Hey, if any of the regulars here have DirectTV or Fox Sports, I am throwing myself on your mercy and asking if you can, if you could tape the Celebrity Beach Bowl for me--I understand it is on live today on DirectTV at 3:30 EST, and may be on Fox Sports at some random hour, like the middle of the night, on replay.
I want to see Bomer play touch football.

I don't have Direct TV, unfortunately. As yet we haven't figured out how to work our DVD players since we switched to our new provider.
Did just get the new TV delivered this afternoon!! Yea! Now I don't need to watch my Gilligan's Island dvd's on my laptop anymore, lol.

And I am not buying this story on Jake being stood up at the Giorgio Moroder restaurant. They're trying to account for Jake's whereabouts that weekend when we discovered he was in NC.

Destiny, I have DTV and found it being shown again later tonight 6:30 PM so I am recording it for you. I dont know how this will allow you to see it though. Pls explain. If there is a way to post it to youtube from the DVR recorder or something I can have my husband do it tomorrow but I have no clue how that works.
Just an FYI for those who expressed interest in seeing Franco on Broadway, still no firm dates released that I can find but I am keeping an eye on it.
If Jake was stood up, I hope it was not by a director or someone that may have been considering him for a movie part. I seriously doubt any potential date would stand him up. Sounds fishy to me too.

M, I forgot that most people have Tivo type dvd recorders. I actually have a dvd recorder that records onto dvds, the way old VHS machines did (and actually mine records on both). So I was thinking in terms of asking to have the dvd mailed to me.
Also, I posted that this morning, but because of comment moderation it just came through tonight. I actually found the game on the internet although the quality was crappy because they were having technical problems with the internet telecast. It was silly but kind of fun anyway.
If you do have a dvd I'd still love to have it, but if not, a huge THANK YOU for recording it anyway.

With TN bordering western NC it is even closer and less off the radar for GyllenNichol family. Maybe working over in Asheville this past summer might have been inspiring.

Right. Jake has a cell phone practically glued to his ear and there was no way to contact him? There are two clues here that this is a planted PR story. First clue: Jessica Simpson. She has been used in the past as a name floated to cover for Jake. I remember back in July 2007 that rumors were floating around about how Simpson visited him at the Beverly Wilshire and that they had mutual crushes on one another. Also, Jake reportedly attended her 25th birthday party in 2005. (That was the summer PR tried to place Jake with any blond woman they could because of the Toothy Tile BI and Ted's "hard-core" Parking Garage bust story.)
Second clue: The weekend the story is supposed to have occurred. Just as PG stated, it is no surprise that Jake's people are still trying to account for that whole January 20-23 timeframe.

It's been shown before. Again, just like PR was a day late and a dollar short trying to recover from the Leadville discovery, now they're a two days late and two dollars short trying to cover for Jake's time spent in North Carolina with Austin.
BTW, whatever has happened with the big Leadville biopic? Hmmmm...don't seem to be hearing anymore about that big film in the works by Jake and Peter.

There was more than one tweet of Jake being there. That younger generation seem to be really plugged into the whole social networking thing. There's also video of Jake, Carey & Marcus at this houseparty. And lots of tweets out dancing after the houseparty. Sounds like he was having a great night. Doesn't sound like the thing a man with three spawns and a husband would be doing though.
