upside Down You Turn Me

The tradition is that if a flag is flown upside down it is a sign of distress.

So what does it mean when Austy tweeted Chi-town upside down

 

And don't say he didn't know or have his phone upside down when he took it.  The guy's a director he knows what he's doing, he can fix that before posting,  it was done with purpose.

As if we needed to be reminded how much Austin loves the Ocean.

 “Ever since I can remember I’ve always wanted to be in the water,” Austin shared during the event. “I grew up waterskiing all over the country, and then I moved to California and started surfing. Now my obsession is free diving and that’s brought me face to face with all the beautiful things the ocean has to offer.”


Austin and Miranda Cosgrove hosted the Oceana party last week at the The Marion Davies Guest House, a white 1920s Georgian formerly built for William Randolph Hearst’s mistress/silent film star Marion Davies.

 Joining supporters of Oceana includedTed Danson, Drake Bell (of Nickelodeon's Drake and Josh, who performed), Jenna Ushkowitz, Angela Kinsey, Sam Trammell , and the FauxChlo. Connor Cruise (yup you know that last name) dj'd a set.

And what's a host without fun facts.

Once everyone got a chance to mingle, give, and filled up on finger foods and fun facts they  got  beach totes and towels and were asked not to crash the neighboring wedding.

But before they left The Bumbys, masked performance artists who tap out fashion-centric notes on typewriters, offered guests “A Fair and Honest Appraisal of Your Appearance.”

Jake made some news over the weekend and Monday in the long and short of it.

Jake's one of the many Hollywood stars who appear in Jay-Z and Beyonce's trailer not for a movie but for their Run Tour.

Sunday Jake turned up all cleaned up taking in  the Broadway hit Newsies on with Ramona and took pictures backstage.

And while they say lights are bright on Broadway

And while Austin futzed with faux lights Jake went back to Bloomies for some shopping (wonder if it was an undies run again) complete with his blue green cosmo combo, beanie and backpack. 

Topped Out

Call it a top knot, man bun or a "my little pony" it's know all the trend in the city for summer.

In 2012, the NY Times predicted the coming of the top knot, and it looks like summer of 2014 will be the summer of the fun bun.

Then last fall the NY Daily News popped a little celebrity gossip about Jake's top knot at Soul Cycle.


And like the other hipster hair thing (big beards) - Jake gets another mention.  

So is Jake a head of the trend again?  (Kale, kombucha, juicing, Soul Cycle, beards)

And does that mean once it gets too mainstream, he'll move on again?


 Hey Jake now that George has dragged the faux further into the press to overkill, that means you're moving on too, right?

So this wasn't awkward, was it?

How Many Licks

Austy has always a been about the ice cream.

i have an addiction to ice cream. this is serious. i am pacing the room right now. trying not to eat it. its all i want. its all i care about in life. without it, there is no reason to go on!!!!!! i need an intervention. i need rehab.
