Yeah there are some TDAT scenes that are in there with that killer grin of his. Funny how they are connected to his favorite co-star.
You see some of his talk show interviews in this clip too. It's clear he charms them all. Now that Austin has done Tony Danza and Jimmy Kimmel, who is it that you want to see him sit down and talk to? Dancing with Ellen or maybe show of his waterkiing skills? Chat with Conan? Craig Ferguson? Be goofy with Jimmy Kimmel? Talk with Regis & Kelly, while Gelman melts? Tame the ladies of The View? (think that Whoopi would the first wither from his heat, while Barbara Walters says what a nice young man he is.) And how about international, who's the interviewer who you think could have some fun with heat that he brings? Graham Norton? Jonathan Ross? who else?

I don't remember ever seeing that picture of Austin before. Is the cold I woke up with fogging up my memory? Wow, he is hot in it.

Why not? You (and me) all want the closeted HW gays to come out, speak up, and make an impact. It might take an endless blitz of weekly and monthly magazine covers of various formerly closeted celebs standing up and loudly announcing "I'M GAY" in big bold letters to knock people upside the head. Yes, sexuality is only one part of Adam (and ourselves), but the time for gay celebs to be subtle about it is NOT now.

Warner Home Video has set the release date of One Tree Hill: The Complete Sixth Season DVD on August 25. "The seven-disc set will include all 24 episodes from the most recent season, and will most likely feature a bunch of bonus materials and commentaries, though details about the extras have not yet been disclosed."
Destiny that picture is from the same photo shoot, but hadn't been seen before. I don't know where Austin-Nichols.net found it.
I thought it was from probably from that same shoot. I wonder if there are other photos lurking out there.
Too bad we can't buy an edition of OTH with just Austin's scenes.

Have to say would like to see Austin do Bonnie Hunt's show. She would eat up all the good boy thing he does, and would call him a cutie. And think he would be daring enough to go down the fireman's pole some of the guest choose to use to enter the show.
Ellen woud be really funny, wonder if Jake's cooking demonstration would come up in conversation, you know asking about a mutual friend. ; )

Wow it's so true you learn something new every day. Am I the only one who didn't know that along with being very liberal, that Spain has gay marriage? They also require the judges to perform the ceremonies whether they agree with gay marriage or not. Damn, Spain FTW all the way!

For those who haven't seen it, wft2 has a new post featuring an excerpt from an interview Kris did with EW about his friendship with Adam. As I posted over there, I think that in its own way Kris' friendship with Adam is just as revolutionary as Adam himself.
I agree destiny. Of course there was some homophobic vote on Idol. It is awesome and sweet that Kris is saying what he is. How can anyone claim to be a Christian and do and act like some do.

Looks like Austin just got back from Italy. He has posted an update on the Southern Gothic website. It includes two pictures of him in Italy. In one of them he appears to be wearing two interesting necklaces!

Just read in the NYT about people who are trying to reach out to local legislators in New York about gay marriage. The article talked about Maya Angelou, Cynthia NIxon, and one surprise, Paul Tagliabeu, former NFL commissioner, who is advocating on the issue because he has a gay son.
Tom, another reason why I think the story about Kris and Adam is so great is that they were roommates during the American Idol run, and yet Kris clearly had no issues with that.

Noticed there were no dates or references to time or length of the visit. Amalfi coast - Meg or M or other travelers to Italy that is Southern Italy near the bottom of the boot right? (That's closer than Milan ; ) )
That's some logic that the best way to dry the 'roo's is on riding a scooter. You'd think it would be going commando in the "slacks" - cause we know he's done that before. (hello limbo shorts at ACL)

The Amalfi Coast is really more like central Italy, just a few hours train ride from Rome. I stayed in Sorrento for part of my trip last year.
Sigh, reading his blog makes me long to go back to Italy. It really was one of the best vacations I ever had.
I'd sure love to know what director he met up with. Positano is one of those places where the "beautfiul" people hang out.
No idea of when Austin went or whether he was at the wedding, but I don't think he was with Jake in any other the places he talks about.

