I don't think Ellen would ask about gay rumors and there is no reason to discuss the "relationship" in depth when you're promoting a movie.
I cannot wait to see Star Trek, I've had a good feeling about it from the trailers, and now it looks like the good reviews are rolling in.
And I've got my eye on Quinto since everyone thinks he is the subject of one of Ted's blind items, I'm hoping we're finally going to see a big franchise star who doesn't feel the need to lie to his fans by trotting around with a beard.

Jake's next round of actual, serious, can't-get-out-of promotional interviews are going to be very interesting; I honestly can't wait to hear what he's rehearsed - I mean, what he truthfully has to say. You know, I used to find his vague, metaphorical way of speaking quite charming (until the infamous GQ interview, honestly), but reading those quotes from David Ogden Stiers in the previous post makes me realise that honest, concise, straight-ahead talk has much more impact and is much more admirable. Especially when it comes to these issues. I doubt we'll get it, though.
Smiley, unless you are indeed the host of that blog, can you honestly say that you've seen every deleted comment before it was deleted? I vividly recall one poster who said that there was nothing profane or abusive about their comment but because it went against the grain, it was deleted. And I'm not saying it happens all the time; it has happened, though.
I do not want to get into another one of those endless, unproductive conversations about deletions, insults, and hurt feelings; that's not the point I was trying to make anyway. This was just a side note of something I've noticed. Besides, if one wants to get into it about hateful comments, then why not delete all of those comments that bash Austin? What's the drawing line as far as "hateful", anyway? Is it profanity? Is it simply namecalling? Is it slurs of any kind? Is it ridiculing comments about someone's clothing or hairstyle?

I hope he was not. I think it's awful if he was. To attend the family wedding and then have to stay out of sight while your boyfriend cavorts with his fake girlfriend? Okay, I agree with that, Smiley. But that's not what you said this morning. I believe the question to me was Did I not think that hateful comments shouldn't be deleted? So, I took that to mean that your belief was that they should be which led me to conclude that you'd seen every one that had been deleted and that each one was hateful.
Sure; whoever's blog it is, they are the Kingpin, the Queen Bee, the big Kahuna. I don't disagree with that. And as for agreeing with it or disagreeing with it, see my response to Wicked up above.
About the pictures. Not a lot of groceries, maybe dinner or game food for two and sofa side seating for last night's Lakers' playoff game. (I don't think it was red wine and cookies LOL )

I also don't see any way for Jake to come out after all of this, which means Austin can't come out either as long as he's with Jake. The best we can hope for is Jake going back to being "single", but I'm still expecting that engagement and a weddingI don't see any way for him to come out either; and right, if he doesn't, then Austin doesn't. Not that I don't think he himself could change his mind. But the General herself wouldn't stand for it. And she seems to rule, doesn't she? Everyone bows to her? She's the Queen Bee? Boy, I'd love to pit her against our Big Boss in a ring. Lol, I'd love to see who'd come out on top. Both ladies have a way of making the men quake in their boots, never seen anything like it.

There is no doubt in my mind Jake would do roids to help his career. No doubt at all.
I think that Jake has definitely grown and changed over the years. And sorry men change and thicken in their mid to late twenties into their thirties.
Jake can appear thick, with just a a pound or two because he has a short torso. And if you look at other angles of him in Paps photos, he looks thinner in the very same week.
I don't think its roids.
The hat for me are about sun exposure and skin cancer, Jake is fair and has moles, and any dermatologist would say to he does have greater risk. He is also more covered up on his arms as well lately. He might have gotten a reminder or a scare from the doc after his prolonged exposure in Morocco.

Actually agree with you Special regarding the hat. the more he wears it, the more I think it to do with sun protection. Being really lucky, due to family background etc, I don't have to worry about the sun and just enjoy getting as 'brown as a nut' as they say. however, i do have friends that have serious problems with moles and skin pre-cancer growths, so i realise how serious some people take protection from the sun. Seeing the recent pics of jake, you can see that the sun has obviously played seriously damage to his skin and that he's really worried about what it will do in the futre. You've got to feel sorry for him because it must be a real pain, especially if you live in southern california.
Can't speak for Jake (obviously) but I take a medication (antidepressant) that causes sun sensitivity and I live in Southern California. Every day I have to wear sunblock spf 60 on all exposed body areas and on my face and neck and I try to wear hats when I can, or else I get burned within 10 minutes of being outside. And I mean BURNED. But my skin being super sensitive to the sun is a small price to pay for being happier!
New IHJ pics "J&R leaving R&D Kitchen in LA". 2 pics (so far) of Reeke, 4 of Jake alone. And wouldn't you know it the necklaces are still there but no ring is visible. Neither looks happy (whats new) but look at all the paps..someone called them. I can't imagine paps getting that excited about Reeke walking out of a store or restaurant or whatever the hell it is. C'mon lets get real.
Strange, did Reeke walk separately or did Jake come out in the middle of lunch to feed the meter? Even the caption "Leaving' - why would Jake be at the meter if he was leaving, was he trying to get his unused quarter back? LOL.
It looks like he's shaking hands and smiling with the guy and the guy is holding something like a script or contract, something papery. After that Jake's smile disappears and its onto Glum City in Withersmile County.

