Iron Man - Steelworker

UPDATE: Here is the first look at SOURCE CODE. This is first trailer for the movie.

Long ago we asked Who is Iron Man?

Guess now we have the answer.

I will be playing Tony Stark in Iron Man 3.
At my costume fitting right now... At target.

Jake's movie about a little blue pill that makes men hard as steel.

But as you know it takes iron to make steel.

So if Austin is Iron Man, then Jake is Max Steel.

And little glimpse of Austin behind the camera courtesy of his twitpics.
Happy Austin Friday.

Goggle Graeme Taylor and read about him. I saw a clip that Ellen played of him today. He is amazing. He is gonna be on her show Monday. When a 14 yo has this type of courage and care for his teacher the journey for a 30 year old with the kind of spodium Jake has should be over. With all due respect SK. Love you. That goes for all Gay folks who kids could look up too.

Actually Graeme sppech is now on u tube. Amazing. I love Ellen for finding these kind of heros.

It is inspiring to see young people like Graeme speak out and it shows us that change is taking place. And that the next generation is building upon the foundations that have been built over the past 40 years. And remarkable what has happened in just the past decade. The momentum is growing. It might become that the next generation is the example for the previous ones and the inspiration for those older than them to come out.

Tom, you know that you had to take a journey to get to where you are today, and in your own time. Everyone should be able to decide when their journey is done. It is their journey their journey alone.

I am not just talking about Jake SK. I see guys like Anderson Cooper and women like Jodie Foster or any super star athlete out there who has the attn of any kid who is struggling. The time is now. There are no more excuses.

It is not like Jake is struggling with his sexual identity or the fear of exposing himself to his family or friends. I think Jake dealt with that long ago.

I went thru a period where I had little to say about Jake. I kind of gave up on him. But the last month has been so tough. It's not just that he hasn't come out. It is not just Adam Levine. It is not just the comments about him dropping the line about BBM being acting. It is not the ridiculous apple picking story. I am just sick of the deceit and I am going voice my opinion. I am not holding back on the board anymore.
Everyone may get sick of my negativity but I hope that everyone does understand that Jake is still important to me. I don't hate him. I am just so ready for him to be honest. In my heart there is so doubt. I didn't go to NYC to see him in person with friends because I don't care about his career and life. As a fan from a distance I do. I am just so ready for what we have all been waiting for a long time. For Jake to finally be honest and come out.

Getting down and dirty on screen takes a lot of concentration. Just not always on the things you might think.

For Jake Gyllenhaal and Anne Hathaway, the focus of their first sex scene in upcoming comedy "Love & Other Drugs" was not so much one another as it was a pot. On a stool.

"We were, like, fake having sex and being like, 'Knock the pot off, knock the pot off,'" Gyllenhaal, 29, told Entertainment Weekly of the carnal kitchen romp. "I was not focusing on her at all and instead focusing on knocking the f---ing pot off for Ed [the director]."

"The lack of clothing meant that there wasn't a lot of padding, so I was constantly bruised," Hathaway laughed in the interview.

I know that people have to come out when they're ready, and that everyone is different.

However, it is just plain wrong to hide a child. Ricky Martin may have taken his time coming out, but he never ever hid his children. Same with Clay Aiken.

For the people who think there is nothing wrong with hiding a child, do you really think a child is not going to be affected by seeing his or her cousin gets to do things he or she can't? To hear Ramona talking about her parents taking her to school, to the zoo, the park, music festivals......all while wondering why he or she only goes out, if at all, with a nanny or someone else?

To get older and read all the stories about how wonderful Jake thinks Ramona is, and wonder why Jake never talked about him or her?

And if someone is not ready or mature enough to admit to having a child, then they have NO BUSINESS having a child.

It is emotional child abuse.

Even though I did notice that Austin was in the Toy Dept at Target. Destiny I have taken a step back on the BT issue. These two cannot possibly have a child. It would be so awful if they did. I know Ted is persistant but I only hope to God he is wrong on this one.

By the way I hate promo time anymore. I almost dread it.

The first look at SOURCE CODE

SOURCE CODE Trailer

I am going to update the post as well.

Source Code sounds awesome.

The trailer for Source Code looks amazing, can't wait to see what Duncan created when it opens April 15th. Moon was great, and I think there will be no sophomore slump for Duncan with this one.

And I like Jake in a sci-fi thriller he looks like it's a good fit for him.

Source Code does look good, doesn't it. :) It's got an interesting atmosphere to it.

Brokeback Mountain" stars Anne Hathaway and Jake Gyllenhaal have become culinary pen pals in real life - they help each other out with kitchen nightmares.

Hathaway and Gyllenhaal, who played man and wife in the 2005 film and team up again as lovers in new movie "Love & Other Drugs," often text each other cooking queries.

Hathaway has been taking cooking lessons to perfect her kitchen skills and Gyllenhaal is considered one of the best celebrity chefs in Hollywood - so they always have a lot to text about.

The actress tells Entertainment Weekly magazine, "I now have a go-to cooking teacher, which is wonderful."

Gyllenhaal adds, "She texts me when she has questions about cooking... The other night, Annie texted me and she was like, 'How can I make breadcrumbs quickly?'