Well if he was there for the Man U / Barca match, he was in Rome on Wednesday night (Champions League final, biggest annual football / soccer match in Europe).
Sounds like he got about so was there fore quite some time. Rome / Florence - not far, 2/3 hours, cinque Terre, near Genoa, going towards the french border (very, very pretty), Genoa / Rome - about 5/6 hour (I think) then south to Amalfi - near Naples so probably another 3/4 hours from rome. Sounds like a fun trip, although rome on Wednesday night would have been abit scary, apparently all the Roma football holligans (Ultras) like a good fight and there were quite alot of stabbings etc.
oh and it sounds like Austin met quite a few brits, but someone should tell him its booze, not boos.
So Austin, did you bed all those "sirens" and "wild women" during all those sleepless nights? Yawn.
I wonder if all the mentions of women and falling in love etc. is intentional overkill, either meant to be a sarcastic retort to a demand, or an inside joke where not only the names have been changed but the genders as well.

I am so happy to hear that Austin made it to Italy. I suspect he stayed on after the wedding. I have been to every city he named at some point in my 4 trips to Italy, and all I can say is that he really covered some ground. When you are young, travel is less exhausting I guess.
Another unguarded moment when he reveals 2 neck chains, just like Jake wears. I bet the ring is still on one of them. As to the mention of women, I detect no lust or serious interest. Most of my male gay friends make friends with women easily. To me it sounds like par for the course. I wonder who the buddy is. Now we know why Jake has been looking so lost and forlorn lately. IF a BIG IF, Austin is giving an award to Jake or if Jake shows up at Global Green you can bet your ass the beard will be there to lend credence to the "We're in love and Austin is just a good friend" scenario. I wouldn't be surprised if this, seeing the 2 lovebirds with Mr Witheredpoon's buddy, either tonight or very soon, is part of aggressively stepping up the bearding, a way to smother the Jaustin rumors so that a 6 month engagement scenario can take place before the POP May 2010 finish line.

The Trevi Fountain was where Reese in the Vogue article said she thew in a coin and made some secret wish (which we're all supposed to think had to do with Jake and marriage).
TMZ has a post on Lambert getting a manicure in Weho, one comment in particular was interesting as I've wondered if this isn't why Adam has kept quiet.

Adam gets a Manicure
This is getting totally crazy. Who is writing this stuff. Quite an eloborate scheme has been layed out. Austin was at his Sister in Laws wedding and someone is scared to death that a photograph of Austin in Italy will appear. What convinces me most is that he still wears that wedding band around his neck. His partner wears one also.
Jake and reese will be engaged. I am 100% certain of it. If we continue to see those bands around the neck I still question if Jake and reese will marry. I am leaning 50/50 right now. Lets hope Brothers does real well and Jake doesnt feel as much pressure come Spring.
Austin is now a full partner in this charade. He must love Jake very much to do this.
Jersey Tom, I think not only does Austin love Jake very much, but he is totally confident that Jake loves him deeply as well. How else could he tolerate the charade.

I wrote earlier that I thought that Austin had become more apart of the charade because he loved Jake. I still believe that but I still think it is wrong. It is hard for me to like or be proud of either Jake or Austin. It is very sad what they are doing. Of course my anger with Jakes behavior is what has me most upset. I cant stand his in your face deviance. It will come back to haunt him.

Considering that Jake has been papped wearing it off and on for months means IMO it doesn't mean anything, if so he would be seen wearing them all the time.
Wore them while at coachella,next time seen, no. Off, On, etc. Don't know about mr.Nichols since he isn't papped as often.
On ONTD someone pointed out that RDJ was wearing a similar black string around his neck, thinkhe was wearing a pendant. Also Jake and RDJ dressed alike at the Memorial day party.....