While sad and revolting, I agree, Jake will be Mr.Witherspoon soon. I also think that if POP fails, he'll be divorced within a year and it will be totally his fault and have his career ruined by Witherbeard. She would never be divorced a second time and not look like some kind of saint that only a crazy man would leave.

Don't know if I mentioned this earlier, I watched (yeah, I know! but I was on my exercise bike and TV was crap that day!) a bio of Reese on E!news a few days back. And Jake was promoted as an old friend of Ryan's. In it there is a young Jake saying his family knew Ryan's family and how happy he was for Ryan & Reese!! This was when she was expecting Ava and before they got married.
So by saying Jake is a friend of Ryan's the implication was, imo, Jake knew what happened for the marriage to fail and he still hooked up with Reese which means....it's all Ryan's fault! sly, manipulative bitch or what?!

Wear sunscreen and get a different type of hat, then. The hat he's currently wearing does nothing for him, but I think he thinks it does.

I think this is he real reason for the hat too. At least the particular one he is wearing.
A healthy C. LOL, Special. Awww, poor Jake. He also had them in the Cabo pool pics; that was when he was pretty untoned and a little out of shape. His weight does seem to fluctuate alot. I would've almost thought steroids were possible back in December/January when he got back from London, but he had a couple of months with no angry incidents caught on camera/photo, anyway.
The only thing that still seems kind of strange to me is when he first got back and he was still all beefed up. He lost that muscle mass so quickly & dramatically. That, to me, is what seemed so startling.
I have that on skin sensitivity on my meds, too, Lane. I'm undecided on the hat wearing. Special, you make a good point. He does have alot of moles & that's one of the first things that will make you very susceptible to skin cancer. Plus, I've noticed that for someone so dark haired, he doesn't appear to tan very easily. He's always very pale. And for someone who lives in California on top of that. Even coming from Morocco, he wasn't very dark I don't think.
And Wicked makes a good point. Actually, if it's sun exposure he's worried about, wearing the hoodie up on his head & the Brad Pitt hat aren't going to protect his face at all. You need something with a decent sized brim, unless it's just his scalp he's worried about.
Okay, that changed my mind back. I think he wears it to hide, an subconscious thing. I would say he's wearing it to look cool except that doesn't explain the wearing of the sweatshirt hood. There's not a whole lot that's cool looking about wearing a sweatshirt hood, especially when you're going to be bucking 30 in another 1 1/2 yrs.
Aw well, I really shouldn't criticize, actually. Man, I will share something with you guys that's really embarrassing. When I was totally gone & in love with this guy several years ago, I think I said this before, I knocked myself out silly every morning getting ready for work. And I went through a hat thing. Found some really gorgeous ones, too. Black wool hats, maroon felt ones, lots of colored straw hats. They looked pretty darn good, too, lol. But man, what a stinkin' fool I was. I'm embarrassed now, even though it was sooo worth it. He rocked me like nobody's business ever has since.

Actually PG the back is doing much better. I am going back to work on Mon. I talked to my boss today and to my surprise he was very nice and insisted on me doing light duty for 2 weeks to make sure I dont aggravate it again. My boss is not the same person everyday. It is astounding. One day he is giving people such a hard time and the next day he is nice. I cannot figure the man out.
My avatar is actually just a pic I got from the internet. I dont think we will be getting anymore biking pics of J and A for a while. I think they tested the waters and it did not go over to well for PR purposes.
I really do believe that Jake and reese will be getting married now. Its inevitable. The relationship has only one way to go. We will probably hear about an engagement by the fall. Pretty sad but most likely reality now.
i'm not picking or trying to be mean at all, but jake looks really weird to me in these pictures. he looks almost plump, and his nose looks bulbus. i'm comparing this nose with younger jake pics and it seems to have odd bumps it didn't used to have. maybe it's because of his expression, but his smile isn't extreme enuf to change his whole facial look....
i wonder if reeking is having a pinocchio-type effect on him.
i agree that it SEEMS like a wedding is in the works, but the more jake's movies don't succeed and the more time goes by without him having a solid deal, i wonder if he might become a liability. i mean, aside from the fact that we love him, he's really not that big of a deal in the HW world. reese could do a lot better if she was just shopping for image, or if that was even an issue for her. if she goes thru with marrying him, that will be what convinces me that it's real, because he brings nothing to her table that she doesn't already have tons of except himself.

I still wear hoodies, great for walking because you can put up the hood when it rains or if it is really cold.
Jake is perfect for Reese because he'll never dump her for another woman. Maybe she has her doubts about having a real relationship last. Or she's still in love with Ryan and/or has no interest in a real relationship right now, preferring to just concentrate on her kids. Maybe she's asexual.
Pacific Coast News says that Jake tried to avoid being papped with Reese so he drove to the back entrance of R+D Kitchen to pick her up after lunch.

Hey PG, I am thinking of coming up to Boston when you are there. Trying to work things out now. It's crazy that my Mrs has seen Spesh more recently than I have! We haven't seen each other since Spesh was here last April. Loving the cherry blossom avatar, BTW.
