Getting the Dirt

It is fitting that the guys met on a movie that addressed the issue of global environment.

The guys have both been involved both land and sea.

And while Jake hits the garden Austin was talking trash - well about composting. Hmmm wonder where he was composting.

Both have done their part in helping protect and preserve and pass it on to the future.

I can't describe how I felt in the days leading up to the Marathon - a little angry, annoyed, irritated - but as I watched the magnificent race this year on television and how well people are doing and their resiliency - a family from Switzerland whose son was running, turned to the camera and said "Boston Strong!", then I lost it and got teary-eyed. A young man from California who was running was very eloquent in his support of us too. Oh boy. :')

I think it's great that you found a silver lining. There's never anything good about tragic events but I think as humans, we pick ourselves up somehow to simply survive instead of wallowing in being destroyed, which is just what evil-doers aim to do.

I'll never forget how different it felt to be on the road and on the street immediately following 9/11. Remember how nice everybody was to one another? I'll never forget it. That's all because we realized how precious life is - how delicate. It's present one day but can be gone the next.

This short story is wonderful and makes you feel so good. I think Mr. Rogers was incredible and what terrific insight his mother had for her little boy.

I'm going to put it in a comment by itself.

Look for the Helpers

Mister Rogers 'Helpers' Quote Offers Calming Advice To Kids, Adults Alike In Wake Of Tragedy

"When I was a boy and I would see scary things in the news, my mother would say to me, "Look for the helpers. You will always find people who are helping."

To this day, especially in times of "disaster," I remember my mother's words and I am always comforted by realizing that there are still so many helpers – so many caring people in this world."

Yes. We sure had helpers in the amazing first responders and supporters from all over, including you. Thanks PG!

Congrats to Jodie Foster and her new wife Alexandra Hedison.

I can exclusively reveal that the Oscar winner and her photographer girlfriend of almost a year got married this past weekend.

First Matt Bomer reveals he's been married for years, and now Jodie, who was closeted for more years than I can recall, gets married, openly. Progress made every day.

So true M.

Although I got to say I always find it a bit odd when a couple are together a long time like Jodie and her ex, and then one of them turns around and marries someone after a year of dating. Seems to happen a lot.

That's a lot of clues about Jake and Austin having been associated with children, without there being something to it. And, I never believed that whole moving to NY story either.

For one, Jake used to be a completely different person than he is today. When he is seen, he makes sure his photos have something gross and/or unpleasant about them. These pics scream, "Stay away from me," because he routinely acts like everyone is bothering him. This whole act (and I do believe it's an act) is an odd turnaround for someone who grew up in Hollywood and was always cool about celebrity scrutiny.

The recent chapter of "Ship Austin off to China with a Fake Girlfriend During His Birthday" is just one more episode, among far too many, that tell me these two are hiding their relationship. And, just from my own experience, I don't know anyone in my life who's been together for 12 years (since they met in 2002) who doesn't have children. Especially, gay couples. Jake is so full of it. And, I believe his personality transformation is all about hiding. It's easy to hide the gay. Not so easy to hide a secret family. That's why everything about Jake these days seems so contrived and packaged. Including where he lives and, the length of film shoots and his rare "out and about" moments.

I see what you guys mean about the paid troll. Not a peep until I posted and then here they come. They are trying to stop any kind of conversation. Another clue that any talk about Jake being with Austin and having a family is to be shut down immediately. How stupid. That's not going to stop anyone from commenting on what they want to comment on.

How does this troll get away with posting profanities and calling people pedophiles? Blogger must really be lousy at blocking this kind of cyber predator.

Austin ain't with that fool from Agents of whatever. This whole trip is beyond silly. I remember when it was pointed out last year that Jake used Marcus Mumford three years in a row for cover during Austin's birthday. I'm not surprised PR/Management types came up with something more elaborate this year. My recommendation is whoever came up with this nonsense should be put on performance review immediately. A toddler could do better.

Putting Chloe Bennet and Austin Nichols together is such an odd pairing. I know it's for show to cover for Austin, but she's the one on the semi "hit" TV show. Makes me wonder about her sexual orientation too. Maybe she needed "a boyfriend" to hide her preferences and Austin needed someone too. That would explain the strange bearding relationship. Didn't she "date" her last co-star on that Nashville show? I see a pattern emerging here.

She also must be ashamed of her Asian heritage because her last name is Wang. Seems like she'll do anything to be a star. Can't imagine it lasting though. She's a horrible actress.