"I wrote all these instructions, and it took me 15 or 20 minutes. And she goes, 'Oh, yeah, I already thought of that. That doesn't work.'"

Source code looks great. And it's mainly Jake. Lets just hope they don't overkill it between now and when the movie comes out.

I think they are making a mistake by holding up the reviews on LAOD. Its showing as rotten on rotten tomatoes, but mainly because the reviews are 50/50 with very few in. I guess the score could get worse, but it doesn't look that bad.

Just watched the whole Fallon interview. Seems like Fallon barely let Jake get a word in edgewise. I hate when interviewers do that. I want to hear Jake talk, not Fallon. The dancing bit was cute. Jake looked like he was having fun.

Either another scripted or exaggerated story to make it seem like these two are really buds or Jake really can't cook. It took him 15-20 mins to give directions for breadcrumbs???? It takes less time to make them. How hard is it to text?:

Dry bread @300 degrees 10-15 mins
Flip slices to dry evenly. Cool.
Tear into small pieces
Drop in food processor.
Grind until desired coarseness.

I know Anne said somewhere that Jake doesn't know how to text, but I would hazard to guess that he doesn't know how to make homemade bread crumbs. Pretty basic stuff, Jake.

Special K said...

You wonder though if Jake doesn't ramble and babble about recipes and cooking. Getting side tracked on what kind of bread would be better for what kind of bread crumbs, or giving the pro and cons of cutting a fresh artisian loaf of white winter wheat bread and drying it out via the oven, vs. letting it to stale overnight which leads to where the best place in The City is to get day old bread to use for breadcrumbs.

Methodical Muser said...

That's when your eyes glaze over and you text...WTF...Kill me now! LOL.

Methodical Muser said...

Oh, btw, you NEVER use stale bread when making bread crumbs!

Focus, Jake. Focus. I shudder to think how Jake even babbles when he sends text messages. So wonder he doesn't tweet! Austin must have the patience of a saint. Although it probably is pretty fun trying to settle Jake down. ;-)

So MM how do you make breadcrumbs if not by using stale bread, because let me assure you that that is the best way. But then if Jake had said use fresh bread you would have probably said "btw you NEVER you fresh bread when making bread crumbs".

It is hard to believe but I still do. I think they do have one and I firmly believe that is BT who is the golden-haired child in the PoP Crew picture and in the Paris nanny picture. Nothing will ever make me doubt that Ava was reaching up to touch that toddler as if she knew him/her.

It's not just these two incidents. It's all the other little hints/clues and all of the routine monthly doctor visits during what was most likely BT's gestation period.

prairiegirl said...

It is very hard for me to be on here much right now. I was so excited about LAOD.

I could handle the bearding in order to hide the entire surrogation/birth of BT.

But to have it come around again while BT is 3 years old is very hard to stomach.

What Ted said the other day is interesting. That TT's bearding has nothing to do with BT.

From that sentence, I wonder if it even has to do totally with his career. There's just something about the way Ted answered that which makes me believe there's something more to it than just Jake trying to preserve his career.

I wonder if it is that Jake just can't because he is still bound by that bearding contract with Reese. I could see Reese making sure Jake doesn't come out to make her look like an idiot.

If this is the case, then these 2 guys have painted themselves into such a corner. A corner I have absolutely no idea how they're going to get out of.

At this point, I would be elated with a glass closet like Bomer is doing.

I look at Austin in that filming Twit pic and I hope that was just on a "rough" day because he looks gaunt in that thing. Jake looks like he's 37-40 yrs old now. And I see the toll that their sacrifice has taken on them.

I still love both guys very much but I cannot get on here right now and gush and pretend to be excited about them because I'm not.

This latest round of lying with the Taylor Swift business and Austin putting up with Sophia and her "partner" quote in the Miami Living periodical is past my tolerance level.

While I have the floor, might I go ahead and add that Sophia calling Austin her "partner" and going on again about Austin waiting around for 5 1/2 years for her to open up again to love (that's my rewording) and sacrificing his all for her, while he is in a relationship with Jake is absolutely appalling.

Thanks for allowing me to speak my mind, Special; I had to get on here and support Tom & Destiny's thoughts.

Now, back to my full day of shopping down here at Osage Beach.

I beleive it. Especially if he was tapping it out on his iPhone.

Stale bread equals stale bread crumbs. If you read my post again you will see that you dry the bread in the oven. Pretty simple. But, then again, you probably were much too busy trying to get a snarky comment in to satisfy your quota for the day. As I said with, Jake. Try focusing first.

Once that OTH contract was extended for a full season in October, Sophin's "arrangement" was put right back on
life support. Soapy, like Reesey, has a past with men that motivates her to try to repackage herself as a desirable woman who has a hot man trailing her around like a puppy dog. Who cares if the only guy she can get is gay.

I agree. Soapy definitely made sure to take advantage of the situation ASAP. Not that long ago she was bragging to Ted that Sophin was going to keep their "relationship" on the down low. That they were not like other couples who used their relationship for publicity. Of course, that was when she thought the OTH contractual commitment would be over in November.
